Description

This modern, ground level, apartment is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, only steps away from Savannah's Famed Forsyth Park. This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a modern getaway, either for an extended or short stay!

The garden apartment is on the ground level of this three-story town home and is accessed by from the street. Each square inch is carefully curated with the modern conveniences, and upgraded finishes. Entering into the living room, you'll find a large smart television, along with a comfortable sofa with queen size pull-out. Open to the living space, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare home cooked meals.

The bedroom with Queen size bed is tucked away towards the back of the home, drowning out the sounds of the city for a restful night's sleep. The full bath with tub/shower combo is in the hall - easily shared by both set of guests on opposite ends of the apartment.

Guests are a short walk away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, and a beautiful stroll from downtown's main attractions such as River Street, City Market, and Bay Street.

We enjoyed our first stay here. Had a problem with the TV not working properly, but Lucky Savannah took care of that. We also had a problem with the garbage disposal, but Lucky Savannah also took care of that! The pull-out sofa mattress was terribly stained, but Lucky Savannah will also be taking care of that! It is comforting to know that they are so quick and thorough in solving your problems. Bedroom could use another side table. Refrigerator has some issues with an alarm that beeps on and off. That needs looked into. The size of the kitchen is wonderful.

The perfect location for a stay in charming Savannah. Walking distance to everything. Saturday market in Forsyth Park a few steps away. Rental has everything you need for a short term or long term stay. Rental agency prompt to respond. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and safe area but walking distance to everything. Pictures accurate, condo easy to find, key pad entry and very clean. Everything you might need avaialable in condo. Easy check in and check out. Keep in mind this is ground level so you are able to hear the people living/staying above walking around. Luckily we only heard them one night but it was late and somewhat loud. Also the beds weren't overly comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The place was in the best location. The apartment was spacious and had everything one could need. The bed was comfortable. Staff answered their phones and communicated well. I would definitely come back here and I recommend this place to others.
