This completely renovated four-bedroom home exudes Victorian charm and boasts excellent curb appeal, all while being just steps away from Savannah's finest attractions. Immerse yourself in the essence of the city as you relax on the quintessential large Southern porch, offering the perfect vantage point to soak in the passing day.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads to both upstairs and downstairs apartments. Each floor has nearly identical floor plans, yet a slightly different style. Step inside to discover tastefully decorated living spaces, complete with an ample amount of seating, flatscreen televisions, and original decorative fireplaces that adds a touch of character to the home. Both floors have access to a beautiful porch, overlooking Broughton Street, where you can watch the clouds pass by with your drink of choice in hand!

Adjoining the living spaces are elegant formal dining rooms, while open to the kitchen - perfect for entertaining and the designated chef of the family will appreciate the convenience! You'll have plenty of counter space, in addition to all of the supplies you'll need, allowing for enjoyable meal preparations.

On each floor, the at the rear of the house, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms; two upstairs and two downstairs. Each floor offers a king and queen bed, each with their own ensuite bathroom, and generous closet space. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are conveniently located between the two rooms on each floor.

For those looking to stay in the heart of it all, this is the spot for you! Start your day off at Java Burrito with a refreshing latte and breakfast, just across the street, and roam all of Broughton Street for day shopping, brunch, or drinks! Head North to City Market for live music, or evening strolls, where you'll additionally find museums, restaurants and so much more. Head two blocks North to find Savannah's famed River Street, where you can watch the sunset and find some of the best rooftop bars, all within a 10 minute walk.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests have access to three private parking spaces directly behind the home. All additional parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM.

We were a party of 5. Everyone in my party loved the home, it is right size and location. The bedrooms are comfortable the living spaces were perfect for us to chat, snack and catch up with each other.

We had a wonderful time at your home. Family came in from all over the country and we celebrate it my fiancé’s 50th birthday. She was thrilled and loved the place close to everything within walking distance to all the best spots. Thank you will definitely rent from you again, and would highly recommend this property!

I absolutely loved this rental. We traveled with five people and it was spacious and have everyone enough privacy as well. I loved the location too! I highly recommend this place!
