The perfect getaway for a couple, this garden level apartment offers a cozy respite after a full day of exploring historic Savannah. Ideally located just steps away from Forsyth Park, you’ll be a short walk away from boutique shops, historic attractions, and the infamous Southern cooking of Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room.

The original brick floors have been finished to add an attractive shine that complements the modern decor. The spacious bedroom is located off the entry hall with ample storage space and Queen size bed. Enjoy a full size bath with standing shower at the end of the hall. The living area is perfect for quiet evenings in, with a sofa that pulls out into a Queen sleeper for two additional guests. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with all of the culinary tools and appliances you're used to having at home. The true gem of this home is the expansive, shared courtyard - perfect for a quiet start or end to your day.

Parking: Metered Parking
This unit has on-street, metered parking. Meters are monitored by the City of Savannah, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. You do not need to pay the meters on Sunday. You may purchase a parking pass at the Mobility and Parking Services office. This information and more is provided for our guests in our confirmation email upon booking.

Outdated, simply smelled musty. Great location, quiet little outside eating space. Couch is simply awful. Overall I’m giving a 4 due to location, etc. Space was clean and nice, but the smell was overpowering. Maybe it was due to recent rain? My clothes smelled musty just from 4 days there. I recommend using the spray we left or purchase your own Lysol to try to kill the smell. Bedroom was comfy and nice tho. Good amount of kitchen utensils, etc.

103 West Gordon was the perfect location in the historic area for our Savannah experience. Uniquely designed, preserving the brick floors, and privacy. Only recommendation is to replace the sleeper sofa which was uncomfortable for sitting.

This was in a lower level of another unit. It was rather dark - not like the pics show. The location however was great - right in town and easy to walk thru the city to anywhere.

We loved our time at Garden Oasis. It was well equipped and super comfy. The location is perfect for touring the historic district and never getting in a car. We obviously missed the note about washer/dryer included so that was an added bonus.
The only observation was that the interior wasn’t as bright as the pictures showed. This isn’t a negative comment, just an observation.

Nice rental - pros: great location, around the corner from Forsythe Park and about a 10 minute walk to the shopping area. Kitchen was stocked well as far as needing to cook in. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Cons: mosquitos! I know it's not the fault of the rental company but it didn't matter how quickly we ran inside, there were always mosquitos. And not sure if the pictures were the same apartment, the lighting was very dim, not very bright.
Unfortunately didn't spend a whole lot of time as my mother was in the hospital for 2 days on our "vacation". I would recommend based on the time I was there.

We had a fabulous time here. The apartment was perfect for couples. The courtyard was a gem for breakfast and relaxing after a day of exploring. Linens gave a luxurious touch. Rustic brownstone in historic district. Great location to shops eateries and parks. Overall the place was nice,but some areas need to freshened up with paint. The sofa needs to be changed, past life of use in my opinion.

It's a dark unit. Both TVs had problems, and took 10-15 minutes to warm up. During the wait the screen went bright green, then dark, then made loud noises. It took two days to figure out how to turn them on (i.e. have patience). We called for a repair while we were out but they did not come, so we had to cancel the repair person since my husband and I both had business calls and could not have the disruption. During Covid this was more important since we were not going out at night. The bathroom is small and very cold. We should have been told to leave the door open to get heat from the main part of the house. The shower needs to have the grout cleaned. The unit was relatively clean, but things like coffee grounds left in the pot made me worry it was not fully cleaned and sanitized (especially with Covid). The sofa is old, and other furniture needs to be replaced. The bed was comfy but the bottom sheet was too small or shrunk and kept slipping off. Kitchen could use a large knife for cooking. I've stayed in much better in Savannah and would likely not stay there again. The location was good though, and the outside sitting area is awesome. Street parking was easy.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. The bungalow was very cute, clean and in close proximity to everything. It has a little cute courtyard in the back that adds a special touch and a nice park within walking distance. It was everything we needed for our special weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

We have used LUCKYSAV several times prior to this visit so not surprisingly check in/ out is a very simple process. As usual the property was exactly as described. And in immaculate condition. Very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The table in the enclosed garden was a perfect spot to start our day. Very safe neighborhood with great proximity to everything.
Intend to return soon. Highly recommend.

First time in Savannah and had a great experience! The home was in a perfect location, walkable to everything. The backyard was adorable and we loved sitting outside and having a coffee before heading out to explore for the day. It is the bottom apartment and we were worried about noise from the upstairs but we have zero complaints. There is an app you download with all information, which is super helpful, but mine was not correctly showing my access code. I contacted the company and they were quick to get back to me and the woman I spoke with was very friendly. Overall, definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Garden Oasis and the location was perfect, once you park your car you don’t need it again unless you’re sight seeing outside the city. The apartment was OK at best, the pictures are a little deceiving. The living room couch is awful and incredibly uncomfortable. We did not spend too much time in the living room, but when we came home at night I like to watch TV for a bit and it would be nice if there was a coffee table and some end tables. When we were in Savannah the temperature was phenomenal, in the high 70s to low 80s everyday which was great because the A/C was pretty weak. Lastly the mosquitoes in the unit were awful and we couldn’t figure out why. Now for the positives. The agency was great to deal with, when you call they always answer and are very pleasant. The bed is very comfortable and when we arrived the unit was spotless. We were able to find on street parking right outside the unit with no issues, and parking was one of our concerns when we were renting this place, Park Savannah is a great easy to use app for the parking meters. At $140 or so a night the complaints we had were not enough to deter us from staying there again. I just thought if you rent this unit you should know there are some negatives to it.

The unit was perfect! Great location in the heart of Savannah, close to basically anywhere you would want to walk. Had all the basics and then some. Really loved the fact we could be anywhere in 10 min walking. Bathroom was a little tight but certainly manageable. Great place for a couples getaway, but there is a little bit of noise from the unit above. Nothing that was distracting though. Enjoy!

The rental was spotless and located a quick walk to Forsyth Park where free Savannah transportation for the historic district is available. The bedroom and kitchen are well done. The courtyard beautiful. Only negatives was the condition of the living room furniture. Sofa looked like it came from a college apartment complete with a brick holding up the one end unsuccessfully. The area rug in the living room needs replaced. That said, we didn't spend much time inside because the location was amazing and convenient to most everything.

Easy check in/check out. Easy to locate and access unit. Spacious enough for a couple, full kitchen stocked with essentials. Location was great! Was near busy road, so we heard road noise 24/7. Bed was not the most comfortable, but worked. Couch was quite firm..didn't spend much time in living room due to that. TV remotes could be simpler to use, but we spent most of our time exploring the city anyway.

Perfect location!! The apartment provided everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Nicely done. The only thing we had trouble with was operating the TV in the living room - we could get music but no kept showing “weak or no signal”. Also, the TV instructions didn’t coincide with the actual TV.

The apartment was decorated nicely. We found it a little small for us compared to other rentals in the area. The courtyard was lovely to eat dinner outside in. Some maintenance required in a few spots, but I'm sure that will be taken care of. Plenty of linens and towels, which was appreciated. Walked most places. Finding a parking space close by was sometimes difficult when we had to drive. We love Savannah Coffee Roasters for a quick salad or sandwich and beverage.

Garden Oasis Bungalow was beautiful and perfectly located near everything. I have to say the floors could have been cleaner. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Mold in the shower floor corners and the bottom of cloth shower curtain was molded some. Grossed me out. The bathroom window blind was dirty as well as window seal. Sink and toilet needed scrubbed top to bottom as well as vanity. The bedroom curtains had stain of something at the bottoms. The bedroom tv was useless. Tons of tiny bugs crawling on kitchen counter every night. I would stay again if I knew those things were corrected. Also would recommend if those things were corrected.

The unit was charming and cozy and we enjoyed being there. It was close to everything we wanted to do, a very good location. A couple of items to note -- the pullout bed in the living room is starting to fall apart. When we pulled out the mattress to sleep on it was nearly impossible to put back in and we discovered it was also held up by bricks which made it uneven and difficult to maneuver. Also the ceiling light in the bathroom was not working and this light is next to the shower which made it dark when taking a shower. There were no spare light bulbs in the unit.

Awesome location to be close to everything we liked to do. Easy excess, maps and great app with infos. Loved that extra pull out couch in living room for me and my daughter to sleep comfortable in our own space. Internet was not working well, but they tried really hard to fix it. The kitchen has great plates cups etc. but a regular good size pot or frying pan is missing. I would definitely rent it again, it was awesome and easy! Thank you

This charming, spacious apartment is a stone's throw from the Mercer-Williams House. Wonderfully close to Savannah's squares and Forsythe Park. Everything is in walking distance but when you need a lift, the free shuttle stop is half a block away. Courtyard was lovely for relaxing with a beverage after a long day exploring. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Only stayed 3 nights and needed more, to much to see and do in this beautiful city. The bungalow was perfect for the two of us in a great location. Just a short walk to Forsyth park and a short dot ride (free shuttle that runs from 7am to midnight) to River street. Clarys for breakfast is fantastic and you can't beat the Crystal Beer Parlor for a great meal and cold drink! The tours of the houses and churches should not be missed!

I loved my VRBO. The location was perfect! It was such a well laid out design, too. The decorating was just right. I had some issues with the hot water working in the shower, but the management team was quick to respond. I would stay here again. It was a charming and cozy little place.

We loved this garden apartment. Easy walk to historic Savannah, great restaurants within walking distance. Our first night we were tired and didn’t want to walk all the into town but found a great restaurant close by it was called the Public Kitchen and the food was very good! Would definitely stay again.

Quaint little place in a great location in the historic district. The property is not huge but comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had some issues with ants in the kitchen but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great find for my week in Savannah. It was as advertised (always thankful for no walk in suprises). Bed room was nice sie as was the living room.
The bathroom had a nice shower but is a bit on the narrow side. No issue for me but could be if you are a tall dude.
the courtyard was the real gem - wonderful size and parklike.
Kitchen was fully implemented noting missing.
Instructions for checkin/out very clear and left nothing to chance.
The location is a couple blocks from Forsyth biut if you plan to spend time nearer to Bay - learn the Dot. The stop is less then a block away and they stop frequently.
One of the best units I have used - Good job Lucky Sav!

My daughter and I stayed here during her week at SCAD summer seminar. It was so convenient to get her to and from SCAD. It was a perfect location for getting to restaurants and Forsyth Park for my morning jog. We had trouble with the key code when we first arrived, but someone from the management company came over within 5 minutes to help us.

We were thrilled with the location and the price was decent. We thought it was a great deal until the added fees were tacked on. Still, not a bad deal. Our only comolaint was tbat the shower is tiny ans the toilet was not bery clean. Which in actuality, is a pretty big mistake. We loved the befroom, living area, and kitchen.

Our rental was very comfortable and super convenient, but I must say that the whole process of booking our room, checking in, and getting into the rental was WAY too complicated - involved multiple sign-ins, and websites - and we weren't even given a sign in code for our door. I had to call customer service and someone from the office had to TEXT the code to me on my phone. Very unprofessional. Please make the technological and sign in process MUCH easier in the future.

I loved our stay in Savannah! The apartment was darling! In the historic district and just a few blocks from Forsyth Park. Just a mile from the river, so a 15 to 20 minute walk—unless you stop at any of the delightful shops along the way.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the living room was roomy enough to have our daughter and son-in-law over. We all had fun playing trivia!

The kitchen was a real bonus. My husband is on a special diet, so we brought some food with us (and Kroger’s was a short walk for fresh fruits and veggies), and he was able to prepare some meals for himself.

I loved this apartment and would be happy to live there full time!
