Property was exactly as described/pictured online. Kitchen was fully supplied for any type of cooking and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The back yard area is a really nice bonus, even though we did not use it because of weather. We loved the location as everything was walkable or a quick and cheap ride to further destinations.

Overall this was a good place to stay but there a few things that would have helped my expectations beforehand. It is managed by a company that owns a number of VRBO properties. The place was clean enough with two exceptions. 1. I don't think they have it in their cleaning protocol to clean the dishwasher strainer - there was hair and an acrylic finger nail in there. The cleaners should start doing that routinely. 2. They are dog friendly and kindly enough the provided dog treats. Unfortunately the dog treats had some sort of insect infestation so that needed to be cleaned up.
The place is located on East Broad St which is very busy - you will hear all of the traffic in the upstairs from bedroom with the king bed. We stayed there in January. Like any old house with one HVAC unit, the two floors vary in temperature by at least 5-10 degrees with the upstairs being much warmer than the 70 set at the thermostat. I'm sure the AC will struggle to keep up with cooling in the summer and there's a warning about setting the thermostat too low so I'm sure it's an issue.
Overall though we had a good stay. The backyard patio is nice. It's within walking distance of downtown and Forsyth park.

We had a lovely stay at the Beytagh 1872 home. It was one of the coziest, more comfortable rentals I’ve stayed at in a long time. Truly felt like walking into someone’s home rather than a stark rental property. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room cozy. We had some problems with the heating system on the first night, but Lucky Savannah staff came over to the house within an hour of my message to them and they resolved the issue, making for an even more comfortable stay. The comfortable property combined with the responsiveness of the staff will definitely bring me back to rent from Lucky Savannah in the future.

This wonderful house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has everything you need for great stay, including an outdoor patio with a grill. Highly recommend, but because the house has no off street parking, make sure you get daily parking passes from the city ($12/day).

This lovely duplex was the perfect spot for a Savannah family getaway (3 adults, 1 small dog)! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Although a bit tight, the open galley style kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the noise machine helped dampen the sound of morning traffic in the front 2nd story bedroom. Noise was not an issue in the 1st and 2nd floor back bedrooms. We kept so busy we didn’t have time to enjoy the private, fenced patio. We were able to walk everywhere in the historic district, and only used our car twice in 7 days. On-street metered parking was convenient (paid daily via app). If you’re sensitive to smells, this 1872 home has a definite musty odor. Keeping the ceiling fans going and the air conditioning cool helped. Otherwise, the home was perfection!

The home was absolutely beautiful, well decorated, and felt very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this property to others.

This home is beautiful and while close to everything, it felt residential and cozy. There was a good supply of paper goods, trash bags, etc, and we appreciated the smooth check in and out instructions. It was perfect for our trip to Savannah.

Overall good spot.Kitchen a little bit tight. No parking a bit of a pain. Patio is nice spot in the evening in the shade.

Beytagh 1872 was a great rental experience. Very well equipped and plenty of room for our group of 5 people. It was centrally located and within walking distance to main attractions. If you do need to take a cab or Uber/Lyft, it was a short and inexpensive ride.

The property was better than expected. Super clean and amazing location! I would totally return to this spot in the future. Was such a nice spot for the family to hang while in Savannah. Walked to tours and restaurants while we were there. So fun!

We appreciated the little touches in the house - the phone charging station, the noise machines in the bedrooms as well as the fans, the dog bowls - we forgot ours. The beds were fabulous, showers were great. We did not use the kitchen other than for microwave oatmeal, but we did not see any sugar packets. House was clean and comfy.
