Welcome to Chic Savannah Hideaway, a two bedroom, two bathroom, coastal chic condo located directly in the heart of the Downtown Historic District. Featuring two king beds, spacious bathrooms, incredible natural light, elevated decor and an unbeatable location - you'll never want to leave!

Savannah is a walker's paradise, a perfect geometric grid. Enchanting coffee shops, seriously amazing restaurants, bars, architecture, art, culture, and shopping are all located within 10 to 15 minutes. It is easy to escape into the Spanish Moss trees that line any of 22 historic squares. After exploring the city, slip back to your hideaway, kick off your shoes, and curl up on the comfortable sofa with a glass of wine. Foodies can whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with all the gear. A washer and dryer are also available within the condo.

Go for a carriage ride down the cobblestone streets past the historic mansions.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking is on-street, City of Savannah Visitors Day Pass is available for purchase. For a pass, go to Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. We recommend you leave your car parked and enjoy the walking lifestyle that makes Savannah fabulous.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything! The trade-off is that the street noise can get a bit loud. On Friday and Saturday nights, it sounded like a drag race was occurring right outside. Also, the unlevel floor in the largest bedroom is weird but the bed was level so it wasn't a big deal. Just be mindful of putting anything on the side table that could roll off. My only real criticism is that the electric shades didn't work so it was super bright in the mornings. Just bring a sleeping mask! I would definitely stay here again! The location is unbeatable.

The good: It was clean, close to the city, and city views were great.

The bad: elevator does not work, we had to take stairs up and down 3 stories, the toilet is small, no deadbolt lock, the first room take awhile to get cool as it has only one vent.

We stayed at this Whitaker Street apartment for 4 days/3nights. It is in a great location in Historic downtown Savannah withing walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It is about 3 blocks from River street. We did not have an issue using the codes to get into the building or the apartment. The apartment is just as pictured and was very clean. We parked in the State street parking deck and paid a total of $31 for the three days we parked there. The only issue we had was the remote controls for the TVs needing new batteries because sometimes they worked and sometimes they did not. The water pressure is low in the bathroom but that was not an issue for us. We understood that it is a older historic building. There can be noise outside on the weekends, but that did not bother us. I would definitely stay at this apartment again or any other property of Lucky Savannah.

This is truly a beautiful hideaway! The interior was just as pictured, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location is central to many of the city attractions.

There was difficult access when we arrived due to street construction, but it didn't ruin our stay. The interior entrance and elevator were not the best first impression and the bar below next door that stays open till 3am was definitely a disturbance at night.

Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend.

Charming two bedroom apartment in a fantastic location. In the heart of historic downtown Savannah. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping. Walk to everywhere. This may sound silly, but our only complaint was that the floors were insanely slippery. Never experienced anything like it. But overall, wonderful.

This vacation rental is one of the most well-decorated rentals I’ve stayed in. Wonderful details, comfortable beds, soft linens, easy to operate televisions, full-size washer dryer, great bathroom, you name it, the owner and/or decorator thought of everything. Super convenient location for downtown dining, shopping and sightseeing. The cons- it is loud! The bar underneath didn’t close until 3am so be prepared to hear music and people talking/laughing/screaming until 3am. Even my teenagers, who could sleep through anything, were awaken by the noise. Also, the kitchen cabinet was literally falling off the wall when we arrived. I reported to the rental company during my stay. Probably just a matter of cleaning crew not reporting to property manager. And then of course parking. If you can find a place to park, be ready to shell out 5 star hotel parking fees.

Had a fantastic stay here!
Down from the location to being walking distance from everything we wanted to do for the 3 nights we were there.

We did have a issue with the shower not draining, once I reached out to maintenance it was fixed within 20 minutes.
You did hear the bar below us until 2:30-3 in the morning, lucky I had earplugs.
I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Lucky Savannah made check-in/out a breeze and communication was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and beautiful! You can't beat the location, right off a main road near a great coffee shop! Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Savannah. It’s beautiful, comfortable, creatively decorated, equipped with everything you need, and spacious enough for 2 couples or a small family. This apartment is a definite hidden gem located right downtown Savannah, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and quick walk to the river.

Pete, the host, was super nice and very flexible when we arrived late in the afternoon without reservations. He was quick to accommodate our check-in. I plan to stay here often.

Such a wonderful and comfortable place for my weekend with daughter and granddaughter! The lobby and elevator were quite deceiving but once I opened door to apartment I was blown away! The vacation rental was very nice, well decorated and maintained. We loved our stay. The building and elevator do appear to be a bit sketchy. Sometimes the elevator worked, sometimes it didn't. The elevator wasn't a big deal though. Overall, it was a great experience and in a safe part of town. It is very convenient location to many areas!

We stayed during Thanksgiving week. The property is beautiful, clean, and as advertised.

We loved the decor of the property and felt like to gave the place a nice sense of the city culture.

This place provides an easy walk for anything in Historic Downtown.

Here are a few things I saw in reviews that I hope I can help settle from my stay.
1. Noise by others staying in the building - we found that you may hear some occasional noise from someone in the hallway getting to their apartment, but other than that it was quiet.
2. AC wasn’t cold or not working - when we stayed AC seemed to work well... however, the building is built in 1890, they weren’t known for their insulation or high efficiency windows in those days. When the sun starts coming thru the windows, closing the blinds makes a huge difference.

This was a great location, but right above a bar. Very noisy, parking was somewhat lousy we had to park about 6-10 blocks away at times. For our 7 night stay parking about $100. Very clean and very nice inside. The elevator is a little scary but it did keep working.

Highly recommended! This adorable apartment has everything you need for a stay in the city. You can walk everywhere and see all the sites. We enjoyed being able to come back to the apartment after our days checking out the parks and walking along River Street. From the dark wood floors, brick walls, quality linens, and central location, this place was beautiful and clean. It is close to everything--museums, restaurants, shops. The communication with the property manager was quick and thorough. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as described!!! It was just right and close to everything except parking is a huge problem and not quite as easy as just parking on the street. Everyone parks on the street! Be prepared to pay a lot to park! But over the condo and trip was exactly want was needed!! The main elevator is scary but it is an old building

The location was perfect for our visit to Savannah. Everything is in walking distance from here, including shopping, historic sites, restaurants and nightlife. We parked in one of the garages, which also worked well. This is an older building, but has been nicely updated inside. Only minor concern is that can be a little noisy at night. Friday night in particular it seemed like there were a lot of drunk people walking by! No other issues, and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Great location! We walked everywhere. There isn't parking for this apartment but there are parking garages around the area. We LOVED having laundry in the apartment. The space is clean, easy to spread out.

Great experience, but I have a hard time getting and staying asleep if it's too light or too loud. The same things that make this a terrific location -- close to everything and beautifully light and bright -- made it very hard for me to sleep. Next time, I'll bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. But if you're a good sleeper (as my roommate was), you will love it here! Lovely decor, comfy and cozy. Helpful staff.
