Description

Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.

Just off of Broughton Street, facing Telfair Square, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and a full size bathroom with walk-in shower just across the hall.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. A top of the stairs, take advantage of a great spot to people watch with a morning cup of coffee, or read your favorite book. Down the hall, a power room, and an additional full-size bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Heading out on the town? Check out Alley Cat Lounge beneath your building; a lively, ambient basement bar serving over 150 classic and original cocktails made from fresh ingredients, house infusions and over 500 spirits.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking is available on-street and metered. There are several nearby parking garages, both city-owned and privately-owned should you wish to keep your vehicle off-street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Broughton West Too (D). It was clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed the modern/urban style while staying in such an old/historic city. It was a great location and we walked everywhere.

Broughton West Too was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, spacious, modern, and convenient to every activity in the area. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars, making everything in the area very walkable. However, it is far enough from these things to make it still quiet and private. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back!

We came here last weekend for a girls trip, and it was PERFECT! It is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere, and the cutest place! Definitely recommend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. The following were minor but irritating issues. No wine glasses, cheap cork screw that was difficult to use, fridge had an ice dispenser but water wasn’t hooked up and no ice trays, no scissors, no toaster, no salt and pepper, no bathtub for kids, plates too large for dishwasher and finally no chain lock or hook on the interior of the unit front door (kids kept escaping). We found both locks to be somewhat finicky. The unit has a ton of room and is well maintained. It is better suited for adults and children over the age of 8.

2nd experience with Lucky Savannah and they are still doing great. Staff was very helpful in moving us to a new (and even nicer) rental when the owner of our original booking withdrew the property for our dates. We ended up staying at the Broughton West and Broughton West Too which was perfect for our large group. With both units, we had the whole building to ourselves. They were clean, adequately stocked with dishes, towels etc, and were perhaps some of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect for shopping and night life. We felt secure, but I would suggest making the exterior entrance keypad door lock automatically if possible. Otherwise, you are relying on every person from each unit to lock the exterior door that brings you into the hallway/stairwell to the unit doors. Overall both rentals were amazing and we would absolutely stay here again.

Had an amazing girls trip Memorial day weekend in Savannah, GA at Dr Paul Sutherland's row house (not in group). This 100 year residence was immaculate! The love and attention to detail is seen on every level of this remodel. The upstairs units consist of two spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath loft style apartments. You don't have to travel far for good food and fabulous drinks. Downstairs you can enjoy the hip vibe and wide array of cocktails at the Alley Cat. This fall Executive Chef Kevin Meehan's restaurant will open downstairs. This is Michelin star chef also has a restaurant at the Drayton Hotel. This residence is blocks from City Market, River Street, Forsythe Park, many restaurants, bars and museums, and the civic center where you can catch a free trolley to arena for concerts.

This loft was a fantastic location of downtown Savannah and the perfect fit for our group of 8 girls. It was open and airy and we loved having the 2.5 bathrooms for getting ready. It is minimally stocked, so keep that in mind for kitchen related things and then toiletries, etc. We had a great time!

Just lovely! Tons of space with the perfect location. Our family enjoyed all being together for the Easter weekend. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen and had plenty of room to spread out. The condo is located in the heart of the historic district and you can easily walk everywhere. We loved the little nextdoor bar "Alley Cat" and enjoyed food there as well. We easily found parking either on the street or in the nearby parking garage. The condo was clean and cute!

Beautiful loft perfect for a girls' weekend. Great location within walking distance to all of the things you'll want to see and do in Savannah. Alley Cat downstairs is a great cocktail bar. Bring a sound machine for person sleeping in main floor bedroom as you can hear bar noise until about 2am. Clean property, easy rental experience.

This rental was more than I expected it to be. It was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect. However, having the entrance in the alley is a little scary if you are traveling alone or with just women.

The pictures online do not do this beautiful condo justice! The condo is well stocked if you should decide to make a meal in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for 4 teens to hang out between outings. I have been to Savannah 5-6 times and you won’t find a better location! I plan on renting this condo again!

First time in Savannah and wanted to make the most of our time. Location is centrally located walking distance to all sites, restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was clean worked perfect for our group of 6. The host office was easy to get a hold of. I would definitely stay at this unit again.
