We rented the main home and the garden apartment since my mother needed a place with no stairs. We were very frustrated with the doors in the properties. The fence is broken and nearly impossible to keep opening. All patio doors are scraping the stepping plate and extremely hard to open. We could not enjoy coming in an out with ease. The parking omg, if those are locals in the adjacent spots they need manners. The old man purposely would park on the line making us find parking on the street. Not one blanket in the entire property if you want to lay on the couch. Two small washcloth size dishrags just put a few extra hand towels please. The codes to get in didn’t work multiple occasions. The management company was very responsive and that’s why we do keep coming back. We love Savannah. It was 15 minutes for my husband to walk up to the river for date night. There were hangers and we loved that, normally we don’t find that in the properties. We will come back next summer and we will continue to use lucky Savannah but you need to fix those issues because down is going to get hurt.

Was a great little condo for our visit during the St. Patrick Day festivities. Location was great and very walkable. The space itself was very clean everything was working as it should.

This was our favorite of all previous Savannah rentals.
We loved the comfort of the apartment, and enjoyed being close enough to walk to the pleasures of Forsythe Park, and easy driving distance interesting places like SCAD museum of art, Visitor Center, Railway Museum. Also easy walking to the Historic district.

We loved staying in this apartment. Very close to Forsyth Park. Easy access to Historic District. Apartment is well laid out, comfortable furniture and beds, well supplied kitchen. Very responsive hosts. We would stay again.

Unit was exactly as described, location was perfect close to everything but jet removed enough to not have any street noise. Everything was nice and in working order. We had one question about parking and Lucky Savannah was easy to get a hold of ( for us on street parking was easy all weekend, and it was a holiday weekend).

The place was in the best location. The apartment was spacious and had everything one could need. The bed was comfortable. Staff answered their phones and communicated well. I would definitely come back here and I recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and safe area but walking distance to everything. Pictures accurate, condo easy to find, key pad entry and very clean. Everything you might need avaialable in condo. Easy check in and check out. Keep in mind this is ground level so you are able to hear the people living/staying above walking around. Luckily we only heard them one night but it was late and somewhat loud. Also the beds weren't overly comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The perfect location for a stay in charming Savannah. Walking distance to everything. Saturday market in Forsyth Park a few steps away. Rental has everything you need for a short term or long term stay. Rental agency prompt to respond. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Loved it!!

We enjoyed our first stay here. Had a problem with the TV not working properly, but Lucky Savannah took care of that. We also had a problem with the garbage disposal, but Lucky Savannah also took care of that! The pull-out sofa mattress was terribly stained, but Lucky Savannah will also be taking care of that! It is comforting to know that they are so quick and thorough in solving your problems. Bedroom could use another side table. Refrigerator has some issues with an alarm that beeps on and off. That needs looked into. The size of the kitchen is wonderful.
