Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.

Recently renovated, Chatham Square Manor is a large, two-bedroom townhouse has plenty of space for up to six Lucky guests to relax in true Southern style. The parlor level has a light and bright living space with a decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy dinner in the adjacent dining room or a quick meal in the eat-in kitchen. Large windows look out into the courtyard, shared with the Garden Apartment.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has a king bed with an iron headboard that compliments the fireplace grate. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath. A second full bathroom is at the top of the stairs, and also includes a full size washer and dryer.

Mix with locals and find fresh ingredients for dinner at the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays in Forsyth Park, just two minutes away. Take a stroll to the cross streets of Bull and Liberty for some boutique shopping at The Book Lady Bookstore, Satchel, and Red Clover.

Despite the very cold weather, we had a wonderful 5 days in Savannah in our home overlooking Chatham Square. It was everything you would think in an old brownstone, high ceilings, wood floors, etc., but was modernized with up to date kitchen appliances and bath accessories. The house was perfectly decorated with the best antiques in every room. Despite the period furnishings, the home was extremely comfortable and spacious. It was a great home base for a wonderful 5 days!

We found the location to be great. It was in a nice quite neighborhood. Easy walk to City Market and other areas of interest. Some of the furniture showed some wear but nothing alarming. We found many extra towels in one of the linen closets and had no problems with the wifi. An extra garbage bag or two would have been nice. Lucky Savannah was very prompt at responding to and resolving an issue with the freezer. Even bringing us a bag of ice. The only thing I'd do differently is to rent directly through Lucky Savannah to save paying the VRBO administration fees.

We loved the location,and the townhouse.
Several situations.
The back metal stairs are steep and a bit hazardous.
The gardens in back were not well kept.
The banister on front porch is very loose.
Furniture ( especially living room sofa)was worn. Sofa had holes.
Would have liked the parking better identified( white lines(.
Guest in 205B requested we move our vehicle over to our second space to give them more room for their mini cooper.

Staying in a nice home in the historic district is a perfect way to experience the beauty, history, and great food of Savannah. We walked everywhere as we explored the city for 4 days and never moved our cars. This home is very comfortable and well appointed. The property was adequately cleaned prior to our visit but would benefit from a good deep cleaning and garden maintenance. Having 2 off-street assigned parking spaces is a real plus! We would definitely consider this home for a return visit.

This 1853 historic home is in a nice, quiet location across from Chatham Square, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. It is decorated with antique furniture which is fitting for the home but has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The owner may want to consider a dehumidifier or air recirculation system of some sort though as it smelled quite musty. Maybe with recent stay-at-home orders the home hadn't been occupied in awhile. Also, we had a lot of issues with the lock on the fence and on the back door.

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! The pictures made the home look very “fancy” but it actually felt very comfortable and historic. We did have to call the property manager to have cable box replaced, but they responded in a very timely manner. We enjoyed the weather and the spring blooming azaleas so much. Would definitely return.

The rental was clean, convenient, and in a great location. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard garden in the mornings and on the front porch in the evenings. In addition, we were able to take an evening stroll each night, which was very enjoyable. The rental has stairs to the second floor, where the bedrooms are, so be aware of this. Also stairs up to both the front and back doors. Parking is available and easy in the rear of the home, and once you figure out the gate locks, it is easy. Check in was quick, and we were able to access a bit early with a phone call to Shannon at Lucky Savannah. Would rent this place again.

Perfect location for enjoying Savannah by foot! We loved the home and it was a great base for us to check out SCAD with our Daughter and enjoy historic Savannah. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and we appreciated the parking. Once there we barely used our car. We would certainly stay here again.

This place was great. Beautiful home and great location. Spotlessly clean. Only change I would recommend is that all door locks should have the same access code and back door look should be changed to make access and locking up simpler. Other than that it was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at charming Chatham Square Manor. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Well landscaped and private, peaceful courtyard. The kitchen and baths were nicely updated and well stocked and the home was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again. The only minor negative would be that the back courtyard door was not locked and a sign on the door stated it should be at all times. We did not have a key to lock it so called management 2x but no response. Still felt this was a safe area.

We spent over 2 months here this winter and it really felt like home. The apartment is well over 100 years old but the bathrooms are modern, the kitchen is modern, and the whole place is in great condition. The back courtyard was great to relax and soak up the sun. And the private off street parking is something hard to find in Savannah! Chatham Square Manor is a special place right on one of the most beautiful squares in Savannah.

The perfect place for our family to stay while in Savannah for our son’s graduation from SCAD. It was beautiful and everything was within walking distance. A very important aspect is that there is parking available for 2 cars.

This rental is great for anyone with a Scad student because it’s just 5 minutes from the dorms and the Blake apts. The home was very clean and beautiful and having the two designated parking spots in the back was a big plus. You can walk anywhere from here as well. Great restaurants nearby . The only negative thing would be I wish they had left us enough dish detergent and washing supplies for our stay but I’m sure if I called they would have brought it to us. I love working with Lucky Savannah because they never disappoint.

Our stay at Chatham Square Manor was relaxing and comfortable. The location was great, as it was away from the busy in-town streets, yet an easy stroll to all the great things Savannah has to offer. Beds were comfortable, and unit was clean. If there was an indication of the 16 stairs to the upper floors, I missed it. Could have used more towels and better quality linens. All in all a nice vacation.

This house was exactly as the photos showed. The location was perfect for a walk each morning around Forsyth Park with a stop at the Satient Bean Coffee Shoppe. For a first visit to Savannah the house was beautiful, well equipped, and allowed us to live the Southern Lifestyle. The parking and the patio were perfect. We were far enough, but not too far away, from the River Street to have quiet and privacy for the week. We would stay here again and again.

The manor is very well appointed with comfortable beds and A/C! (So helpful the week we were there.) It was really convenient to have parking in the back. Chatham Square is very pretty and it's a relatively easy walk to many restaurants in the historic district. The property was clean and nice.

This was the perfect home for our first visit to Savannah. Nice and quiet area, far enough away from the River Street hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of everything if you want to take a nice stroll to see the historic district. We were completely satisfied with CSM. It is centrally located on a pleasant Square with both free street and private parking, and pleasant surrounding homes. My daughter got married at Chatham Square and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and was perfect to host a family dinner before the big day! She got beautiful bridal portraits in front of the windows and the house just added so much southern romantic charm. The entire check in and check out process was seamless and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. House had good vibes, definitely isn't haunted! We can't wait to visit Savannah again because we will definitely be staying here!

This beautifully apointed home is the PERFECT stay in Savannah! We felt as though we were the rich and famous! Downstairs os just perfect with a roomy and cozy kitchen, a majestic dining room and a very comfortable living area as well as a half bath which is perfect for privacy! Up stairs presents 2 nice sized bedrooms on with an ensuite bath and the other with a large 2 person sink bath containing a like new washer and dryer. There are antiques and nice things at everyturn.
Chatham square is placed perfectly for most of the walking tours and sights! You can take your coffee to the square in the am for some fun bird, squirrel, bird and people watching...OR just sit in the lovely gardens in the rear of the property! We were very close to our favorite places to eat like the Crystal Palace and Mrs. WIlkes!
While we were on the go most of the time, we did have the opportunity to enjoy the living areas and the television!
There were four of us and honestly we felt like we were at home! I would recommend this property without hesitation!

The apartment is flawless! Chock full of antiques that set the stage for a relaxing stay in a historical venue. Everything needed for a 4 day stay was present - from the kitchen to the bath. The location could not be better for exploring the historical area of Savannah. Staying here, on Chatham Square, in a period-filled home allowed us to feel like we were at home!

Overall I loved the location and the vacation home. However, the internet should be checked as well as the back gate. I could not connect to the internet because it showed out of range. The back gate code appeared to work but the deadbolt doesn't engage unlock.

The location is great, only a couple of blocks to the Crystal Beer Parlor! The home was decorated so beautiful. It felt homey and comfortable. So clean and everything you could need was right there. Plenty of kitchen items, dishes, pot&pans- just perfect!! I would definitely stay here again! PERFECT! We have stayed in Lucky Savannah rentals several times, this is the most beautiful one so far! Only two small complaints. The grill would not start when we wanted to cook. Secondly, the shower spray in et suite bathroom was so minimal, it was difficult to shower. Either a new shower head is needed or water pressure not conducive to a good shower.

We enjoyed this home so much that we are already talking about when we will rent again. We could not believe everything the home had, even beach chairs and a cooler. Hotels can't offer this. Great location between water and Forsythe Park. Rent here if you can!!! Oops maybe we should keep this a secret. We stayed at the Chatham Square Manor in December 2015 just before Christmas. What a wonderful experience it was.
We frequently travel to Savannah for pleasure and found the experience so satisfying that we will use the Lucky Savannah rentals exclusively in the future.
The home was well apportioned and very comfortable. It was nice just having a place exclusively for the four of us. Not worrying about infringing on other guests was an unexpected relief. Plus there is the complete freedom of coming and going as you please.
We all highly recommend this property and this service.

We spent 5 nights at Chatham Square Manor with our brother and sister-in-law. The Manor exceeded our expectations. We spent a great deal of time in the courtyard enjoying the wonderful weather. Beautiful furnishings, lovely well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, immaculate maintenance. We could walk to all the points of interest and enjoyed many wonderful meals throughout Savannah. Over the 48 years we've been married, this is definitely one of our favorite places to have stayed.

This is our second rental with Lucky Savannah and is another winner! From the check in call by Joy to alert us to a possible problem (which didn't happen! ) to the home owner meeting us at arrival,we couldn't be more pleased. Comfortable. Simply wonderful and would highly recommend. In Savannah for a family wedding. Most of our group stayed on the river at the Hilton, we convinced our brother to share a rental with us. His first time to experience this and was blown away! I must say he's been spoiled with such a classy accommodation!
Downstairs living room and dining room, plus spacious kitchen and half bath were perfect. Normally we cook more when staying in a rental but wedding agenda kept us busy. Also, I selected this one because it could accommodate having family over to gather here instead of in a bar or restaurant to just visit. Plus, we began and ended each day in the amazing large, private courtyard. It is shared with 3 others town homes but we never saw them and it is walled off and private for only these 4 townhomes. Beds were great, bathrooms too! Full washer and dryer in house is another plus.
Rented a car but only drove it to and from the wedding. Everything is walkable and chose a different street to explore more of the squares every time we walked to meet up with family. Just around the corner is the biggest square, great for morning jog or walk.
Left Sunday to spend one day in charleston before returning to Dallas, Tx. Another great town to visit, well worth it. Same old historic homes, but yet very different in many ways. Both savannah and charleston are worthy of visiting again!

Totally great, beautiful place and very well equipped. Definitely would recommend. Close to action but not too close. Short walk to downtown and Forsyth Park very close. Very clean. My only disappointment was that my restaurant reservations were not made as requested after it was offered by the company. Lesson: if you want reservations make them yourself. Of course had nothing to do with property.

Absolutely beautiful home! More than I could have expected, it is on one of the squares only one block away from the entrance to Forsyth park. And one block form the mercer/Williams home. It is a bout a 20 minute walk to river street. And 1.5 block to bull st which seemed to be the main st with a lot of attractions and restaurants. home was very clean and decorated just beautifully, did not get a chance to use the backyard, but very lovely.

We stayed here for several days for our daughters wedding in Savannah. Very comfortable beds, updated kitchen and baths. Felt like home from the minute we arrived! Great location!

Chathem Square rental was beautiful, clean, well appointed . . . We could not have asked for more. It was everything the description promised. We had one issue that the mgmt company literally "jumped on" and resolved while we were out to breakfast. This property is a 5 star!

Everything was perfect and we arrived 5 days after Matthew hit! The home was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. TV's in so many rooms! The house was within walking distance to so much. We had our coffee every morning in our beautiful garden & planned our day. Lucky Savannah was so helpful in every way. It was a big plus having your own parking spot.

My husband and I, and my niece and nephew stayed at Chatham Square Manor for 4 nights and 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. It was extremely clean and decorated very well. It was like being at home. It was furnished with everything we needed and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was in the historic area and I would gladly stay here again and I highly recommend it.
We had enough space and everyone was comfortable. I was able to do laundry and there was a grill and we grilled steak one night and stayed in and relaxed. It was within walking distance to many places and overlooked Chatham square. It was truly a great place to relax, unwind and explore Savannah.

We stayed here for 5 days during my daughters spring break from Emory. The home is beautifully decorated and true to Savannah style. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped, and for once we didn't have to run out to get extra paper goods! Lovely walk to main tourist area.

Beautiful home which was well appointed. The location was perfect. Loved using the Lucky Savannah app. The management was very helpful with communication about the property. They responded quickly to any questions. We hope to return!

We had a delightful stay at Chatham Square Manor. The photos don't do justice to the home. We have stayed in Savannah many times and this was one of our best experiences. We would certainly recommend this to friends.

We loved the historic home, furnishings were lovely antiques, just perfect, and the location facing Chatham Square was lovely. We had great parking, but could walk to so many places. It was clean and with all the amenities one could want. It has steep stairs to climb to the bedrooms, so keep that in mine if you are elderly.I would highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Chatham Square Manor was great. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Love the location,as it is close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet. The courtyard is a nice place to relax, and beautiful Chatham Square right outside the front door.

We had a great time at this home on Chatham Square. It was a beautiful, historic home that made you feel like you were in Savannah - and not just some sterile hotel. Location was great. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. We had a great time.

This was my initial visit to Savannah! The city is FABULOUS, the accommodations were PERFECT, and I will definitely COME BACK!
This house is beautiful and comfortable and roomy!! We felt like we were back the romantic times of Savannah. The location of the house is terrific. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go.

We were very impressed with Chatham Square. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Having an easily accessible parking spot and outside area was a huge bonus! Being so close to The Crystal Beer Parlour was also a big plus! We loved it!
