This incredible ground-floor apartment is in an unbeatable location, close to so many outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. A-part of the Historic YWCA Building, you'll be staying in a true part of History here in Savannah beneath the sweeping Oak Trees.

Guests will appreciate having one of the only apartments with its own secure and private exterior entrance. Behind the wrought iron gate, an electronic lock has been installed for ease of use - forget keys, your party can come and go as they please! Inside, the completely renovated apartment boasts with space, exposed original elements of the building, and an open floor plan. The impeccable kitchen is the true show-stopper here at Blue Door Retreat, and is center of the apartment. Equipped with high-end appliances, a large kitchen island, and everything you need to entertain, you'll feel right at home! The gathering room is furnished with an ample amount of comfortable seating for everyone in your party - the perfect set-up for a movie or game night in.

The three spacious bedrooms are split amongst the apartment, in addition to the two luxurious full-size bathrooms, located across from the bedrooms. Starting with the primary suite, you'll find that it is fitted with a king bed, standing wardrobe that conveniently stores a smart-television. Just across the hall, the second and third bedrooms each feature a king sized bed, a smart television, and an ample amount of space for your belongings.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Savannah Theatre, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

Parking: Metered Parking
This unit has on-street, metered parking which is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. You have the option of using the convenient ParkSavannah parking app, feeding the meter, or parking in a nearby parking garage.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more info.

Great location and beautiful place. Only thing I would change is adding another chair or two to the living room so all guests can get cozy around the fireplace and/or watching the TV.

Visited Savannah for a girl’s trip. This was so cute and in the best location. Close to cute restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to the river. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! The management company was great too. They called to confirm the reservation and then again closer to our stay.

Our stay at Blue Door Retreat was flawless! We had no trouble finding the unit. On-street parking was reasonably close. The apartment is very nice. It was clean and the location is in walking distance to restaurants, museums, etc. We would definitely recommend this location and stay there again.

It was perfect. Perfect place, perfect location as it was close to everything. Very Clean. The only thing i can say is owners should invest in better mattresses (this is not a complaint just an opinion). We had a great time there.

This was our first time using VRBO, or any thing like it. We took a chance on this new listing, and could not have been happier with our accommodations. It is in the heart of Savannah, so we were close to everything. We walked almost everywhere we went in Savannah. The apartment was just like the pictures, nice and inviting. Very clean. We had a little bit of confusion when looking for the place, but easily resolved on our own. We just looked at the pictures of the property to find the location. Maps takes you to the front of the a building, and the entrance to the apartment is on the side. Also mailbox number did not match number given in the address. Would stay here again, and would definitely recommend it.

After receiving numerous texts and emails regarding this rental at 105, I was frustrated by the inaccurate address proved. We walked all around the neighborhood in the hot and humid air looking for 105. We called and learned that the address was actually 102, NOT 105. The woman I spoke to told me that the agency had been trying to change this misinformation for a while. I just couldn’t understand why this important info couldn’t have been noted in the texts and/or emails. Overall, the unit was very nice and the beds were comfortable. I was, however, disappointed with the single clothes washer pod. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this seemed a bit cheap.

We had a great stay and would seek out this unit again! It was really nice, the kitchen was huge and it was overall nicely decorated. The great thing is the unit was outside the busy areas but close enough to walk to everything.
