Quiet, tree lined street, perfect for privacy and relaxing! Located in one of the most prominent areas of Ardsley Park, nestled between Abercorn and Habersham Street, this impeccable home is truly one of a kind. You'll have the ability to sleeps 9 privately but can accommodate up to 11 comfortably. Nestled beneath Majestic Magnolia trees, with beautiful curb appeal, This historic all-brick abode offers garage parking, a large fenced in yard, a screened in patio, a large balcony, and is just steps to Habersham Village, Hull Park, and more!

Heading inside you'll find that the first floor boasts with space, stunning hardwood flooring, and charming furnishings that create a homey feel. The main gathering room consists of large, plush, crushed velvet sofas that face an original brick fireplace and flat screen television. This space also opens up to the breakfast nook, a meticulously renovated kitchen, and a powder room. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare home cooked meals. There is also a large pantry that offers an ample amount of space to store all of your provisions, in addition to a spacious laundry room just off of the kitchen.

On the opposite side of the home, you'll find a formal dining room with a solid wood dining table with seating for eight. You can also find another gathering room just off of the dining room, that is the perfect place to relax and curl up with your favorite book. One of the sofa converts into a queen sleeper, which is great for guests that plan on having friends or family visit. Lastly, there is an airy sunroom that boasts with natural light, fitted with a desk for those who need a quiet place to get work done, in addition to a twin day bed.

Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, and a small home gym. The primary suite features a king size bed, a brick fireplace, amazing walk-in closet, en-suite bath with an incredible soaking tub, and charming private porch nestled in the treetops. Just down the hall, you can find the two additional bedrooms that are both made-up with queen size bed, each offering an ample amount of closet space to store personal belongings. There is a full size bathroom with a large vanity, and walk-in shower adjacent to the bedrooms as well.

The outdoor space is truly incredible at Ardsley Oaks! You'll find yourself spending majority of your time on the screened patio, with a morning cup of coffee, or glass of wine after a long day. Hangout on the comfortable sectional while the grill master reins the BBQ - set the outdoor table for an intimate meal in the private yard beneath the majestic oaks.

While you're just steps to Habersham Village, Hull and Daffin Park, you're centrally located to hospitals, grocery stores, and everything Savannah has to offer. This is truly an unbeatable location for those looking to stay off of the beaten path for an extended period of time.

What is parking like for this home?
There are two garage spaces behind the home off of the lane, where two full-size vehicles can fit.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

This house is located in a very nice, historic area. You are close to shopping and the beach! The house is very spacious and is exactly as it is pictured. There is plenty of room for everyone. The neighbors are all nice and out going. Our stay was 8 weeks and we always felt safe. We travel a lot for work and this is definitely a good choice and is beautiful.
