Guests will have private access to the home through the lane, where on-street parking is just a short distance away. Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted by historic exposed beams, high ceilings and a wall that boasts with windows that fill the space with natural light. When renovations took place, no detail was spared here; from the quartz countertops in the kitchen, to the stainless steel appliances, the kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare home cooked meals. With a large island that overlooks the gathering space - you'll have the perfect set-up for entertaining!
The gathering space offers a plush love seat, perfect for sinking down and unwinding after a long day. Catch up on your favorite shows from the smart television that features access to all of the main streaming channels and apps, or put on some soft tunes while you catch up on work. Centrally located, this home is within walking to distance to many of Savannah's most treasured historic homes, and is also very close to multiple green spaces like our Forsyth Park (famous for its Fountain), Calhoun Square, and Chippewa Square. A walk along Bull Street in either North-South direction is the perfect way to see and learn about our beautiful city.
What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Guests should be wary of the posted Sweep Zone signs.
