A welcome addition to the Victorian District, Howard Grande Garden is a street-level, one-bedroom apartment within short walking distance to the city center.

Despite being a garden apartment, this home boasts tall ceilings and great natural light, ideal for travelers who wish to unwind to the sounds of charming Forsyth Park. With a Queen size bed dressed in hotel-grade linens, a flat screen TV, ample closet space, and a kitchenette, you'll be hard-pressed to leave your cozy quarters and explore Savannah's Victorian District.

When you do wish to venture out, head South a few blocks and find yourself immersed in Savannah's hipster culture - with a wine bar, vegan cafe, and whole foods market adjacent to the Forsyth Park Farmer's Market. A few minutes' walk in the other direction gets you closer to the bustling city center. Take the scenic route through downtown's beautiful squares and end at the well-known River Walk - a great place to grab a beer and people watch.

Whether you're a traveling professional looking for a quiet respite close to the city center, or a couple wanting to tap into the local scene, Howard Grande Garden is the perfect home for you!

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

Great location ! The Dot is nearby for free transportation around savanna. I know I was worried about safety but it was really safe and quiet at night

Apartment was small, but located right beside Forsyth Park! Efficiency was clean, but needed a few more amenities in kitchenette area!

The unit was clean, neatly decorated, and comfortable. It was in a great location in the Historic Area (a block from Forsythe Park) on a quiet street, and central to transportation. The only suggestion I would make is to put a microwave in the Garden Suite and maybe provide some K- cups or a reusable K- cup filter for the machine.

The place was very clean and easy to access. It is small and feels like a very small hotel room. Parking was easy and free. Because it seems like it is just a lower living area locked off from upstairs unit, you can hear everything as clear as if people upstairs are sitting right next to you. There is nowhere to sit other than on the bed or on an office chair. I think a small couch would be a better choice than a desk/chair in that area. TV is so small it is hard to see from across room while lying in bed - a small couch or larger TV would correct that. Management of rental was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use LuckySavannah again but would opt for a more comfortable unit. This place is perfect for a couple or single person looking for a clean room to sleep and shower

The room and location was perfect. The walk to the riverfront, was nice and easy. Enjoyed the park every day.

The place was not bad. There was a little confusion as the outside door was locked and the other guests upstairs had laid claim to the room before we got there. The door to upstairs was unlocked so they thought the area was theirs as well. The property management company sent someone to fix the issue very quickly.

Overall not bad. There were two issues that was a little too much. The first, the upstairs was very loud. It was not their fault, but you heard every step and every conversation. If the people live upstairs and are renting out their bottom floor, their customer service sucks! They have to understand that people are paying to stay on a relaxation vacation and not wanting to wake up when they wake up! The second is the AIR, it took forever to cool down and was very warm. Honestly, the place was clean and very close to the area. With the abundant amount of AirBNB, I would suggest finding one that is not below someone.
