The location was perfect from a location standpoint. Just like any rental in that area, parking is a nightmare. The only issue with the property was that the elevator had some issues and didn't work half the time. That is an issue with the building, not the rental itself.

The apartment was in a great location. The downside is that it’s noisy and also the walls are thin. The lighting definitely needs some improvement. We did have a washer and dryer and lived having two bathrooms.

Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Right in the middle of everything and was able to walk everywhere. Parking was easy and convenient. Apartment was beautiful. Hosts made the stay easy with all the information given before hand. Will probably be back!

Wonderful, clean apartment right next to the main shopping center in Savannah. Parking is two blocks away and convenient for the downtown area. Excellent customer service. 10/10 for a girls weekend!

The property is fine and the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. The owner, however, should be ashamed. This is 2024 and they have a basic tv package on their cable. We were in for New Years and couldn’t watch ANY bowl games in the room because of the cheap package!

Well, to start, elevator was no working so had to carry luggage up steps. Recebt back surgery so n ot so easy but this was resolved in less than 8 hours. Parking pass was not in unit as described. Lucky Savannah reimbursed for all inconvieniences so no problems afterwards. Great location and unit. Large, roomy, clean. Right in downtown area and can walk to anywhere within minutes. Will go back again.

You will definitely get street noise Friday and Saturday nights. I would’ve use the sound machine, but I didn’t discover it in the drawer until the day we checking out lol. Wish the windows had curtains, as the blinds let too much street light in at night. Love, love, love the location! The couches are comfy, the accommodations are great and clean. The smoke detector battery was low and beeping but Lucky Savannah took care of it within an hour or two after contacting them. Would definitely book this location again, but I’m packing headphones and a sleep mask. The parking was fantastic too.

The location is convenient to everything and within walking distances of great shops and restaurants to include the river walk. The building is quiet. The master is a busy noisy due to the jazz club but doesn’t interrupt your rest.

Located within walking distance to almost everything. My only recommendation is for a blackout curtain to be added to the front bedroom. The lights from the street were so bright, it felt like a spotlight was shining in the room, did not get much sleep.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Very noisy at might due to location. Then entry into building very dirty and the elevator only worked 1 day. Internet is horrible!!

The property was as described. At the time of our visit there were problems with the elevator. Not a big problem as we were only on the second floor. The property was clean but the refrigerator and freezer were not working properly. After reporting the problem, management provided two mini fridge units for our one week stay. The location of the property on a busy corner was loud, especially at bar closing but we were able to get some sleep. Ideally located for exploring the river walk and the squares. The parking pass was very much appreciated.

We arrived to the condo in full road construction mode. It was a corner building and both roads and side walks were being reburished. Loud construction started at 7:30 am and went to 8:45 pm. Just awful. The location should have been perfect, we walked to all of the old town Savannah sites but the construction noise dimished the whole experience. Also, not sure how the bed mattresses were wrapped but sitting on the mattress was noisey. And when either myself or my wife rolled over during the night, it would actually wake each other up. Shame, great location and very clean, it should have been better. Also, no pre warning that things were this bad.

The location was perfect. We had walkable access to shopping, amazing restaurants and local activities. The unit was clean and access was easy. I do however have a couple of complaints. The building has a bar downstairs which we enjoyed. The problem is you can hear the music from the bar until they close. The other issue is the beds are extremely noisy. If you even roll over it is so loud it wakes up you and your partner.

Have stayed here several times before. Again it was a great stay. Had a few minor issues that we reported. Within 12 hours a very professional maintenance person was there and taking care of the problem. As far as people complaining about the noise yes this property can be loud at times. But this is a downtown property. If you want quite this may not be the best option especially on weekend. But overall this is a nice place and great location.

Location is great for walking to all of the attractions, dining, and nightlife but there is construction on the road directly in front of the entrance. Getting in and out was at times dangerous as there is no designated crosswalk during construction. The interior entryway is dirty and leaves a lot to be desired, the elevator smells like urine. The inside of the rental is ok in terms of cleanliness. Unit smells musty and surfaces of countertops and furniture did not appear to be wiped down. One of the bedrooms has no windows and mattresses are hard.

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the location! We wished there were a few more basic staples, such as coffee filters, and the parking garage was definitely a bit of a hike. Other than that, the beds and furniture were comfortable, the neighbors were friendly, and we enjoyed people watching from the windows.

The lobby was a little messy, but I’m sure with all the people coming and going if it’s not cleaned up every few days it gets messy. The condo was very nice and well-maintained. Very clean and comfortable. They had nice appliances including a blender and an electric tea kettle! There’s a washer and dryer although when I washed the towels in the middle of our stay the washing machine stopped working mid cycle but I took half of the towels out and finished the wash load in to spin cycles. There were plenty of plates, mugs, glasses and silverware for the four of us. Since I have stayed on Brighton Street before I knew to bring a sound machine I don’t know if the owner of the condo would think of supplying one because Friday and Saturday nights do get very loud! that was my only complaint sleeping in the room right on Broughton Street was the noise on Saturday night even with the sound machine going very loudly. There was one issue with the plantain shutters because we were all short the cords are very high and you had to bring a chair over and climb on the chair to open and close the blinds. During the day there was tons of light which was nice. The plantation shutters don’t block out all the street lights though. Those are my only two complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great rental!
PROS: Such a lovely apartment and perfect for our group of 4 (one adult/child from one family, one adult/child from another family)! Walkable to all of the things (including City Market square, River Street and tons of eateries/shopping. Very clean, spacious, plenty of supplies, plenty of storage. Contacting management was easy and efficient. One bathroom was shower only, one bathroom was a soaker tub.
RECOMMENDATIONS: The a/c had some trouble cooling down during the day with the extreme temps (we kept the blinds closed and the lights off), some extra fans would help. A dish strainer would be nice in the sink for washing dishes a few dishes at a time. The plugs seem to be very loose, where plugs were constantly slipping out of the sockets. The instructions for the garage should include to park in unmarked/unreserved spots.

Clean roomy two bedroom condo facing Broughton St. Basic amenities smartly appointed. The tall ceiling made the unit feel bigger. Noisy due to the bars and cars on Broughton but easy to walk to everything. The next door unit had a baby that you could hear cry every night from the master bedroom. Parking garage was a couple short blocks away but at least there was some place to park your car over night.

Overall a very good experience. The kitchen needs brighter overhead light, the stove light replaced, and perhaps some under cabinet lighting. Dishes had been put away dirty, but perhaps that is because the dishwasher may not work very well (it was very loud when we engaged it before leaving). Fortunately, we weren't in Savannah to cook, so no worries. The location is just about perfect for exploring downtown; we stepped outside and we were already there. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful roomy apartment, right in the middle of downtown. This place was exactly what I wanted from an apartment. If you want to be in the middle of the action, and have no problem sleeping through noise, stay in this location! We were able to walk to any bar or restaurant from here, and didn't need a rental car at all. If you do want to travel further out, don't worry because this apartment came with an included parking pass for one car. Both bedrooms had their own full bathrooms, and the beds themselves were incredibly comfortable. The only issue was the fridge ice machine, which did not work. That alone was clearly not worth the time contacting the staff, but if I did I'm sure they would have done something. Everyone I talked with at Lucky Savannah was polite and helpful. I hope to stay here again.

Broughton Central has an ideal location. Other factors, however, are a bit less than ideal. Parking to unload luggage (especially for a week-long stay, is problematic. The lighting in the kitchen is HORRIBLE!!!I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find the ON button for the coffee maker!! There is no electrical outlet for toothbrush, hair dryer, etc., in the bathroom for the front bedroom. Very inconvenient. Again, it's all about location.

The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The high ceilings are wonderful, and the kitchen is sufficient. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit stayed cool despite the oppressive heat outside. Wifi is high speed, and the TV worked well once we re-linked the network. The load-in (unpacking) process is somewhat cumbersome because of the parking situation. We ended up briefly using the alley off Whitaker to park for unloading. Access to the Whitaker garage is an easy walk but is a more indirect drive because of the one-way streets. If you are not a fan of parking garages, this isn't the rental for you. We didn't move the car often, but it was always a process, although free because of the monthly parking pass. The biggest issue with this property (which we anticipated) was the location. Broughton Street is LOUD at night. We had yelling pedestrians and traffic right out our front window until 3:30am on Saturday. Even weeknights are loud but not as much so. We brought foam earplugs and used a white noise app on our phones to help mitigate the noise pollution. The upside to the location is that you are an easy walk to everything. If you are a person who likes urban environments, this benefit outweighs the downside. The condo unit is in a great location--only 2 flights up. The elevator is old and dirty, so we used stairs.

This unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed! The parking was bit tricky so make sure to read through all the directions before arriving.This is a great location if you want to be in the middle of the city. Just be prepared that street noise is loud throughout the day and night.

Went down for a long weekend. Savanna is a great place to visit. The suite was in a great location and one appointment. However the walls are very thin so street noise was very prevalent. Also the beds were very squeaky. The slightest movement generated quite a bit of noise. And lastly our flights got delayed out of Savannah and they were no winters after us. We asked for a couple hours extended stay and we were given a hard time about it. Every hotel we have been at gave us easily 2 hours at no charge. Lastly they had a high definition TV would offer basic cable With no HD so the picture was substantially smaller than the TV. Still had a great time in Savannah lots to see and do well with in walking distance

This was exactly what we (two couples) wanted when visiting Savannah for the first time: great location within walking distance to the Riverfront, shopping, and the historic residential areas built around open squares - each one a mini-Park! The property was fully restored, comfortable king sized beds, well appointed kitchen, and nice great room - very relaxing after a day of touring. Walk up of convenient elevator. Very efficient check-in - best we've seen. Short distance to a covered municipal garage a plus!

Great location- easily walkable from any attractions. Super loud at night. Lots of motorcycles going by at 2 am and people leaving bars. They did provide a noise machine, but it was no match . Amenities were great. Loved having king beds, double headed showers, and parking .

This property needs new windows to mitigate the noise in the evenings. You expect a bit more noise to be in such a bustling location but this is beyond reasonable. While we were there there was also construction below us that started at 7 am. Ugh... the property was clean but I would not stay here again.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and very nicely appointed; perfect for 2 couples. The location was excellent. As others have noted, the bedroom with windows has a lot of street noise, but that is to be expected, given the location. Just turn up the hire noise machine and wear earplugs. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a perfect location to explore the historic district and the city. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: great location(!!), nice amount in space in the apartment, easy access, parking garage only a couple blocks away.
Cons: water on fridge panel doesn’t work so you have to purchase all drinking water and VERY LOUD street noise in front room until about 2-3am every night. Kept us up even with a sound machine turned to max volume. Unfortunately, the late night street noise alone would make us not come back to this location.

Great location! However it is noisy-recommend ear plugs for sure. We had a AC issue but they came out and brought us portable units to get us thru our stay. Very responsive and clean place.

The until was in a centralized location that allowed us to walk everywhere without anything being too far; however, it is located near bars and on the main strip so weekend nights were loud. It seemed that intoxicated people spilled out of the bars into the street right below our windows and it was like we were right there with them. Lol it also sounded like drag racing begins on Broughton at around 2 am. Things got quiet around 3:30am. My son said the second bedroom was much quieter. The until was clean but dark. The kitchen lights are so dim it was difficult to cook or fix anything during the day and almost impossible after dark. I would suggest changing the fixture or at least using a higher wattage bulb. Check in and check out was easy and the parking garage was nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though we missed a few hours of sleep listening to the revelry.

I was born in Savannah & spent my formable years there. I love every opportunity I have to return & enjoy her southern splendor! So when it came time for my best friend's birthday get-a-way, we knew it was Savannah! Her & her husband love it as much as me & my husband do. So we suggested the last place we styed at (along w/ our daughter & son-in-law) Broughton Central! It is perfection! Lucky Savannah is so easy to deal with. They make the process seamless and it even includes parking, thanks to the unit owner! The unit is all you need and the location is prefect. We have, on both occasions, had no issues with noise even though the owners do provide a sound machine for the front master. Convenience is key, K's Pizza is right there for late night snacks, The Really Awesome Bar is just downstairs (noise is NOT an issue...we literally stumbled on it our first stay), the Alley Cat is just a block and a half down the alley behind the unit and is a must visit for a great custom cocktail, not to mention the hop on and off trolley is blocks away along with many shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need and is perfect for two couples. Leopold's Ice Cream is just down the street - endure the wait in line, you will not regret it! River Street is within walking distance along with Ellis Square, City Market and more! Walk to Drayton Street to The Original Pinkie Masters to see where a US President stood on the bar and declared his presidency (keep an open mind to the laid back style of the south)! Anyway comfortable beds, linens and towels included, everything you need to explore, both river and historic Savannah, right outside your door! We Will definitely stay here for a 3rd visit! Highly recommend, for the fun of it, Treylor Park and Tubby's for a "ship shot", but for really great food and service, you must make a reservation at 17Hundred90 Inn and Restaurant. Go to Savannah and stay at Brought Central with the help of Lucky Savannah - you will not regret it!

Nice, clean, updated condo located in downtown, close to shops, and restaurants. Only negatives (for me)..I wished there were televisions in both bedrooms and the street noise was loud when the night spots closed. I would recommend this unit to my family/friends.

We absolutely loved the location of the unit. Unit was clean. Unit looked just as the pictures showed it. I would recommend this property. It is loud at night due to the location but because the location was important to us, we would stay here again.

This property is in a great location! Some might not like all the street noise, but we don't care, it is where the action is! Nicely furnished and roomy. Kitchen was decent sized and washer and dryer were handy. Walkable to anything in the historic district!

This place was perfect for our girls weekend, centrally located and very clean. The only thing I was slightly dissappointed with was not notified that a parking pass came with the rental so we purchased a weekend pass before arriving at the condo to discover that there was already a pass for a garage. Other than that everything was perfect and I would defiinitely recommend!

The apartment is centrally located right in the may dale of the historic district. Very convenient and well supplied. We had a small glitch getting in initially, but the management team was very responsive. Nicely furnished, very comfortable.
