Description

This renovated second floor apartment combines modern conveniences with historic charm. Located just off of Greene Square, up to five Lucky guests can be comfortably accommodated here.

Large windows fill the open living space with natural light. The galley style kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a window-side table and chairs perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. Accessed through the kitchen, the first bedroom has bunk bed with trundle, perfect for kids or a girls’ weekend away. The top bunk and trundle is a Twin, while the lower bunk is a Full bed. Exposed brick walls give the master bedroom character.

Nearby are several of Savannah’s outstanding restaurants, including Ta Ca Sushi & Japanese Fusion, voted Best Sushi in Savannah Magazine’s Best of Savannah 2016, and ChaBella, a farm-to-table restaurant. Pick up everything from fresh cuts of meat, wine and cheese pairings, and even prepared meals at Smith Brothers Butcher Shop, just a short walk away.

The Green Square Urban Flat was awesome! It was close to everything and the flat itself was fantastic. It was very nice and clean. Had all amenities needed and the rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in Savannah, be it for a short or long stay it is well worth it!

Great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Street sweepers and main road thoroughfare a little loud throughout night. The place was clean - yet refrigerator had top shelf filled with water due to freezer door opening ajar when we shut refrigerator. Maintenance came and said he fixed in 3 minutes but it continued to leak and we realized the problem so after shutting fridge door - we pushed door to freezer shut. Also asked Thursday for wash cloths because we only had 2 and 4 people ... as of Saturday afternoon we still didn’t have until we called again. Also outlets to left of stove for coffee pot didn’t work so we moved coffee pot. Last- the lamp shade in master bedroom was crooked - think it was broken. Everyone was nice and I would stay there again but go to office directly to get items instead of using phone,

This property was located in a nice neighborhood, the bedrooms and the bathroom were clean.
Unfortunately The washing machine was out of service and we couldn’t really wash our clothes, but other than that it was a great place for the five of us.

We walked to every place we visited and only needed Uber to airport. Nice clean space and management was quick to respond with any questions. The umbrellas were a lifesaver on our rainy morning expedition.

We were happy with the location and for three adults it was plenty of space. Check in and out was seamless. King size beds are hard to find in a rental so this was the main reason we chose it- very comfy. Over Christmas weekend- plenty of parking. Kitchen is functional and has all needs.
The downside is you need to be a medium to heavy sleeper. There is an audio tour bus that drives by every 45 minutes or so starting at about 8am. The upstairs neighbor is VERY loud walking on the squeaky floors. My husband complained about the furniture being uncomfortable in the living room (he’s 6’ 3”- my daughter and I were fine). We weren’t disappointed as many rentals have been more negative than positive but this was good. Mostly it needs a refresh. Walls, furniture and bathroom(!!) could use a DEEP clean.
We would stay again at the right price.

Nice little place to sleep at night, but not too much space for hanging out. Once I got the dead cockroach cleaned up from the master bedroom the place was clean & inviting. Not much storage space for luggage or groceries. Fridge leaked water on top shelf so we had to be careful what we put in there. Wish there was some sort of outdoor space (balcony or courtyard) for some fresh air. Thankful for the beach chairs in the closet so we were able to relax outside elsewhere. Would have preferred a key code door entry or two sets of keys. Juggling one set of keys for 5 people was difficult.

Nice location, friendly staff. But when we arrived, ladder was broke going to top bunk. Texted and sent picture but no one was ever sent to fix. Very dim lights in hallway going up stairs to room. Doorway jam was broke to close door going outside, hard to close. Bathtub was clogged and tub would fill up with water when taking shower. Other wise cute little place to get away, just needs some attention.

Wonderful location. Street parking an issue. Recommend getting a daily pass for Savannah. Beds were comfortable and was clean upon arrival. If you are not elderly with mobility problems it is excellent.

It was a perfect stay for my husband and I. Short walking distance to anything and everything which is exactly what we wanted. The place was very clean and the photos online are current. We were very happy with the location and how quiet it was at night. Just far enough away where you don’t hear the nightlife but still close enough to walk to restaurants, the river walk and more! I definitely recommend this property.

The apartment was well maintained and the check-in process was pretty simple; they do have their own separate app for all check-in, info, etc., but I believe all the relevant information is sent via email as well, so I don't think the app is absolutely necessary. The apartment is a 15 min walking distance to all the major attractions (there is also a bus stop nearby for the free buses that do a loop around town). The location is pretty quiet (which we enjoyed) and there were always parking spots available out front.

This place was outstanding. Close enough to everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well stocked. The ONLY complaint was the clothes dryer didn't work well at all. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Our experience was outstanding! The rental company was the best, checked to see if we got there, if we needed anything and then how our stay was. They were only a text away. My husband and I are big fans of the Historical Savannah and we love the area around Greene park and this location was great! The apartment was clean, convenient and bed was so comfortable. ( I actually slept in and that does not happen for me) If I had to give a con, it would be the fact we had to carry keys with us everywhere we went. I suggest a keyless entry but our overall experience was perfect!

We had a wonderful time in this little condo. A couple of small issues, the overhead light didn’t work and the TV wouldn’t turn on when we arrived. Maintenance came out and solved the problems for us. It’s a cozy space with just enough room for my self and 2 college age sons for the weekend. Everything is within walking distance. No complaints, we would absolutely rent this place again.

Very clean, nice stay in the Savannah historic district. We had 4 girls stay in the home and had plenty of space for us. I had a package delivered to the office during our stay and they made it so easy and were quick to answer any questions I had before coming. The lockbox also made it easy to check in at anytime. Close to everything and definitley walkable.

The location of this rental was perfect! We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go in Savannah. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the old hardwood floors and interior brick walls gave it such great charm and character. Great location, clean enough, A/C worked great which was awesome. Kitchen was not fantastically stocked, washer/dryer either not working right or extremely hard to use. Shower curtain was filthy with all kinds of stains. We only stayed two nights and it was okay for our needs but super small living space and all seating very uncomfortable. Might not be the best for a longer stay. All in all it was okay.

My friend and I meet up in Savannah every few years because it’s equal distance for us. We lucked out (no pun intended) finding this charming condo. It was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great hot water that lasted through two showers. Comfy beds. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Close walk to the riverfront and everything. Will definitely use Lucky Savannah again and would rent this condo again too.

The rental was exactly as described — cozy, spotless, and stocked with useful amenities. It was the perfect home base for our girls’ weekend. We walked to River Street and downtown several times, and drove a short distance to a boat house where we were able to get a boat to Dafuskie Island. Parking was easy, both in terms of finding a spot and making sure that were were legally in that spot. We had a great time and I would stay here again!

This was the perfect set up for our girls getaway. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere and use the rental as our base. We loved the creaky wood floors and exposed brick. It had everything we needed. Staying here added to our Savanah experience, so much better than staying at a hotel. The bathroom was nice and clean but the rest of the place could have been a bit cleaner. One of the beds was not changed when we arrived but that was quickly fixed with a phone call. Easy check in and only 20 minutes from the airport. Would certainly recommend!

We arrived later than we expected and had trouble finding the address and keys but we finally got in.
We had to leave earlier than expected because of Irma but our stay was very comfortable.
The location was perfect, the apartment comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed, very well equipped with all the necessities. We had a great stay.

We were very pleased upon arrival to the unit. The pictures did a good job describing the unit. Very close walking to all attractions. Only downside was very loud at all hours of the day/night. Would definitely be back!

The unit is extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Two things to be aware of are: if you are a light sleeper, the proximity to Broad Street will wake you in the very early morning hours (around 5:30AM), nd if you plan on doing laundry in the unit, make sure you literally have 3 hours to devote as it takes 1 hr to wash and minimum 2 hrs to dry. Otherwise, no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at your location. There were only a few things that disappointed a little. Not enough seating space in living room. One of the chairs was broken. Also the refrigerator leaked on the inside top shelf. But all in all it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great location.

Everything was great! Nice unit! You do need to carry suit case up 1 level of stairs, no elevator. Cozy bed!Modern finishes- Nice high ceilings! People who work for Lucky Savannah are very friendly.

GREAT LOCATION! The place was very nice. So much natural light, but very good blackout curtains too. Good for about 2 to 4 adults. The space has one king bed and a small day bed with a pullout underneath. Decent kitchen. If you plan on watching TV bring your own movies, selection is sparse.

For 2 or 3 people, it's a great apartment with a great location. Everything works as it should. Small couch, slippery floors and a shower curtain that's way too long were the only small issues. The washing machine is a nice bonus but we had no luck with the dryer. It was nice to chill at the end of the day of walking around and exploring.

The location of the property was ideal- close to the water, within walking distance to downtown Savannah, and near a DOT (free fare transportation) which came in handy when traveling to Forsyth Park. Lucky Savannah has been extremely professional from the initial reservation request to our day of check-out. The apartment was extremely clean, stocked with fresh linens, and had clear instructions for the TV, Wi-Fi, and Air conditioning. This was the perfect place for a sweet southern getaway with friends from college!

Good location. Nice place. Management team was very responsive. My only complaint is they charge an extra $35 if the rental place is ready prior to 4 and you want to check in early. I have stayed in many rental places over the years and not one has ever charged to access the place early. It does not cost them anything to allow this and this is good customer service.

Neat little apartment, the perfect size for a besties getaway or couples trip. Walkable distance to river front, easy to get on highways for further exploration around Savannah. Lucky Savannah was quick to answer any questions we had and the property was in excellent condition.

We had a great time and the experience was great, place was clean. There weren’t enough towels when we arrived and within 30 minutes we had fresh ones delivered to the door! No complaints! Would come back.

The stay was almost perfect other than the huge cockroach that made its way out into the living room at night. It was so disgusting. Everything else about the property was great, especially the convenience of the location.

This place was perfect for two couples for a long weekend d. We were close enough to walk to everything. Only confusion was we were never told what unit we were staying in which was weird.

There were 4 of us in for a girls trip. Overall we were quite happy with Lucky Savannah. The apartment was clean and light (when you opened the shades) and great for walking. We felt that there could’ve been written instructions for checking out, and how to use the washer/dryer.

Cozy & close. Would definitely stay again.

We were pleased with everything. Easy to find, easy on street parking. Clean & cozy. We didn't cook in so I can't speak the to kitchen but would've been easy to do so. I was a little concerned about the location - on the map it appeared a little away from the "action" but it was an easy walk to pretty much anywhere we were headed. And quieted down nicely around us at night. Additionally, we had to call for assistance with something while we were there and the staff was professional & efficient in helping us out.
