Description

Only blocks from Forsyth Park, Chateau on Tattnall is located on a tree-lined, quiet, street on the residential side of the Historic District. This spacious townhouse accommodates 7 Lucky guests comfortably, with all of the high-end amenities one could dream of!

Upon arrival, guests enter into the wide open living area. Spacious and bright, the floor to ceiling windows overlook tree-lined Tattnall Street. There is ample seating for the whole family, and friends. Rightfully so, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out, or your morning gathering spot to plan your day.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms each fitted with blackout curtains for an easy nights rest! The first is the primary bedroom with a King size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with marble tile floors. The second guest room features a king size bed and spacious closet, while the third offers two plush twin size beds. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. Extended stays are a breeze with a full-size washer and dryer upstairs! Just off of the kitchen, guests can find a private screened in patio, with a retractable awning. The outdoor space is welcome and inviting, perfect for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of joe.

What is parking like for this home?
This home has one dedicated parking space at the rear for one vehicle, while there is ample non-metered street parking in front of the home for additional vehicles. Guests will need to be mindful of posted Sweep Zone signs.

This place was a dream come true for the bride and bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done along with an amazing setting for the first look with her dress to show all of them! Plenty of space to spread out and be together. This is our 2nd rental here and we hope to be back again!!

There were 3 of us that rented this wonderful house for a girls trip. The house was beautiful and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. The property description is very accurate. It was close to Forsyth Park and about a mile from the River shops which we didn't mind because we love walking. We loved having the parking spot for our vehicle even though there was ample parking on the street. We felt very safe in this area. Took a day trip to Hilton Head. We loved eating at the Pink House - recommend reservations here. Treylor Park had great food as well. Crystal Beer Parlor is a 5 minute walk from the house and had excellent food as well as a great selection of beers and other drinks. Management company was very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary information we needed. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again.

Girl's trip! Safety, cleanliness, and location was a must for us. We felt very safe. The house was BY FAR the nicest place we have ever stayed at before. And we walked to basically everything. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

Wonderful rental located near Forsyth Park, Broughton Street and Midtown. Modern and open floor plan. Very clean and equipped with everything you need! This wonderful home has been immaculately restored and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. There was plenty of room, the furniture was comfy, the bedding was luxurious, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Forsyth Park, even for my 74 year old mother. The free bus/trolly was convenient and offered easy access to everything Savannah has to offer - including River Street. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Highly recommend!

We loved the location of this beautiful rental. We had room for both my family of 4 and my sister’s family of 3. Very close to Forsyth Park which we walked in almost every day, only a few blocks away. If you choose to, you could walk to most locations, but we chose to drive most places as my sister is 7.5 months pregnant. We always found parking close to where we wanted to go. The parking space in the back of the property was perfect as we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot on the street. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and it appeared to have enough kitchen supplies to cook meals in, but we ate out for almost all meals as there were several great restaurants in Savannah! We encountered a small problem with the bathroom shower and a quick call to the rental company and they had someone at the house within 15-20 minutes to fix it! If we ever return to Savannah, we would definitely stay here again!

We were VERY pleased with this space. Location could not be beat! There was plenty of room for 5 of us to sit comfortably in the living room (facing each other, not all facing the TV!) and the dining room. It was so pretty. Chateau on Tattnall is just wow! Every room we walked into all of us could only say was "Wow! Look! Awesome!" All of the furniture was comfortable, so much so that we had a hard time leaving to go on adventures. Just wish we had more time, but will try to book again. The only complaint I have is there were not enough wash cloths to cover every day that we were there. This place is just "Wow!"

We had such a great time in Savanna. This home is in such a great location and is such a lovely lovely home. It was so tranquil and relaxing. The home has absolutely everything you need. We really enjoyed sitting in the front room every morning looking out onto the beautiful street and gave coffee. The beds are so comfortable that I slept the best I have in months!

We will for sure be back and will only stay here. Thank you thank you for having us to your home.

We were very pleased with the Tattnall house. It was exactly as the pictures show, no surprises. Five of us enjoyed the house. Just a couple blocks to walk over to the park. About a 20-25 minute walk pleasant walk thru some of the squares to the river. Kroger (with a Starbucks) was handy for us on the other side of the park to also walk to. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was absolutely gorgeous, so well appointed, clean & comfortable. We were there as a family on a trip for Christmas and there were Christmas decorations throughout the house; an adorable, thoughtful touch that we very much appreciated. The location of the home is great, in a super cute neighborhood only about a 20 minute walk from downtown/Riverside district. Overall everything about the home and our stay surpassed our expectations and we will definitely be back!

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed my bachelorette weekend here at this location. There were seven of us total and it was plenty of room and space for us to decorate and celebrate and have a great time. The house was pretty well-stocked and the location was just a short Uber or Lyft ride to the riverfront or a 20 minute walk and only 30 minutes to the beach. We also got groceries Easily delivered to the house and a liquor store was just around the corner! Only negative is that it would’ve been nice to have more paper towels available for so many people and more trash bags. Also there were some ants crawling around near the kitchen and in the bathroom. Would have also enjoyed having an extra key for a party so big. But overall it was a beautiful stay and I definitely would return!

We booked a stay for our family of 6 at the Chateau on Tattnall to celebrate our daughter's graduation from SCAD. We had a wonderful weekend-what a fabulous home!! It is on nice quiet street in a great location close to local restaurants/bars and the historic district. Parking was easily accessible, the home was spotless, very spacious and all of the necessary amenities were provided for. We absolutely recommend this vacation home and would stay there again!

What a lovely home!!! It was absolutely perfect for our group of six. The beds were comfortable, the home was decorated beautifully, and the touches of home were appreciated. Literally, the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was in an extremely quiet, safe neighborhood. We walked home from the River front every night without problem. Loved the back porch to relax on.
