IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A QUIETER PART OF SAVANNAH, THIS IS IT! SUPER CUTE RENTAL. HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED INCLUDING A GAATED COURTYARD. THE SMALL IMPERFECTIONS IN THIS PLACE ARE KNOBS MISSING ON THE KITCHEN CABINETS, HANDLES MISSING ON THE DRESSER, DEAD PLANTS IN THE COURTYARD AND I HAD TO FIX THE BATHROOM DOOR SO IT WOULD SHUT PROPERLY.

The place is amazing the location is amazing and the courtyard— impeccable. The people renting main house were so friendly and easy to share courtyard with!

Cute location that was perfect for our short stay. We did a have few issues (the code sent didn't work in the lock, the shower didn't drain well and during a hard rain water began dripping from the ceiling) but I will say that a called the office and they were very prompt at addressing the issues and extremely friendly. I would recommend this location and this company for future rentals.

Overall, we had a great experience and the location was awesome for our needs. However, although the property is for 2 people, there is not much space to put anything. Example; only 2 hooks in bathroom for wet towels, etc., no towel racks, no space in shower for shampoo, soap, etc., one mirror in the tiny bathroom. Inexpensive suggestions: Over-the-door hooks, take down some pictures and replace with full length and shorter mirrors. Add a side end table in a corner for toiletries, etc., since there is no space in the bathroom. Have someone take care of the patio garden. Dead flowers in the planters is not very becoming. Provide a key for the side gate that opens to the bedroom. We only had one key for the garden gate. Lastly, there was a horrible screeching noise that sounded like it was coming from the idea what this was, but it did become annoying after the first 24 hours. These are simple fixes that would make this property much more efficient and enjoyable for guests, especially two females! Hire me...I'd love to spruce up your properties. :)

Cute place in a good location for walking Savannah. Clean and tidy. Somewhat difficult to locate which unit was ours. Some designations would be helpful. Would also appreciate more seating and a new mattress. Lucky Savannah was available to answer when our door code didn't work. Satisfactory stay!

In the heart of the historic district, where you can walk to shopping, food, River Walk, historic and haunted landmarks, bars, and squares! Courtyard is a nice luxury in the area! Clean and well set up! Definitely would book again!

We've stayed in Savannah multiple times in the past in various settings and this rental was cozy, peaceful although not centrally located, it was easy to get to and from. Clean, well kept for a historic building. Accessing the property was easy.

The cottage was in a wonderful location. It was far enough away from downtown Savannah to have peace and quiet yet downtown was only 5 minutes away. Parking was easy, we just had to pay for it each day which was only $12.00 for an entire day. Our favorite part of the cottage was the courtyard, we were able to drink our coffee and read a book each morning.

Lovely stay but was disappointed that the patio bistro lights did not work . That drew us to the place seeing it all lite up .

So quant and perfect for a couple to just have a getaway weekend or even week since it had a full kitchen, laundry, plenty of closet space! On the corner of Forsyth park.. a 0.2 mile walk to Mate’ Factor AND the grocery store. You can’t lose with this rental.

I enjoyed staying at Broughton Estate Cottage. It was clean and well maintained as well as being in a great location close to River Street and the shops on Broughton!

Everything was as advertised. Room was clean and AC worked well considering the heat outside. Good location to walk to River Street or downtown. We had a small issue with the door lock not working at 11.30 PM on Sunday night. We did get in touch with service but luckily the key pad eventually opened the door.
