After reaching the third floor via elevator access, step in to your bright Savannah escape, equipped with all of the amenities you could wish for.

The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and provides plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals. The breakfast bar is open to the main living space, ideal for hosting and entertaining your guests while keeping the conversation flowing. Guests will appreciate having this dedicated dining space with seating for 4, and a fully-stocked kitchen that fits all of your needs.

The living space consists of two plush sofas, a flatscreen television, fitted with a reading nook. Gather together at the end of the day, and catch up on your favorite shows. In the morning, open up the balcony door, and feel the gusts of the Savannah River while drinking your cup of joe.

The spacious Primary Suite sits off of the living space and offers a queen-size bed. Enjoy having a walk-in closet, smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a large dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub.

Your guests should not fret, as the Guest Suite features a plush queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Just across the hall, a full-size washer and dryer is available in the unit for convenience.

Step across the street, and head down to River Street where you will enjoy stunning views of the Savannah Riverfront with open beverage container in hand... then walk South towards the charming Historic District with plenty of local and name-brand shops to pass the time. My mom and I stayed in this property in May of 2022. The location was excellent regardless if you had a car or not. The parking pass made the difference on this property. The home was clean and spacious. Every comfortable and home. The staff was great when I had issues with the remote controls. Couldn't have asked for a better property. Thank you

The location was convenient and Safe. Accommodations were nice. The dishwasher door would not open. There were two microwave ovens and one started by itself. The TV's were fairly new, but no streaming apps were on them except for Netflix on one TV. The unit was clean and the customer service was good. We enjoyed having a breakfast restaurant and a 5 guys in the building.

Perfect location for our girl's trip to Savannah, walkable to everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, bars, City Market, and other attractions).. The property was very clean and safe, and the layout was great for 4 people - 2 bedrooms with adjoining large full bathrooms and a separate half bath. The balcony was also a nice feature. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Last, the property management company was great to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating when last minute travel issues arose.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of historic Savannah. The apartment was very clean, centrally located, and had good security. Managing access and out stay through the app was convenient and easy. Having parking included was great since on-the-street parking was very limited.

We enjoyed our stay!! The location was great, Starbucks right next door was an added bonus!! We would have enjoyed 4 chairs to sit at the counter to eat together as there is no kitchen/dining room table and only 3 bar stools. The apartment was very clean and access was exceptionally easy from the front and back. Definitely enjoyed our visit and time together sitting on the balcony and walking along the River.

The rental was in walking distance to any and everything. It was really nice and clean. The security knowing nobody can enter the building was really assuring. Enjoyed and will return again.

Beautiful re tap, GREaT location in Bay St, walking distance to everything. A few minor hiccups but the a management office was very attentive to address all issues. Would definitely rent again the next time in Savannah!
