Situated between Calhoun Square, and Jones Street (deemed America's most Beautiful Street), you'll be just a stones throw away from everything downtown has to offer. Built in 1853 for Eliza Ann Jewett, the garden level apartment of this stately house has been renovated with fine finishes and furnishings to capture the true Historic essence of this adorned property.

Guests will have private access to the home through a secure wrought iron gate, and charming rustic wooden door, where on-street parking is just a short distance away. Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted a vast mudroom with an ample amount of storage, perfect for storing shoes, coats and more! Just to the right, step down into your hidden oasis; when renovations took place, no detail was spared here - from the exposed brick, wood flooring and custom light fixtures, you'll be in awe.

The gathering space offers a plush sofa, perfect for sinking down and unwinding after a long day. Catch up on your favorite shows from the smart television that features access to all of the main streaming channels and apps, or put on some soft tunes while you catch up on work. The bistro table can be served as a work space, or an intimate setting for meals with your loved ones. Just beyond, the quaint kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare home cooked meals.

Also toward the back of the apartment, the luxurious, spa-like, bathroom awaits featuring a stunning marble tiled shower - a great place to steam away the stresses of the day. At the front of the apartment, overlooking tree-lined Jones Street, you'll find the bedroom that is fitted with a plush king bed, smart television and plenty of storage.

Centrally located, this home is within walking to distance to many of Savannah's most treasured historic homes, and is also very close to multiple green spaces like our Forsyth Park (famous for its Fountain), Calhoun Square, and Chippewa Square. A walk along Bull Street in either North-South direction is the perfect way to see and learn about our beautiful city.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Guests should be wary of the posted Sweep Zone signs.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
