Another great experience with Lucky! This property was perfect! Extremely clean and well-appointed. So convenient to Forsyth Park and the free dot bus. Parking is unmetered and never had a problem finding a space not that the car was needed for much! Took it out to Tybee one day and for some distant shopping. Nothing like waking up and walking across the park to the Sentient Bean to start the day especially on Saturday when the market will offer fresh vegetables, frozen fresh fish, and lots of bread and pastry options - a true farmers market. The light through the blinds some reviewers mentioned is real but did not bother - like a nightlight you can't turn off. The street sound was not overly annoying and the conversation of the upstairs neighbors was heard when they entered the shared hallway but could only hear their footsteps when they were in their apartment. The water pressure was great and the huge closet was appreciated. Even read on the little patio out back. No issues at all. Cooked many meals in the kitchen. Enjoyed the TVs in the evenings. Would rent again and hope to do just that!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. It was just what we needed. It was located across the street from Forsyth Park which made access to the city bus and the Hop on hop off bus convenient. The only problems were that 2 lights were out and the TVs did not work. One Tv was missing a ROKU remote and I think the batteries were dead on the other. A quick call to Lucky Savannah had Candace at our door to fix the issues. Candace could not have been nicer. She had to go back to the office and get materials and it was the end of her shift, but she happily fixed things for us so we could enjoy the Olympics. Thanks Candace!

I can't imagine visiting Savannah any other way than staying in a home in Savannah's historic district, right on Forsyth Park. The walk to River Street was beautiful giving us the chance to stroll through charming houses and squares along the way. When we didn't want to walk, the free dot bus is so easy to use. The house is beautiful and just what I wanted for our stay! Thank you!

Quiet location with quick access to events around the city. Very pleasant stay. With a few observations. Glad we brought along our own pesticide spray because we did encounter quite a few spiders and fruit flys. Fruit flys were coming from underneath the tub. Also, because I do quite a bit of plumbing myself, there is an issue with the hot/cold water shutoff. Most likely worn cartridges and/or worn stems. Difficulty with turning water into balance hot/cold temperatures. But great location to be in in terms of getting to places to see and experience Savannah’s great wonders.

Sorry for the delayed response. I got the room for my brother who was hosting a visitor. I did get to see the room though prior to their arrival and it was absolutely cute and charming! Great location right by Forsyth Park. I definitely will personally be staying there at one point or another. Everything was clean and tidy. Met the cleaning stuff who obviously took pride In their work and paid attention to detail. When I asked my brother about his day, he says it was really lovely. And he also found the room to be very, very good for the price and the location. A great value. Thank you very much for showing my brother a lovely weekend.

Not rented through Lucky Savannah so we were a little nervous but it seems unnecessarily as the pre rental information all came through in good time and was very comprehensive. The location is great. We could take our chairs across the road to the park in the evenings and just take in the buzz from there. The flat had all the technology and features we expected and the free parking is a big bonus in a city these days although next time, we wouldn’t bring a car as there is a Krogers just over the park, Sentient Bean kept us in coffee and the American Legion post in beer/food. The free bus into town is also a boon for weary legs. We are already planning ‘Savannah 2025’

My husband and I had a great time visiting Savannah. We were across the street from Forsyth Park. Our apartment was clean and stocked we needed for our stay. The courtyard was small, but we enjoyed our coffee there in the mornings. We relaxed in the park in the evenings. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to cafes and shops. We had no problem with parking. We would stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the location. The home was clean and comfortable. The positives included the view of Forsyth Park right across the street, close enough to walk to just about anywhere, within about a mile. The home is beautiful, with hardwood floors. Drawbacks -definitely take care with the tub - it's very slippery. My husband almost fell twice. We could hear every step the upstairs neighbor took, and the road outside is noisy, with people driving pretty fast past the house. At night, the lights from the park shone in through the blinds. Parking is on-street around the corner, and you need to move your car based on street cleaning schedules, which are posted on signs on each street. Back windows looked out onto a courtyard with ladders and scaffolding and not a very welcoming place to sit outside. We felt the house was good value for the money based on location, interior appearance, convenience.

This property is located right next to a great park. The townhome was very comfortable and met our needs for our visit to Savannah. The only downside was the outside street lights made it very bright in the bedroom at night. Curtains would be a nice addition. Finding parking on the street was super easy,just pay attention to the street sweeping schedule as posted on the signs near the street. Would recommend this property to others visiting Savannah.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights to go on the Luncheon Riverboat Cruise on the Queen. This unit is as advertised and was located directly across the street from Forsyth Park. We are senior citizens and walked to restaurants, shops, and parks. Drove to Tybee Island within 30 minutes and enjoyed the day with more history. This home was clean, ready, and just right for the two of us.

The unit is great! Location great! Provisions included were very helpful.
The only minor problems we encountered:
Though the unit has Roku, we couldn't get to any of the network channels for news or sports without the Roku passcode, so TV was as much as not available for what we would watch.
As of Sunday until checket out Monday, we had no internet access. Kept getting a message that we had the wrong password - even after rebooting etc. No response from management on second contact.
Fortunately we had iphones for internet and I could watch the sports I wanted on my ipad because we have a YouTube TV subscription.

My husband and I truly enjoyed this rental. It's clean and has a romantic European vibe in an ideal location. The courtyard isn't great, but who cares when the park is right outside?! We didn't have any trouble with extra noise, and the Forsyth farmer's market is a stone's throw away on Saturday morning. We would absolutely book this place again.

Great location in Savannah to enjoy Forsyth Park and is close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. This property is very old and historic but kept up for the most part. As I mentioned, the property is old, so it smells old, but it's clean. The handle that turns the shower head on came off in my hand and you have to work at it a bit to turn the water on and off because the handles tend to spin, so I would suggest replacing those, BUT the water pressure in the shower is awesome! The windows by the bed have blinds but need additional covering to keep the light out at night. Since the property is historic, there probably isn't any insulation between the ceiling and the floor above, so you can hear every step. If you're a light sleeper or you need darkness at night, I wouldn't recommend this property. The television in the sitting area needed the Roku code, but the management company didn't have it. I would also recommend having more towels and washcloths. The A/C works great, and parking was never an issue. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on that, but it looked like there were plenty of kitchen necessities.
The management company did a great job of communicating with us.

Just what we needed for a quick 2 night stay!! We enjoyed being close to Forsyth Park and walking distance to many restaurants. Our apartment was cozy and comfortable for myself and two daughters. We walked about 8 miles one day exploring Savannah. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant in Forsyth Park. We would definitely stay again!! On street parking and close to everything!! There was only one minor issue when we arrived the back door leading out to the patio had been left unlocked. May have been an oversight. I just made sure to keep it locked while we were there.

This unit is perfectly situated on Forsyth Park. We watched people enjoying the park all day. The apartment is in a perfect location to walk to just about everything worth seeing in Savannah. It has been renovated to keep its historical look but with a comfortable touch. This will be our choice for every trip to beautiful Savannah.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful apartment! It was so clean! My husband thought we were the first to rent it, that’s how clean it was. The location was perfect. Away from the more crowded areas but close enough to walk everywhere! And walking we did. Spring is the perfect time to visit because the weather is perfect; not too hot, as we know Savannah can get! Unfortunately, when we arrived the rental had not been cleaned. Dirty towels and blankets were piled up, dishes were in the sink and the bed was unmade. That being said, they sent someone out IMMEDIATELY, despite the fact that it was 8:00 at night. The housekeeper was apologetic and did a great job. The apartment was lovely and we loved all the furniture, accent pieces, mirrors, etc. Eould definitely recommend.

The apartment is lovely. It is s lot bigger in person. My friend and I stayed there and weren't tripping over each other. The only downside to the apartment would have to yhay the water comes out of the faucet at 100 mphs and takes no prisoner

The apartment was very nicely decorated and very comfortable for our 2 week stay. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cooking pots and plastic cooking utensils (but no tongs). We used to live in NYC so street noise was minimal. Location was very close to the free Dot shuttle so it was handy for traveling about town. We bumped into the owner who was very helpful with local info and responded promptly to a couple of minor maintenance issues.

We had a wonderful vacation. Lucky Savannah did not disappoint. The reservationist went over and beyond in helping me find the perfect place for me and my husband. The unit was very clean and super cute. We were at the best location being across from Forsyth Park. We will definitely use them again. Everything was as advertised. It was in great location, only a couple of blocks to the DOT (free bus service to downtown and river). Only a mile so it was an easy walk if you liked to walk. Beautiful park for great views.

My wife have always stayed at the Westin in Savannah. We decided to do something different, so we rented a place with Lucky Savannah. We were really impressed with how well we were treated. It’s much better than a hotel. We had coffee, cream, sugar, and water in the Refrigerator. The bed was very nice and we slept great. Directly across our room was a wonderful park and my wife felt safe when since she is a runner. It’s a small walk to Broughton Street if you like to shop too. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful, historic property located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Savannah. We had no problem finding free parking (a rare find in Savannah) next to the property nor did we struggle with transportation to and from the heart of Savannah. This property is within walking distance of all the hot spots. We cannot wait to return to Savannah!

Easy company to deal with. Very clean place and totally convenient for walking around. Ubers were super easy and they could always find the place. Loved getting ready in the morning watching the fams, kids, dogs, play in the park. Will def stay at this location again.

The rental property was described and as show on the web site. Rental was clean and well maintained inside and out, but had some past minor ceiling water damage from rental unit above that needed painting. There is only one smoke detector installed in common hall to kitchen and none in sleeping area. Rental unit is on the ground floor and noise from renters above will be heard. Not running in rental and not dragging luggage down stairs from rental above, would help other renters enjoy their stay. The customer service was great and was able to provide early check in and extend day due to my revised AMTRAK schedule. I do recommend this property for the price, location, amenities, etc. The DOT fee bus stops are within a short walking distance to get around town and local shopping and stores are also within walking distance. SCAD sidewalk arts festival in Forsyth Park was a nice event to see. Some places recommended to eat are Leopold's Ice Cream, Little Duck Diner, Wasabi's, Bella Napoli Italian Bistro, Goose Feathers An Express Cafe & Bakery.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The place was clean and right across the street from the Forsyth Park which was nice. About a 20 minute walk to the river front. We walked it late at night and still felt safe with lots of people still out. The down side to staying there was the bedroom is in the front right of the unit approximately 20 feet from the road and you could hear traffic zooming by all night. Also the unit next door seemed to be abandoned and the door was open into the court yard in the back. I'm not sure what that was all about.
The Alligator soul Restaurant was really good. Mathews on the river front had a great breakfast. The popular Ice Cream place had good ice cream but not sure if it is worth the wait. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

We really liked the unit on Delia Row. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. The unit was quiet and well secured. There is some light and little noise in the bedroom from the nearby street but it did not bother us. If you are light sensitive you may wish to bring a sleeping mask. One day the power went off but the owner quickly fixed this. The location of the residence is very handy to tour the historic district. There is free bus service within a few blocks.

We had a great time in Savannah and after a busy day exploring the city, Delia Row was a great place to come home to. It was exactly as the pictures show, it was clean and the bed was comfy. Upon arrival we had a difficult time getting in with the code we had but we contacted Lucky Savannah, they were friendly, kind and got us into the apartment quickly. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere, no need for the car and being right across the street from Forsyth Park was amazing, there is a lot going on in that park and we walked through it everyday. Just a head's up, we were on the bottom floor and the street light lights up the entire bedroom all night long, it didn't bother me, but if people like to sleep in the dark, maybe they should stay in one of Delia Rows upstairs apartments, also available through Lucky Savannah? Not sure if it would make a difference or not, or bring an eye mask. Overall, GREAT place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

This is the second time we have rented through Lucky Savannah and the first time we have stayed at Delia Row.
We loved Delia Row. We loved looking out the window and seeing the activity in the park. We loved the coziness of the apartment. We loved the easy access to all things Savannah. The bed was very comfortable. Wonderful amenities - great towels - two televisions.

My wife and spent a week in Savannah and were able to obtain this lovely little appartment right across from Forsyth Park. It is an ideal location, you can walk anywhere you need or want to go. The apartment, itself, is extremely clean and comfortable. The bed is very nice! There is some traffic noise, but nothing that disturbed our sleep. We found the apartment to be perfect for us and would definitely rent it again! Easy, free, side street parking.

Our rental was perfect for our 5 days in Savannah. The location on Forsythe Park helped us to feel part of Savannah for those days. IF we lived in the apartment full-time we would put up window coverings to block the street light at night. But even that didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep. Loved it!

Lucky Savannah was most accommodating. They snapped into action when they found out we were fleeing from a storm. We had a safe place to go with short notice and a discounted rate. Most places would take advantage of the situation and charge more. But not Lucky Savannah. We will be using them for every trip back to this great town. First and foremost, I was blown away with how clean the property was. If I didn't know any better I would swear that we were the first guests to stay on the property. The place has a very nice character and is very spacious to be in the heart of the city. The bed is gigantic and is very comfortable. The full kitchen is complete with everything you will need and a washer/dryer is on site. The only issue we had was in the bathroom. More specifically the shower. The water pressure is so high that it almost hurts. Because the water is coming out so hard and fast, you only have about 5-7 minutes of hot water before it runs out. Again, this was the only thing I found wrong with the property.
The property is situated on the west side of Forsyth Park closer to the south end and it is in perfect walking distance from nearly everything. Parking can be a pain depending on what days of the week you are staying as there is a sweeper that patrols at night and you will have to move your vehicle based on when they sweep. The upside is you can park almost anywhere you want.
If my wife and I were to ever return to Savannah, we would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, right off the free shuttle route. We enjoyed strolling thru the park and looking at the beautiful houses in the area. The apartment had everything we needed, and was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time in our rental. It is across the street from a beautiful park. It was walking distance to everything and very convenient to all of the great food places. Parking was on the street and always available. The only downside was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking all night. Other than that, we would stay again and try to get that upstairs unit.:-)

The place was just as described and very clean. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with and even let us change our dates by a day. The location of the place is perfect. We walked everywhere even to dinner at night. The only problem was the family in the place above us. They had a small child who ran back and forth constantly (I'm not exaggerating)and it sounded like an elephant. He stayed up late and got up early which made it impossible for us to sleep past 6:30. If you rent this place, I would check to see who is renting above if you want to be able to sleep.

Cute little apartment that looks out on Forsyth park, and you can walk down Bull street to town which takes you right through all the parks and garden squares. Plenty of parking near the unit, close to shops and restaurants. Great place!

The apt was better than home!! We were right across the street from Forsyth Park, and could walk to the Savannah in 15 minutes. Many shops, restaurants and historic sights along the wat gave us endless opportunities to explore the city and try something new every day.
The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and relaxing to come home to after a day of exploring !!
We felt very safe coming and going at any time of day.

My fiance and I loved our stay at Delia Row. The location could not have been more perfect and we were able to bike every where! Will definitely be back!

The flat is wonderfully situated on Forsyth Park. It was immaculate and fully furnished. Plenty of towels etc. The king size bed was luxurious. Two suggestions: a listing of TV channels woulfd be helpful as would a reminder to pay attention to parking restrictions on Bolton St. for certain early morning hours. Would highly recommend this rental. Great location & well appointed.

Really love the location, not so much the location of the bedroom being right on Whitaker. Lots of street noise and always being flooded with bright light from Forsyth Park. The home needs blackout curtains in the bedroom. We loved everything else about the unit.

Not only was this apartment very well appointed and clean, it was very convenient to Forsyth park, downtown, restaurants, theatres and a supermarket.
Our travel arrangements fell through (no fault of ours or the accommodation manager). When we called early in the morning to see if we could stay an additional night, the manager was quick to call us and confirm that we could be accommodated. This saved us having to try and secure accommodation at very short notice. All-in-all - highly recommended.

The flat was directly across from Forsyth Park, nice location. It was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The front door lock was not functioning when we arrived however was repaired within a short period of time. Refrigerator light was out, light over sink inoperable, and bathroom door did not close-needs adjustment. Battery was low on thermostat and would have been nice to have darkening shades in bedroom. There is a street light just outside the bedroom window. Traffic noise was loud. Call if assistance is needed, management company seems to respond well to phone, they did not personally respond to emails.

I periodically visit Savannah to visit relatives....jogging in the park is right out the front door; there's plenty of on-street parking; it's a million times better than staying in a hotel room; and when there was a minor issue, the rental company addressed it almost immediately. Very impressed.

Enjoyed our second Christmas with Lucky Savannah and it couldn't have been nicer. Charming condo was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for a morning walk in Forsyth Park and easy enough to walk downtown. Nice kitchen but if you are planning on much cooking you will need to take your own stuff. Had a couple IT problems but they were taken care of promptly with a phone call.

Renting from Lucky Savannah was an easy and enjoyable experience. They answered every question, every email and were helpful with the little details. The unit was spotless, the towels and linens luxurious. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The location was great, 1 mile from River Street. Being from the country the traffic outside the front bedroom was different. Not used to so much traffic noise, but once asleep I never heard it. The lights from Forsythe Park shown into the bedroom thru the blinds, but again, once asleep I didn't notice. Met the actual owner of the units and he was a wealth of knowledge of all things Savannah. Loved sitting on the front stoop and people watching. I highly recommend this place for a great Savannah getaway!

Beautiful clean vacation rental. Easy access to huge park and historic district. Property management was quite helpful. Unit was along a busy road but the noise was not intrusive (although we always wear earplugs at night while traveling). Only issue were renters that came a day later than us. Apparently there were children, which explained the hour long bouts of stomping, running, jumping, etc. We kept looking to see if the ceiling was shaking (it did not). Should have asked property managers to handle the situation but did not want to rock the boat. We have stayed at several B&B's in the area and felt that a vacation rental would provide greater freedom. We were pleased overall and would stay here again.
