Description

Built in 1917 and ideally located just a few minutes walk from River Street, our Lucky Lincoln Condo comfortably accommodates four guests. You’ll have the convenience of a downtown hotel with double the space!

The home is uncluttered and modern, while retaining tons of historic charm including the original heart pine floors, crown molding, and ornamental fireplaces. The open floor plan is bright, cheerful and tastefully appointed with cozy furnishings and photos from the surrounding Historic District. The spacious living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for finally watching that movie you’ve been meaning to see. The living room opens to the dining room, which has seating for four. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can enjoy a home cooked meal.

The bedrooms are down the hall, where you’ll also find the shared full bathroom with a pedestal sink. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a writing desk and closet. The second bedroom has a King bed with a rattan woven headboard.

This home is ideally located within a short walk to many of Savannah’s historic points-of-interest and incredible selection of dining options. Around the corner from the cutest gift shops - Salacia Salts' gift shop with Savannah-artist made gifts owned by Savannah's entrepreneur of the year (2019), Cup2Cup Coffee for a cup of joe, and Savannah's best thai restaurant (PJ's Thai). You’ll be well situated to explore Savannah’s rich history with the Owens Thomas House and the Davenport House Museum both just a block away.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah between Monday and Saturday from 8am to 8pm. We had a wonderful stay in Savannah at the Lucky Lincoln. Perfect location-could not be happier. We are out a lot, we were there on vacation, but had we not planned to do that, the one qualm I would have is that the kitchen is quite poorly stocked with basic items such as dishes, glasses,etc. If you remedy this then you have a perfect spot to stay while exploring the beautiful city of Savannah.

We had a great experience with Lucky Savannah! Check in was super easy, and they were very accommodating in any of our requests. The location was ideal, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect size for two couples.

Re tap was very spacious and quiet. Private entrance just off the main strip in town. Everywhere in the city was walkable. On street parking but never had an issue finding a spot nearby and super easy to handle with the app. Great charm to the place will be back.

This condo is in a great spot in the historic district. The unit is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. It is in a quiet area, walking distance to the river, restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the best tavern in Savannah (17Hundred90). A parking spot was typically open across from the front door if not, the parking garage is a 5 minute walk.

We've stayed at many rentals in Savannah, and Lucky Savannah never disappoints; they are our "go to" anytime we visit Savannah.
We booked Lucky Lincoln the morning we planned to arrive, and absolutely loved everything about it. The buildings historic charm, amazing location, and the comfortable, clean accommodations. We definitely recommend Lucky Lincoln and would stay again!

Lucky Lincoln made it very easy for me to upgrade to this two bedroom unit when I discovered I needed the extra space before arrival. The apartment is very charming and the location is absolutely perfect. It’s important to note that it is an apartment with six units and your neighbors may not respect the noise they make when they come in and out of the building or up and down the stairs. But once you adjust that the rest is perfect. The upgraded features are beautiful the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is updated with everything you need. Overall I loved it and I would recommend it to others

Excellent home with lots of natural light. Extremely clean with comfortable beds. Fantastic location - within walking distance of everything we wanted. We where there to tour SCAD and this rental certainly impressed us as well as my daughter. I just hope she understands she will be living in a dorm and not in this beautiful home however, we will certainly be back! Thank you and well done!

Check in was easy and host was responsive when needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious aesthetic. Fun! Unexpectedly quiet.
I asked for the master bedroom mattress to be replaced for future folks - there was no boxspring and it sagged in the center so hubby and I played rollerball a lot!

The property was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. The staff at Lucky Savannah are great to work with. They responded quickly to our requests and friendly and professional.
My one complaint is that the mattresses desperately need replaced. The king has no box spring and sags in the center making for an uncomfortable sleep.
Once the mattresses are replaced I would recommend this condo.

The apartment which looks so bright and sunny in all the pictures is ,in fact, extremely dark. The pictures are a complete hoax - photoshopped or professionally lit. False advertising at its worst. The Better Business bureau will be looking into it. The second bedroom is as dark at noon as it is at midnight! The charming looking living room has about two hours of light a day.
Also, only one window in the property can be opened and it has no screen so there can be no fresh air inside whatsoever even during the lovely cool nights.
The apartment itself is adequate and in a great location.

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay in Savannah in this VRBO. It was centrally located to both the waterfront and the historic area and was perfect for us as we had a baby and wanted to walk everywhere with our stroller. It was very clean and we had no complaints for the most part with our stay. We did run into a problem with the washer and dryer not working but hopefully this has been resolved by the owner. I would totally recommend this VRBO!

Sisters trip to Savannah and we lucked out finding this property. Parking was super easy, especially once we downloaded the app and could renew when needed -$1/hour. Walked everywhere, including two trips to a Leopolds ice cream - received a great tip to avoid the crowd (once you go the first time to try out all the flavors, of course): go through the second door straight to the freezer to pick out your pint(s) and check out without waiting in line. The rental is so close, you can walk it home without fear of melting! Rooms were good size. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a very nice space to stay in even with a small family. Close to everything you want to see in Savannah. The only thing I did not like was the expect you to take your own trash out when you leave which is not easy because you have to walk to take it to a dumpster.

This was a perfect Thanksgiving vacation. We picked this as an alternative to 2 hotel rooms. I always thought staying in an old historic home would be way out of our price range, boy was I wrong.
Ate at Pirate House (excellent food & history), Bella Napoli Bistro (great Italian), toured with Capturing Savannah (photography & history).
Pros: filming “Underground” in front of the Davenport House!; Located within 1 block of Columbia and Oglethorpe Squares, easily walk-able to many eateries and shopping; Inside time was enjoyable with full cable TV (smaller TVs inside the bedrooms would have been an added benefit); Good sized bathroom, and shower was mega powerful!; Provided supplies (soap, towels, trash bags etc.) were just perfect for us. Just enough for our stay.
Cons: outside trash bins were not in the alleyway as stated, directions were also unclear (never did find them); toilet was constantly shutting on and off (even after we and maintenance tried fixing it); parking was not convenient, but then we knew this going into it.; Cleaning staff not so great of a job preparing the apartment. Dirty soap spray on the wall behind the sink in the bathroom, and the dishwasher wasn’t emptied; The “king” bed was actually 2 twins pushed together. My parents complained that they kept separating during the night which made it uncomfortable. Perhaps tying the bed-frames together?
On the first floor (only 4 steps to entry door from the outside door); 1 BR queen bed, 2 BR king bed, small kitchen, average dining room, and average living room with couch and 2 chairs. Literally a few blocks from everywhere, don’t let the trolley’s make you think it’s further than it is. Lucky Savannah was very accommodating and courteous. LOVE the smart phone app. Parking was difficult, so be prepared. I’ll definitely be back and if I’m with a friend, will request this property again, if solo, I’ll choose another. But this was just perfect! Thanks for making our vacation enjoyable!

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this place, the location is perfect, the house well equipped, the beds comfy and the staff helpful. Both times we had "issues" that were resolved quickly ( but I think the cleaning staff should have caught them and had them taken care of before we arrived) .

Cannot beat this location!!! Just a couple of blocks from River Street and lots of cool shops and retaurants! Plenty of space for us four and beds were very comfy! Shower pressure was great with plenty of hot water; however, the shower did not drain during the actual shower and the towels provided shedded. Overall we would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to others!

We loved this little apartment with all its charm. Great location and access to everything the Victorian District has to offer! A starter pack of home goods was given which is a great touch to any rental! Some issues with cleanliness (carpet in master was stained and a pillow case was dirty). Only other downside was lack of parking. However, there is unmetered parking close by or you can pay the meters.

Our goal for our long weekend was to be able to walk nearly wherever we wanted to go, be able to sleep soundly, and enjoy the charm of Savannah. We got that with Lucky Lincoln! The location was just PERFECT--close in for walking, but not "in it" so we didn't have to deal with the noise from late-night activities. The place is full of charm, yet it's modern and convenient. And even though the bedrooms are next to each other, we still felt we had plenty of privacy. We also had service from the Lucky Savannah staff. They were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We will rent from Lucky Savannah again when we return. The apartment was clean and in great condition. Booking, check in, check put, etc process went smoothly. Location of rental was excellent. Close to the sites and trolley comes close to rental.

We had an amazing stay at the Lucky Lincoln house. It was as advertised, clean, well stocked with supplies, and located literally in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Parking was harder to find than I thought, but we just got a parking pass from the Visitor’s Center and that made it easier. I would highly recommend The Lucky Lincoln to anyone, and we are already planning another trip down!

This was my first time staying in a vacation rental and wasn’t sure what to expect. When we arrived at the location, the outside was clean and quiet and located very close to Bay Street and all of my favorite places. When we walked inside I was surprised with how spacious it felt. The living area was bright and open with comfy swivel chairs and big couch. Fixtures throughout were up to date. Bathroom was gorgeous. King sized bed was very soft and comfy. Queen sized bed was okay but our friends did say that it made crunching noise every time you moved which was very unpleasant for them. Over all I absolutely loved this place and will try to stay again next time we go back!

We had the BEST stay at Lucky Lincoln! Layout was just what our family needed for a birthday weekend in Savannah. The unit was quiet, but close to everything. We enjoyed watching the carriages go by and walking to all that Savannah has to offer. Would recommend to family and friends.

Lucky Lincoln is located in a very central part of historic Savannah. Walking distance to the River and a block away from the main retail street in town. Very clean unit and comfortable furniture. We would stay here again.

Lucky Savannah was great to work with. Easy communication,we had all the info we needed for a late night arrival and they were very helpful working with a late

We were delighted with the location and amenities in this apartment. The decoration was lovely and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were quiet and the bathroom was beautifully designed. The only problems we had was that since the apartment was on the ground floor level, the living room needed better curtains to assure privacy. The beds were comfortable, however, the bed in the front bedroom squeaked and the bed in the back has a depression on the door side. Otherwise, we were very happy with this apartment and the proximity to Broughton and River Streets. Thank you!

A friend and I had a great 3 days at Lucky Lincoln. The property was clean and ready on time. Great location despite some noise from passers-by and carriages. We had an issue with privacy - the unit definitely needs blinds on more than one window or heavier curtains.

The condo is in a great location and is a short walk to everything you want to see or explore. The decorations were so cute and we are still obsessing over the tile in the bathroom. Everything was very functional and the condo had a great flow. My only complaint is the fan in the room with the king bed. It was miserably loud. I am a hard sleeper and I had to sleep with a pillow on my head to try and tune it out. We both need a fan to sleep so we had to endure it but please fix that. It shakes really loud every few seconds.

Check in was very easy, and were fortunate enough to find a great parking spot just outside. The beds were extremely comfortable, it was very nicely updated and was clean. Large kitchen table, bar stools, and a living room to hang out was also in walking distance to everything(Prob 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants. We had one question about the Wi-Fi, and they called us back within about 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend, and would also go back.

We love Lucky Savannah Rentals because they have a great selection of homes and such an easy, efficient process. Always great service. That being said, this particular home, while very nice and a perfection location, was subpar in a few areas when it comes to cleanliness: big stains on the bed linens in one bed, crumbs and debris on the kitchen surfaces, and more. There was also a dead roach in the middle of the rug. We are from Florida and we understand bugs are almost impossible to fully control, especially in old buildings. However, this was really obvious on the light colored rug so it's simply the attention to detail by the cleaning professionals that I hope will improve. (Guests from other areas may not be as understanding.) The home is super cute and such a great location though! Everything we visited was just a short walk away. Can't wait to book our next stay with Lucky Savannah.

The Lucky Lincoln Condo was awesome! Perfectly located and perfect for our girls weekend. It was within walking distance to everything. It was so comfortable and plenty of space to feel like we could spread out. It was such a nice place to come back to at the end of a long day sightseeing. The Lucky Lincoln condo is in the perfect location. A few blocks from River Street and within walking distance to everything. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean with lots of charm and plenty of space. We will definitely be booking this condo on our next visit!

We stayed at a condo on Lincoln Street in Savannah. The location was perfect. The app for check in and check out and the code rather than key for entry made for an extremely convenient experience. Our parking spot was close and well worth the extra price given Savannah's tough parking. We emailed with questions and got a prompt response back by phone and email! Great service!

Lucky Lincoln was the perfect place for the three of us to stay while exploring Historic Savannah. We were walking distance from almost everything!! The unit was nicely furnished and equipped and very quiet. It would have been nice to have an extra half bath at times and a larger coffee maker (only four cups at a time if you don't have any pods for the new system). We definitely would recommend this rental to others!!!

The location of the apartment is amazing. We were able to walk to every where we wanted to go within the historic district, and when we did need a car, finding a spot within a block of the residence was easy. The home was comfortable for the three of us and we each had space when we needed a break from each other :) The home had all the amenities and even though we didn't cook while we stayed, there was everything we would have needed to prepare just about any meal we would have wanted.

Thrilled to find this wonderful 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Savannah. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the location was fantastic! Our only concern was the outdoors was so hot that the a/c took two days to get in full cranking mode. There were other minor quirks, but Joy was wonderful when we called to let her know. Regarding the air conditioning, my suggestion would be to have maintenance turn it on one day prior to guests' arrivals during extremely hot weather. Otherwise, everything was within walking distance, and closer than the map had implied. I recommend this place to anyone looking to hang their coat and hat in Savannah. This little spot made out trip all the more delightful.

The apartment was fabulous, comfy and well appointed, fabulous location for the savannah book festival. One exception was that the heat was not working and while the maintenance/heating specialists were fabulous at 5:30, the maintenance and cleaning people were in at 2;00 and could have reported it and saved us 3 1/2 very cold hours ! Also blinds could be cleaned and windows washed. Staff was friendly , professional
And responsive, really excellent staff!

This was the perfect condo for our long weekend in Savannah! The location was excellent. We parked our car on Thursday and didn't use it again until Sunday when we drove out to Tybee Island. We felt very safe in the area.

The condo is clean, with a big bathroom, nice linens. We used the kitchen every day to cook a big breakfast. By night 4, we had accumulated enough leftovers that we were able to eat in! The washer/dryer is super convenient, but quite loud - don't start it right before you go to bed!

Skylar's is a restaurant just blocks from the condo that has excellent food, and takes reservations - no wait! Leopold's Ice Cream is just around the corner - don't wait in the line there, follow their sign and get a pint to go and enjoy it back in the condo, storing the rest in the freezer! The Owens-Thomas house is also right around the corner, and is a great place to visit. The combo ticket with the Jepson Museum is perfect - our kids LOVED the exhibits at the Jepson.

We would definitely stay at Lucky Lincoln again!

This rental is in a historic building, but could use a few updates to make it five stars. The king bed is really two twins that fall apart - the shower is small and the water pressure is overpowering. Great location - cute renovation - just a few missing components.
