Description

Some of Savannah's most coveted charm can be found off the main path, like this beautiful one-bedroom carriage located on East Jones Lane. Guests will enjoy private lane access to this light-filled home, just a short walk away from the city's most popular restaurants and attractions.

Enter into the home and find an open floor plan; the full kitchen with every essential you'd want or need, adjacent to a spacious living area with wall-mounted flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper.

Up a set of carpeted stairs, the full bath and bedroom await. The tub/shower combo in the bath is ideal for young families, and a washer and dryer are located in a closet next to the King size bed.

Start your day with a taste of Savannah Coffee Roasters coffee (complimentary) before heading North towards the city center. A stroll along Bull Street boasts some of the city's most famous squares and green spaces, passing through iconic landmarks such as The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and the Sorrel-Weed House. Grab lunch at The Collins Quarter - known for it's quirky spin on Australian cuisine - and end the day with a double scoop of the famous Leopold's Ice Cream. The location was great, parking easy. The pictures of the home though, as compared to the actual home shows that the home needs serious updating, especially in the bathroom, where there was a ring around the tub and the drain was stopped up. At least it needs a thorough deep clean.

Loved the location on E. Jones Lane - parked the car and never moved it - walked everywhere! Place was very cozy, and much better than a hotel room. Would definitely book again.

Loved this little place right in the historic district. Only complaint was that the heat was off when I arrived in Feb. It took a day for the main room to warm up. Would help for staff to set heat on in advance.

The Luxury King was in a perfect location for walking to the squares, Restaurants and Bars in the Historic District. Clardy’s cafe is just steps away and has amazing breakfasts! The Basilica of St John the Baptist is nearby. The neighborhood is lovely and felt very safe. We hope to return and stay here again soon! One word of caution... if you have mobility issues, the stairs in this unit may be difficult to navigate. Otherwise, it’s the perfect location!

This was a cute little townhouse in a great location. The kitchen is small, but had everything I needed to make a quick breakfast. The living room was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The shower was nice with a good showerhead and great water pressure. It was a great location and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay here again.

Upon first entering, the living room was dreary and rather dark and furniture drab. Not light and bright as pictured. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The parking available, as stated by property management, was not accurate. There was no 24 hour parking. What had been a 24 hour parking lot was closed and was a tow away zone. Metered parking was supposed to be available, but could not find where to pay. The smoke detector went off at 2:00am one morning when there was no smoke or fire so we assumed it was a low battery but the smoke detector was too high to reach. Luckily it went off after a few minutes or we would have had to call property management. Entry to the property was stated as a Lane but was actually a alley.

“Luxury” description is a stretch, but the location is great.

The location is perfect, walkable to everything in the historic district, but not in the thick of it. Lots of parking on the street was a pleasant surprise, as I was prepared for that to be a challenge. Nothing about this rental was “luxury” and I felt it was misrepresented in the photos and description. Everything just seemed musty, the appliances were all old and loud (could hear the refrigerator running from upstairs in bed), and the interior hasn’t seen a coat of paint in many years, lots of holes in the walls and chips in the paint from where pictures and paintings must have hung before. The cleanliness was good enough to not feel too uncomfortable, but again, not luxury. I was definitely cleaning someone else's hair off the walls and door of the bathroom when we arrived. We were given one very light blanket almost like a heavy sheet, and not one extra pillow, pillow case, or throw blanket. It would have been nice to have an actual comforter as I figured that would be standard and usually a few bedroom amenities like an extra pillow or a throw are standard- so that wasn’t the most comfortable bed situation. We enjoyed our stay but would not rent this place again. If the price tag matched the reality of it, it would have been maybe ok, but it wasn’t what we were expecting.

Great little place tucked away in the middle of the historic district. Everything Savannah has to offer is pretty much walking distance. The place was clean, & well suited my wife & three kids (5,4 year old, & newborn). Would definitely stay here again.

This property is well located to all you want to see in Savannah. We spent a few days wandering the city and appreciated the convenience. Krogers is a 5-6 block walk to pick up basics.

We picked up a rental car the day before we left and found parking easy too.

The furniture is a little older. The kitchen has the very basics (not much more). Bathroom was fine.

Loved loved loved staying here! Close proximity to EVERYTHING! Comfortable, quaint and just what we needed for our mini getaway. Everything worked like a charm and the bed was super comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. I would definitely stay here again!!

We wanted to get away for a week to warmer area and explore local history. This was a perfect fit. Lots of activities, ample food and drink options.
Very good info provided on all the events we took in.
This property was located in a prime spot to walk to most everything. Very safe area.
A bit of local history talks about ghost experiences. Haunted and such. We did have an experience of our own. Everyone needs to visit this gem of a city.

As always, Lucky Savannah did not disappoint with this cozy rental near Jones Street. This unit comfortably fit three of us with plenty of space for rest and down time between our sight-seeing activities. The unit was well-equipped with the basics, including a washer and dryer that was conveniently located in the bedroom closet. The unit was very clean and the instructions prior to our stay and at the end of our stay made check-in and check-out very easy. The location was within perfect walking distance to many landmarks, and the proximity to the Green Dot line (free bus) was very convenient for longer jaunts. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a property that provides the amenities for a longer stay, and if you are planning to see much of city during your stay, due to its location.

We enjoyed our stay here and liked the lofted bedroom area. Plenty of towels provided and the full size fridge was nice so we could have groceries for the week. Kitchen was stocked as well so you can cook. We slept great and found the location to be perfect with only a short walk to many coffee shops and river street still within walking distance.

Overall a great experience, wonderful location, very convenient and clean, parking was never a problem, within walking distance to grocery store, washer and dryer very helpful for extended stay, stairs were steep to second level (bedroom, bathroom), kitchen was fine for light meal preparation.

One small negative issue is that the upstairs bedroom is a loft. So, if you have guests staying downstairs on the pull out there may be privacy issues. It didn't explain that in the overview and that may have changed our decision. Otherwise it was very nice and clean. The location was great for walking the entire city and checking in and out was a breeze. We had no issues finding parking as well.

The entry to this rental is an alley and it is well lit. When you enter, there is a small area for coats and an entry table. Step up into the kitchen and back down into entry then step up into living room which may be about 9x15 more or less. There are stairs leading up into the bedroom/sitting area and only bathroom. So my hubby post hip replacement had a tough time with them. They are a bit steep and seem taller than a normal step. It was a quiet place at night (noisy from builders and construction during the day) and if the bed was more comfortable, it would have been perfect (we aches every morning when we got up). The bathroom was small but worked especially since there was a huge mirror in the bedroom. There is a clear that has the washer and dryer and a short rack to hang short clothing. The bookshelf area is where we stored shoes and such which was nice to have.
This is literally in the back yard of someone’s house. The door to the patio was locked and we could not get in to the patio area (“shared space”) and it would have been nice. At the opposite end of this block is Clary’s Cafe with a delicious breakfast menu. We walked to a lot of areas from here as the purple bus was not running due to COVID. Parking was in the street and after we figured out where we could and could not park, we didn’t have a problem at all parking either on the road beside us or on the road behind the rental. Parking was not metered.

We did like the rental. It was clean and we had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. If the purple bus is running then it would have been perfect (oh and without all the steps). We did wait late to book so our choices were limited. The rental company contacted us several days before arrival and we had everything we needed, including the door code even before we started our trip.

Great Place to stay while in Savannah. Right next to Clary`s which was so convenient and had the best breakfast. Stairs are a bit steep but the place was very roomy and quiet. Kitchen was stocked nicely. There is an odd little step up to the kitchen and step up to the living area which would not be easy for someone with disabilities but we got used to it pretty quick. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip in Savannah. It was easy to walk to everything, clean, and more than enough room for 2 people. We probably could have slept 2 more people on the pull out couch but would've had to share 1 bathroom. I much preferred this over a hotel! I would recommend or stay here again if/when we return to Savannah.

We want to take advantage of the availability of time to share our experience with Lucky Savannah during our stay in this beautiful and captivating city.

We would like to start by recognizing the service of
the vacation rental management staff, it was very helpful, friendly, courteous, guiding, suggesting and informing, always willing to answer any questions, of course, as long as it was within their reach.
It is gratifying and causes full satisfaction when you find excellence in service and in our opinion, based on our experience this is achieved.

We choose to stay at the
Luxury king, in the heart of The Savannah Historic District, best location, (impossible), although it is worth noting that Lucky Savannah has other very good options in terms of properties.
The place looks as shown on the website, clean, organized, in good condition and illuminated by natural light, there was only one problem, the presence of unwanted insects in the kitchen area. Yes, since we entered we were welcomed by cockroaches that inhabit ("marking ground") in that part of the property.
We have been to other cities as old as the lovely and charming Savannah and the hygiene and pest control meets the expectations of the place.

Beyond that detail our stay was a great pleasure and we highly recommend the experience with Lucky Savannah, we believe it is worth it, thank you very much.

The place was perfectly located close to downtown Savanah. And the parking was easy. I recommend eating breakfast at Claires at the end of the alley. Amazing food! My only complaint is that the fire alarm needed new batteries and kept beeping.Maybe leave some maps of Savananh for the guests. Bed was super cpomfortable.

Overall this is a really nice unit. Location is great for walking to various squares and parks and a few boutiques just a couple blocks away.
One bathroom is tough but we knew that going in. Check in/out was super easy.
Only issue was the coffee pot didn’t work and we had spotty internet over our stay...some higher end finishes would be nice for the price.
