This apartment is definitely high on charm and historic feel. It’s close to the river walk restaurants, very peaceful area.
The host is super kind and responsive. I accidentally broke something, and they came the very next morning and took care of it.
Two slight issues.—One: the bedroom is bright as day all night long, due to parking lot lights and no curtains. Bring a sleep mask! Two: the shower leaks all over the floor, so reserve a couple towels for mopping it up.

Great location with a very nearby square park that is good for pets. The age of the house is part of the appeal, but it could use some clean up. Would be great to have a more normal shower door or curtain. Overall our stay was great!

This was such a great apartment with everything we needed. The location was amazing! Lucky Savannah is definitely a company I would use again for. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever had.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, great HVAC system, bed was very comfortable, comfortable furniture, very clean except bathroom was dirty upon arrival due to poor cleaning after repair work. Ceiling fan in MB did not work, blinds in MB inoperable so major street light intrusion, no hand towels and only 1 wash cloth provided but plenty of bath towels. Steep, narrow, long entry stairs. Frig water dispenser did not work, plenty of ice though. Nowhere to place washed dishes to dry. Need a stool to operate fan over stove. No outside area, door to 2nd floor porch locked.

This place is in a great location for walking everywhere in Historic Savannah.
It is quiet and comfortable - just a little run down. The unit is upstairs and the stair carpeting needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. The dishwasher is very old and poorly designed for glasses and large plates. The bathroom has new vanity and toilet, but the tub is old and very narrow - hard to stand with feet apart when showering. Also the half glass swing shower door did not prevent the shower from leaking all over the floor. Went through multiple towels to wipe the floor every morning!
The couch and chairs look nice but are a little saggy.
I guess keep in mind the house was built in 1897 and has wonderful charm and architectural features.

The apartment was perfect for our girls trip, the living area is large and very comfortable. It was also great to be able to store our luggage at the Lucky Savannah office before and after checkout.

Had a wonderful trip to Savannah! I'm not even sure how we got so lucky to book this beautiful home just a couple weeks before travel. We were able to walk nearly anywhere in downtown/historic Savannah from this home. The actual home was beautiful, well taken care of, and the decorations were so charming. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we experienced an issue with parking. Overall, wonderful experience and would definitely return! Highly recommend!

The vacation rental was all they said it would be. Close to everything. It was on quiet street with a good parking spot.

We had a great time on our anniversary stay at Harper House Too. Location is wonderful. Just outside of the bustle but close enough to easily walk. No issues getting into the home. The parking spot was a nice added perk. You can hear everything from the outside at night but the carriage rides going on with the jingle bells made that quite festive. Very clean and had a beautiful kitchen.

We booked a family vacation to celebrate a birthday. It was very easy to check in and enter the property. Upon arrival, all was well, with a minor issue with parking. The spot next to the assigned space always seemed to have someone in it who could not park. Always over the line, we had to squeeze our car into the spot and worry about car doors from the spot on the right, because of the hideous parking from the car on the left. I let the office know, just in case someone called and complained about our parking.
The accommodations were nice, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom was clean, floors old, lovely, and clean.
The only negatives would be, the bathtub is very narrow and there is nothing to hold on to to get in and out of the shower. Standing in the shower your feet can't be flat, they go up on the sides because it is that narrow. Getting out, the tub wall is high and would pose a slip risk if you are not careful. The washer has mold on the opening, and the bottom level entrance sort of smelled for a few days but went away the last day.
Other than the parking, the narrow tub, and the moldy washer, our stay was fantastic and we had a great time as a family. We walked to breakfast/brunch every morning, walked to dinners, Riverstreet, and down Broughton for ice cream and shopping. Great vacation and stay.

Lucky Savannah was responsive with all inquiries during our stay. The location was clean, and even included parking! It's a central location blocks from River, Broughton, and all the historic sites in Savannah.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere all weekend. We easily got parking right in front of the house with street parking. There were ants on the center counter in the kitchen which need addressed. I also think blinds that completely shut in the bedroom would be appreciated. We will definitely be back!!

Very comfortable. Location is excellent. The two minor issues we had were the shower leaked everywhere and we didn't have enough towels to mop up the floor and take showers and we were having to wash the towels after every shower and the dishwasher rollers were broken and made it inconvenient to load and unload the dishwasher. Other than that the home is very comfortable and the location was close to everything but still very quiet.

Beautiful historic home. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pot/ pans, dishes, and utensils. We loved being right next to Warren Square to walk our dog. We’ll be back!

We loved the location of our stay at the Harper House. It was easy walking distance from most things we wanted to do while in the area. Although there was little info regarding parking, even after asking the management company directly, it was fairly easy to find and understand how to pay. The house itself was charming, but could use some TLC. The light at the entry was burnt out making it a dark entrance up a flight of stairs upon arrival. The stairs were carpeted and definitely had a must to them. The furniture was average, but clean. The linens were fresh and clean- It would have been nice to have an additional blanket available and softer options for pillows. The house as a whole is in need of new blinds, but particularly in the main bedroom as the street lights and those from the adjacent parking lot keep the room bright all night.
We were given one starter bag of coffee and had to use a paper towel as a filter (later we found filters in the back corner of a cupboard). A big disappointment was that only one garbage bag was provided- which for 3 days is all we ended up needing, however the bags were a cheap thin plastic that ripped when pulled out of the can. While frustrating, it wouldn’t have been an issue if there was another bag to put around it, but there was nothing. Check out instructions stated that the trash must be taken out (down the stairs) to the alleyway- all with a cheap, thin, ripped bag.... A nightmare situation. The water pressure is an obvious issue, but is noted in the home. And lastly- we were awoken around 3am our last night to the sound of dripping water from the roof leaking through the attic access. We were able to find a bucket and use towels to mitigate as best we could. We sent the management company an email right away and received a response that maintenance would be by after our checkout. While I understand we were checking out, I was under impressed by the response- thankfully no personal belonging

Came to Savannah for a wedding. The Harper House is in a great location. Easy walk to everywhere. Short city blocks.

It was cozy although an old house. It was in good shape and clean. The hot water supply is slow but there is sufficient signs giving you the heads up about it in the bathroom as the pipes are old. It's aptly located. We were able to take a morning walk in the river street which were just minutes away

Confusing when you first drive up and no free parking nearby.
Older building that is adorable from the outside. Door knobs feel like they are going to come off.
Steep stairs.
Some small accents from it being an older house and has lots of potential. Didn’t realize second bedroom was bunk beds and super small.
Main bedroom gets really cold.
Bathroom is stunning and a great size for multiple people getting ready.
Appliances were nice and newer.
Great location for everything, website says main area is a little over a mile but didn’t feel like it at all, feels like less than 10 blocks.
