This delightful two-bedroom home exudes Victorian charm and boasts excellent curb appeal, all while being just steps away from Savannah's finest attractions. Immerse yourself in the essence of the city as you relax on the quintessential large Southern porch, offering the perfect vantage point to soak in the passing day.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming foyer that leads directly to your unit. Step inside to discover a tastefully decorated living space, complete with cozy seating, a flatscreen television, and an original decorative fireplace that adds a touch of character to the home.

Adjoining the living space is the elegant formal dining room and an open connection to the kitchen. The designated chef of the family will appreciate the convenience of a gas stove and ample counter space, allowing for enjoyable meal preparations.

At the rear of the house, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, one king and one queen, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush queen beds and offer generous closet space. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are conveniently located between the two rooms.

For those looking to stay in the heart of it all, this is the spot for you! Start your day off at Java Burrito with a refreshing latte and breakfast, just across the street, and roam all of Broughton Street for day shopping, brunch, or drinks! Head North to City Market for live music, or evening strolls, where you'll additionally find museums, restaurants and so much more. Head two blocks North to find Savannah's famed River Street, where you can watch the sunset and find some of the best rooftop bars, all within a 10 minute walk.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests have one private parking space directly behind the home. All additional parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM.

First time stay at this location for a girls trip. The apartment in a safe area and is decorated really cute and comfortable. The beds are very firm, so be aware of that if you like a soft bed. Love that there is a parking spot, but you can easily walk anywhere in downtown Savannah and probably never have to drive.

The place is as nice as it shows in the pictures. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Lucky Savanah was wonderful they made us feel at home.

When I booked this property, I was looking for something that had restaurants and shops nearby. I knew River Street was close, so this would work. I had NO idea all that would be available just blocks from the rental! There are TONS of shops and restaurants right on Broughton! It is a busy street, and you can hear cars and noise, but the location is awesome! The walls are thin since it's an older home, so keep this in mind.

It's a duplex, so you can also hear noise from people walking around upstairs and running water, flushing toilets, etc. It isn't awful as long as it's normal living noises.

The unit is bright, nicely decorated, and clean. The kitchen has what is needed, including all the fixings for coffee. That was a nice touch!

The beds are ok. The queen bed has almost no support, but the room and bathroom are nice. The king bed is VERY firm. It's a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is nice, but you have to search for the outlet. It's behind the vanity.

Be advised that the app from the management group Lucky Savannah is not available for Android phones. After much confusion and emails, it was finally mentioned. There also is no "Access My Rental" tab in the app, and that is where the access code is supposed to be. The video for the app is outdated and is of no help whatsoever. After several emails about this the code was finally emailed to me. For a large manangement service, I did not expect this to be such an issue.

I would stay here again!

A+ rental. Rental was just as described/pictured. Clean and neat. Loved having a parking spot right behind the back door. Great location to walk to all of Savannah's attractions. Very comfortable. Only negatives to point out are that there are 2 step downs within the unit (one from dining room to kitchen and one from larger bathroom to bedroom) which are in the pictures but might cause some people issues and other is that rental property company's app only works on I-phones so we had to call to get the door codes.

If you are visiting Savannah, this is the perfect home to rent. Location is great and puts you in walking distance of most everything you might want to experience during your stay. The house is furnished well and very comfortable. A big plus is the off street parking that is included with the rental. Priceless!
