Description

The bright exterior of our four bedroom, Queen Anne Style Victorian Home, cheerfully welcomes you to this unique charming property. Perched upon Warren Square The Harper Abode comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.

The entire home gleams with natural light, and boasts with high ceilings, original, decorative hearth and tasteful furnishings. Both living spaces can comfortably seat your entire party, both fitted with A flat-screen TV, and original fire places that are now decorative. Both spacious kitchens have been tastefully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space to prepare home meals. Tucked away, you'll find each dining space can seat up to four guests.

The first floor features original pocket doors, a classic feature in Victorian homes, that separates the living area from the primary bedroom. The original hardwood floors extend into the primary bedroom, where you’ll find another decorative hearth, mirrored armoire and a carved wooden headboard above the king-size bed. Just off the kitchen is the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and fully renovated, en suite bath with a large vanity.

Upstairs, you'll find the additional two bedrooms, and a large bathroom that offers a serene setting with marble countertops, and a large subway tile soaking tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you'll find the guest bedroom which is fitted with a bunk bed perfect for children, or singles of the group. At the front of the home, the primary bedroom awaits, with an ample amount of windows, another original fireplace with brickwork, and a comfortable King size bed.

Step outside to the cozy, private courtyard where a bistro set waits for you to enjoy your morning coffee, and a gas grill is available for bbq-ing on a sunny Savannah afternoon. You’ll be just minutes from the excitement of River Street, with Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions all within walking distance.

Guests have access to two designated/reserved parking spaces in the lot directly behind the home.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

We went for a wedding and small vacation with my children. The home was perfect. Clean and inviting and close to downtown. We never used the rental car. Walked everywhere. We had rented both homes and one was locked and they came within 3-5 minutes to open it.

After some initial troubles figuring out the keys and getting someone out of our assigned parking space, the visit was perfect! And the staff responded to our calls for help promptly, so it was not an issue at all.

The house is roomy, has comfortable beds, is clean, well equipped, and located close to everything.

Loved the location of the property. We got to town, parked 2 cars in the assigned lot and another car in the nearby garage and never touched them until departure 5 days later. Walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. $10 Uber rides will get you somewhere if you are in a hurry or dont feel like walking. House is large, clean and very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. Self-serve check in and check out were easy enough. Definitely recommend.

We had a group of Municipal Officials and Employees attend a conference in Savannah. Our usual rental was unavailable and we were lucky enough to find this place. It was wonderful. Two full apartments - one upstairs and one downstairs. We had an issue with the key for the upstairs and Lucky Savannah had someone there within minutes to assist us. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed cooking in the upstairs kitchen for everyone. Only recommendation I would make for that is a bigger table - this one only sat six and with both apartments, it should have a table for 12 at least. The furniture was very comfortable. One parking space provided but there was on street parking and the parking deck is adjacent to the house so it was very convenient. Would definitely stay again
