Welcome to The Harper Abode, a cheerful four-bedroom Queen Anne–style Victorian overlooking historic Warren Square in downtown Savannah. With room for up to eight Lucky guests, this bright and beautifully preserved home blends Victorian charm with modern comfort—perfect for families, couples, and groups looking to stay steps from everything.
This sun-filled home features soaring ceilings, original decorative hearths, and tasteful furnishings throughout. Both living spaces offer comfortable seating for your entire group, each featuring a flat-screen TV and an original (now decorative) fireplace. The kitchens—yes, two—have been thoughtfully updated with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to cook meals together. Just off each kitchen, you’ll find cozy dining areas that seat up to four.
On the first floor, original pocket doors separate the main living area from the primary bedroom, an iconic detail of Victorian homes. The hardwood floors continue into the bedroom, where you’ll find a decorative hearth, mirrored armoire, carved wooden headboard, and a plush king-size bed. A full bath with a tub/shower combination sits just before the kitchen. The first-floor guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a fully renovated en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a spacious vanity.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide privacy for families or groups. The large upstairs bathroom offers a relaxing atmosphere with marble countertops and a subway-tile soaking tub/shower combination. Down the hall, a charming guest room includes a bunk bed—perfect for kids or solo sleepers. At the front of the home, the second primary bedroom boasts beautiful natural light, another original fireplace with exposed brickwork, and a second king-size bed.
