My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was in a perfect location to walk anywhere within the historic district. There was no need to worry about parking and was fairly clean. My only complaint were the amount of flies in the house, both dead and alive. It looked like the place hadn't been rented in a while so they probably did not check it. There had to be well over 100 flies in the house. Other than that, it was in good condition, well air conditioned, and fully stocked. I recommend taking care of the fly issue before the next rental.

I was a wonderful time with my sisters. The Jasmine Place was very clean and lovely. Loved sitting on the front porch every morning have coffee and chatting. Savannah is beautiful. Highly recommend lucky savannah they were super to work with. Parking spot with this house huge bonus.

The house is a marvel built in 1816; the years have not passed. It is excellently maintained, very clean, everything works, and it is very comfortable, and it is an unforgettable experience of returning to the past. At first glance, what stands out the most is the cleanliness. Very well equipped, both in the rooms and the kitchen.

We stayed here with my family while we were in Savannah for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. Three big bedrooms with comfortable beds,fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out and relax. Location was amazing, we were able to walk everywhere. House was clean. Highly recommend this property.

The home we chose to rent was a very nice, quaint older home with updates. All the items you could think of to make your stay comfortable were included, beyond your basic towels there was a well-equipped kitchen, irons, vaporizors, fans, etc. The master bath, bedroom and closet were spacious, well-decorated and updated. The customer service from Lucky Savannah was excellent before, during and after our stay. They were friendly, professional, informative, attentive, easy to reach and even available at night when we had an alarm panel concern. There was a concern with construction right outside of the home, causing significant noise from the morning hours throughout the workday. This was beyond the control of Lucky Savannah, but they still went the extra mile by coming to speak with the foreman regarding what was taking place and time expectations. As a follow-up, Lucky Savannah attempted to do their best to alleviate this unexpected noise and vibration concern that kept us from enjoying the inside and outside of the home as we'd planned. The house has a very cute back porch and courtyard w/a grill which would have been enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend the house and definitely Lucky Savannah.

This property was everything we could have asked for. Prime location that was also very quiet even on the weekends. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. So much space, updated bathrooms, and a beautiful courtyard. Very clean upon arrival. Added convenience of Lucky Savannah being able to watch our bags before and after checkout which allowed us to maximize our trip. Would 100% stay here again!

Charming house built in the early 1800's within the Historic District of Savannah. Clean and well maintained and loved that it had a parking spot. We were able to walk to many area restaurants, especially Vic's on the river front. We did book the Hop on Hop Off Bus historical tour, which we loved and highly recommend.

Property description of Jasmine Place was very accurate. The location was perfect for our family. We were close to everything! The property was clean and comfortable. I rented this home for a surprise trip for my adult kids for Christmas. We had the best time! Rental was very clean and adorable. We were able to walk to everything!! I am extremely picky with my rentals and this one met all my expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is wonderful and very spacious. This was a girl’s trip and there were 3 of us. We each had a nice bedroom and 2 of us shared the larger bathroom. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location made it easy to walk to everything in the historical district.

Weekend in savanna for daughters graduation from scad. Excellent location just off of the main drag near the waterfront. House was neat tidy tons of character. Well-stocked with utensils and full kitchen. Beds very very comfortable and washer dryer came in very handy. Just an excellent stay all around.

We enjoyed our stay at Jasmine Place. It was clean, close to the riverwalk and parks and perfect for us. We walked nearly everywhere but liked that it has a designated parking space. There was always parking spots available in front of the house as well. We cooked at last 1-2 meals each day and the kitchen was stocked with pots, plans and the usual kitchenware. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with our coffee in the AM, and eating dinner and playing cards in the evening. So pleasant. And kudos to Candace from the property manager for helping two technically challenged, middle aged women with the cable! She came by the house on Friday night to assist, and brought a Keurig machine too! She was professional I would highly recommend this rental!

Our stay was wonderful! This house overlooks the river- we could see the giant cargo ships passing by from the kitchen and master bedroom, which I loved. The house is comfortable, clean, and spacious- the living room was perfect for sitting and chatting, and we had coffee in the backyard even in December. Everything is within walking distance- restaurants, River Street, parks. The property manager, Caitlin, was so helpful- she answered my questions about check-in and came by within an hour with a coffee pot when I emailed to ask about a coffee maker! Wonderful service!
I'm not a fan of outdoor cats, and that was the one downside of staying here- it seemed like there were cats all over, on the property and on the patio furniture- but I think that may be the case throughout most of Savannah, not unique to this house. Overall, our experience was fantastic and I highly, highly recommend this house!

Jasmine Place is a beautiful old home with lots of character and a fabulous location. It is located on a quiet street but with proximity to everything in the historic district. We never moved our car once we arrived. The bedrooms are well sized and everything in the bathrooms and kitchens has been updated. While it was a little hot while we were there (mid August), there is a beautiful porch and patio behind the house to relax and enjoy. We would definately rent this house again when visiting Savannah.

And my sisters and I stay in historic home each year in August. This year we selected the jasmine place in Savannah Georgia. We were very happy to spend our time in a lovely, comfortable home which faces bay street from the dining room window where we could see the river and the cargo ships passing by. The location of this home is great. We could walk to most places or just catch the free Dot transportation. We enjoyed walking up and down the streets to view all the other beautiful historic homes in the area. Don’t miss a stop at Leopolds Ice Cream which is just blocks away. It is worth the wait in line! The home itself has everything you need to cook meals or just relax. We had one slight issue with condensation from an a/c vent, but it was addressed immediately. We would highly recommend this home for your Savannah visit.

The house was very clean, beds comfortable, AC worked well on hot days. Lucky Management company was very helpful and renting the place couldn't have been easier. The only drawback is the house is one block off of Bay Street, which always has heavy traffic including large trucks - and traffic can be heard in bedrooms all night long.

We absolutely loved our stay at this historic home and plan to stay again in the future. The house is beautiful, in a convenient location, and was very clean. The company that manages the rental was very attentive and helpful. The only slightly negative feedback I could give is the living room set up is a little more formal instead of a cozy place to relax and watch TV during your downtime. Other than that though, perfect stay!

The house was perfect for that historic feel that we wanted and the house couldn’t have been in a better location! We parked the car when we got here and walked everywhere. The Jasmine was the perfect location and comfortable setting for our annual girls 4-day weekend getaway. The house was lovely, quiet and completely comfortable. We had the best time and in walking distance of all the shopping on Broughton as well as River Street and City Market. My family of 5 and one toddler rented Jasmine Place for a family reunion over Easter weekend. The location of the house couldn't have been better-a block off the river, close to restaurants and shopping. The house looked like the renovation had just been completed. It couldn't have been cleaner right down to brand new shower curtains. Very impressed!

This house is very charming! Looks just like the pictures. We immediately felt at home. It is in a great location-you can walk to just about any place you'd want to go. I cannot say enough about Jasmine Place. It is a beautifully restored home from 1816 just steps away from everything in Savannah. The private parking is also ideal for unloading, going to the beach for a day, or just taking a trip to the grocery store. In addition to the private parking space, the private courtyard is the perfect entryway and space to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. The inside of the house is equally pleasing with up-to-date amenities and furnishings. Overall, Jasmine Place has a home-like feel and is in a great location!

Perfect location for everything Savannah! We were within walking distance of everything. There were a couple of light bulbs out, but nothing that affected our stay. Having WiFi available would have made the stay even better.
