An architectural gem, this home offers the original historic details dating back to 1860, including intricate iron work and meticulously maintained interiors. The home's large parlors are perfect for your guests, for short or extended stays. With ample room for up to six Lucky guests, you truly feel like a local. Share a home-cooked (or catered) meal with friends and family at the formal dining room. Or, sip a few glasses of wine in the string light-lit courtyard before heading out for a night on the town.

Enter this home on the ground level, where you will locate the fully stocked kitchen, a cozy breakfast nook, and a large inviting bedroom with King bed. On the second floor, you will be amazed by the impeccable crown-moldings throughout the bright and grand parlors. A formal dining room with seating for 6 open to the tastefully decorated living room gives ease while entertaining your guests. Located on the third floor are two large bedrooms, one with Queen bed and Twin sleeper chair, and then a primary suite with King bed. Guests will enjoy the luxurious beds with hotel-grade linens and plenty of closet space to feel at home. An en suite bath with double vanity, standing shower and large soaking tub can be found just off the primary bedroom.

We stayed in the Broughton main house for St Patty’s day weekend 2023. Overall the house is beautifully decorated and as shown in the provided pics. The location is great, close enough to walk all of Savannah and far enough to be away from the heavy foot traffic and noise. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the house is right on the parade route so we didn’t have to travel. The garage was very convenient and saved on parking passes that are required for street parking. There are a few things that we were slightly disappointed with. The courtyard lighting was dismal with many bulbs needing to be replaced. The windows are single pane which allows every noise to be heard at night when sleeping. The upstairs bathroom window/door does not latch and at one point flew open when it was windy. The kitchen lacked seating. There are only 2 chairs for the table and one them was broken. These are all minor issues and we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
Our Book Club enjoyed our stay! The living room (loved the player piano) and courtyard made perfect gathering spots. And Savannah was at our fingertips.

I would mention that there is not enough seating in the kitchen and a few stools would be a nice addition.

There was, also, a small mishap with queen sheets on a king bed, but the property management fixed quickly and happily.

This home was absolutely beautiful and was close to everything we wanted to walk to. The beds were extremely comfortable, but would recommend a mattress topper for the pull out sofa since it was a little thin. Plentiful space and bathrooms. Like other reviews state, the garage is difficult to maneuver in and out of if you don’t have someone else navigating. Luckily there was plenty of street parking for the other cars and was very easy to pay for with the parking app. We didn’t have to move our cars once we got here. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Walking distance to everything on and around river street. However, we had a few problems when we arrived. The doors were locked and none of the keys we were instructed to use worked, so we had to wait for someone to come get us, which wasnt a major issue. At night when we came home, however, we discovered our keys also didn't lock the front door onto the street. We had to call the person on call, who then went to a different house on accident, making us wait until around 2 in the morning to be let in. I had also mentioned the air conditioning on the top floor seemed to be broken, which I was told there would be a maintenance request put in for, that seemingly never occurred, because no one came to check the a/c while we were staying there and I was given no update.

What a lovely home in a great location! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and our family rented the Main home, one of the carriage apartments and the adjacent Broughton on Blue. We enjoyed great time in community on the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and provided spectacular natural light for photos. Thank you for having us!

This is our second stay in a Savannah using Lucky Savannah and they did not disappoint. The house was a dream and I look forward to staying here again. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. It is a beautiful historic home with many modern details. The location is 2 blocks from the river and a 20 minute walk to Forsyth Park. Huge bonus is parking is included, though a large SUV or truck may not fit in the garage. I highly recommend this location!

Truly an amazing place to stay. Beautifully appointed and everything was pristine and looked like it has recently been renovated. Even the beds were comfortable and that is unusual for rental properties.

The living room, dining room, and patio were all great places to hang out as a group.

It’s location on Broughton is also perfect as it is very close to the center of town and a short walk anywhere you want to go.

No complaints at all and what assuredly stay here again.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for walking everywhere! Lucky Savannah had great customer service and was very responsive to all questions we had during our stay. The beds were all very comfortable for great night sleep! My son felt that the chair that converted into a twin bed was not the most comfortable mattress, but otherwise everything was perfect with this rental.

Grand Manor on Broughton Street was so convenient from start to finish. The home comes with garage parking off the alley for convenience and ease of use at no additional charge. The home itself is extremely comfortable it is large enough for guests to feel they have their own space but a comfortable size for two people to feel very at home. The courtyard is an amazing place to relax and unwind with the fountain, string lights and ample seating. Its location off Broughton street makes it extremely convenient to all the sites, shops, and attractions Savannah has to offer. I would recommend this rental without hesitation and suggest anyone who stays there to also visit the Capitol Bee, a gift shop just down the street as well as East End Provisions, for lunch, dinner or drinks. Cannot give this or the management of this property enough stars!

We were in town for a girls weekend. 6 of us stayed in this house and it was perfect! The location was great as the waterfront was just a couple blocks away. The garage isn’t ideal if you have an SUV though. Overall, the house met our needs!

All my college girlfriends had a blast and the house was stunning. The kitchen was very bare in what was available for cooking. We ended up buying a wine opener and leaving it there since there wasn't one. In all we were pleased and look forward to renting it again!

The house was beautiful and convenient. We were very disappointed in the garage parking. We were only able to park one car due to the inability to pull into the small alley and garage. One car was a Wrangler Jeep and the other was a a suv Cadillac. We ended up having to pay for Street parking for the one car. It would have been helpful if it was noted in the VRBO add that the garage parking will not accommodate all cars. Also the garage door opener was not available due to the last visitor took the opener.

We stayed 3 nights at the Broughton estate. Lovely property with all the Savannah charm. Garage was nice to have. Loved the courtyard with bistro lights. Beds slept comfortably, even the pullout couch. There were 3 queen beds and one pull out. I know the listing says it sleeps 9 so i might have missed where the 9th person would have slept. We only had 7 people. The company was easy to deal with. We were not able to get an early check in despite trying because they had had guests the night before and the cleaning company needed time to finish. We were able to walk to a lot of sites on our bucket list, including Leopolds, Pirate House, riverwalk, Olde Pink House. Overall a very good experience. Thank you!

We chose this rental because of it's proximity to The Kimpton Brice. Our daughter's wedding was held there and we wanted something close to there. This is a gorgeous home and was everything we hoped it would be. It's a bit quirky with the two full baths on the third floor, but we made it work. The home was beautifully restored and maintained. We enjoyed walking up and down Broughton for shopping.
