We had a flawless experience and absolutely loved this property. All correspondence with the rental company was perfect and we had no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend using Lucky Savannah and staying at this lovely home in a central location, with everything in walking distance. The home itself is beautiful and very comfortable and we will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay in this luxurious townhome. Located In a quiet area, but close to restaurants, etc. the place was spotless and had high end appliances including a separate ice maker . Would definitely stay here again!

Chateau on Charlton was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Savannah! It is a lovely home-away-from-home that exhibits all the charm of Savannah living. And its location between Forsyth Park and the river meant we were centrally located among wonderful museums and restaurants -- and that we could walk everywhere. We look forward to our next visit to Savannah -- and to Chateau on Charlton.

We were so happy with our stay in this home. Everything was perfect, from the layout to the beautiful furniture and decor. All the restaurants and attractions we wanted to see were within walking distance. We felt very safe and comfortable and would love to return someday soon.

We had the best time this place was absolutely gorgeous, and I would totally stay here again everything was easy to access. Everything was prepared so lovely and waiting for us. Easy check out process. I wished they had a full length mirror but that is the only thing I would say would make this place better.

This was a wonderful place for a moms and teenage daughters' trip. This home in the historic district is so warm and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. And the management company, Lucky Savannah, didn't leave anything to chance - great communication and care, including holding our bags after checkout. This home truly enhanced our Savannah experience!

Stayed in this lovely, well-appointed, clean and centrally-located historic home near Forsyth Park for 3 days in celebration of my mom's 85th birthday. Easy access and great directions on check in/check out. Could walk to parks, restaurants and shopping and didn't need a car. Parking on the street was also easy and accessible. Nearby Kroger for food shopping was helpful. That kitchen - fantastic! Would have planned to cook there had we stayed longer. I would highly recommend this home for other guests to enjoy (5 star rating)!

This rental is gorgeous and located in a great area close to restaurants, shopping, and SCAD.
The rental company is quick and responsive if you need anything while you are there. Our daughter loved the piano and her own bathroom, while I loved the decor and sitting in the balconies.
I would 100% recommend using Shop and Stock Savannah to preload your rental with groceries, drinks before your arrival.
Can’t wait to return!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. I’m very selective when it comes to a place to stay. The pictures don’t do this property justice! The property is very spacious, beautifully decorated and about a 10-15 minute walk to City Market. We didn’t have an issue with noise. While it didn’t impact us, there were a lot of stairs (one set of stairs to get to the main level and another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms - and each staircase had more stairs than normal probably to accommodate the high ceilings!) We had trouble with getting the street parking to work (it didn’t recognize the parking space in front of the home to pay) but the Liberty Street Parking Garage was super close and convenient. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

This is a beautiful house and a great location. A 15 minute leisurely walk to the river, 3 minute walk to great coffee. We couldn't comfortably fit 5 adults because the listing said queen bed when it was actually just a full. But, the management responded quickly with apologies and a brand new air mattress. They let us drop our luggage at their office due to our late flight on check-out day. Overall, this was a wonderful place and I would book there again in a heartbeat.

Everything about this property was top notch. Smack in the center of historic Savanah, close to everything. The home is completely remodeled and spotless clean. The beds and mattresses are super comfortable. The Chef's kitchen is stunning and includes a liquor bar pantry closet with a wine cooler and a commercial ice maker for cocktails.
Absolutely stunning home and Management Company to boot. We can't wait to return

My husband and I loved this house. Gorgeous interiors in every room and very functional. The location is great and very quiet, but you can still access everything in the historic district on foot. I wish the piano had been tuned, but I understand most guests aren't going to play it. My only other comments would be that the bedding and towels could be upgraded, they felt more like Holiday Inn Express linens than what you'd expect in a home like this, but we absolutely will return to this home next time we are in Savannah. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau on Charlton. Beautiful house in a perfect location and easy parking. We were able to walk to our favorite coffee shops and just minutes from Forsyth park.
The house is beautifully furnished and decorated.
The management company was very helpful and courteous with our questions.

Our group was 4 long time friends traveling from 2 states. From the first Uber drive to the last taxi ride at 5:15 am, our trip was dream. The house is what you see in pictures with the exception of a couple piece of furniture. It was comfortable, homey, and was perfect for us. The master bathroom is sooo posh! My only word of advice is to either grab groceries on your way in or have them delivered. We didn’t think of that but luckily Door Dash came to our rescue the next morning with coffee & water. We absolutely adored our time in Savannah & this beautiful home was the perfect landing pad.

We loved the home. We had the 2 of us and our grown daughter and it was a perfect space. It was even prettier than it looked online and was a great location - out of the business of the river area, but easy walk to get there and to restaurants, tours, etc.
A couple of very minor things we'd change - like the water in the fridge door didn't work and there were no hooks in the bathroom for wet towels, but otherwise everything was terrific. We'd recommend it and stay again!

Stayed for a girls trip and we all loved it. Very clean, great spaces for entertaining and the bedrooms are comfortable and lush! Bathrooms were our favorite!! We walked up the street each morning for coffee and it is nicely located in historic downtown with easy access to everything!! We would stay here again!

One of the best vacation rentals I've had. It was better than pictured. So spacious! So beautifully designed. The furnishings were updated and comfortable. The entire home was spotless. The tub was magical. The location was perfect. Very happy time in Savannah!

The location of the house is ideal for all of your historic district activities. We walked everywhere and averaged around 3 miles touring various squares, historic homes, and eateries. The house itself is gorgeous, do be mindful of the 2 flights of stairs and hauling luggage. Checking in and out was a breeze, especially with the App they provide. The decorative touches and old charm of the home made our Savannah trip never end with all of the town's beauty.

We absolutely LOVED this beautiful townhouse! It is filled with lovely high-end decor, yet it still manages to feel cozy and homey. The beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, given its proximity to Liberty Street. Great coffee shop less than two blocks away, as well as several good restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again! So much nicer than a hotel.
