Perfect stay in Savannah. The rental was spacious with enough room for our entire group. Location was amazing where a car was not needed at any point. Walking distance to everything!

The home was beautiful and accommodated our group perfectly. It is within walking distance of a ton of stuff. We had one pregnant person who was able to stay in the carriage house and had a nice quite experience. I would advise those who are considering the home to be fully aware that 2 of the bedrooms are up 3 big flights of stairs. I suggest the company stop using real down feathers in their pillows as one person in our party had a full on allergic reaction to them. They are even in the throw pillows. Overall we liked the house

The Broughton estate was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Huge and unique space both in the main house along with the courtyard and carriage houses. Plenty of hang out spaces and everyone had their own bathrooms by utilizing both carriage houses. We really felt part of the historic district both by the character of the house and location. Walking distance to just about anything you would want to see.
Because of the unique personality of the house be aware that the 1st floor bedroom in the main house has no bathroom (access to 1/2bath on 1st floor) and no closet. Lots of stairs but that didn’t bother our group.
Lucky Savannah was awesome to work with and communication was perfect. Everything you need is easily accessible in their Hospitality App
Parking was very easy with 2 spots in the garage and parking on the street alongside the house was convenient and readily available.

This house was amazing! There is so much room. We stayed with 11 girls for a bachelorette party, and it was super spacious and comfortable. The courtyard is super cute for a hang out spot with a big group. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We went with 11 woman . It was perfect! We loved the character of the house but absolutely loved hanging outside in the courtyard! It was within walking distance to absolutely everything! We loved it

We were in Savannah for a 40th birthday celebration and we had the best time! We were in walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shopping establishments. Helpful tip...avoid Riverstreet at night.

I booked this place for a Bachelorette party of 9 girls and we had a BLAST. The place was clean, bedrooms were large, courtyard was BEAUTIFUL. We were looking for something that would have that old time Savannah feel, and this was perfect. The property is also within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars we needed access to. Additionally, check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend!

The estate was even better than expected! The location was perfect walking distance to many top notch restaurants and bars. Driving and parking was no problem, it will fit 2 sedans/SUVs. We had great WiFi, amazing hot water pressure, squeaky clean and comfy rooms and beds. Plenty of space to spread out or hang out. The grand piano and entertainment room was my favorite. Most TVs allowed your smartphone to broadcast your movie or content. The home had everything you needed, all the historic southern charm with modern amenities. Only downside is that you won’t want to leave the house to explore the city!!

The staff of Lucky Savannah were super accommodating to all our needs. We rented all the spaces (there were 9 of us) and we had plenty of space to spread out! Great location and walkable to lots.

We loved our stay at this rental. It was a little tricky trying to get into the house with the different keys and codes because we had the entire property but once we got into the house it was smooth sailing. Perfectly clean, awesome location, and easy to contact someone if we needed anything. I definitely recommend!

This estate was the perfect setting for our weekend in Savannah. It's location within the historic district couldn't have been better as everything Savannah had to offer was within easy walking distance. The home itself was beautiful, roomy, clean and welcoming. The courtyard is a fantastic place to sit and relax, day or night. I would highly recommend booking The Broughton Estate through Lucky Savannah.
