Description

After reaching the third floor via elevator access, step in to your bright Savannah escape, equipped with all of the amenities you could wish for.

The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and provides plenty of space to prepare home-cooked meals. The breakfast bar is open to the main living space, ideal for hosting and entertaining your guests while keeping the conversation flowing. Guests will appreciate having this dedicated dining space with seating for 4, and a fully-stocked kitchen that fits all of your needs.

The living space consists of two plush sofas, a flatscreen television, fitted with a reading nook. Gather together at the end of the day, and catch up on your favorite shows. In the morning, open up the balcony door, and feel the gusts of the Savannah River while drinking your cup of joe.

The spacious Primary Suite sits off of the living space and offers a queen-size bed. Enjoy having a walk-in closet, smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a large dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub.

Your guests should not fret, as the Guest Suite features a plush queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Just across the hall, a full-size washer and dryer is available in the unit for convenience.

Step across the street, and head down to River Street where you will enjoy stunning views of the Savannah Riverfront with open beverage container in hand... then walk South towards the charming Historic District with plenty of local and name-brand shops to pass the time. We actually had another place rented through another company that canceled last minute so we were lucky enough (Lucky Savannah) had this place available for our stay! Turns out we were so thankful the other place fell through. Parking is included and just across an alley so very convenient. This place is perfect for sharing since the bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely situated so you have your own space. Location is convenient to walk pretty much everywhere but we loved that we were right above river street without being right on it. We ended our evenings at a nice rooftop bar over looking the river and just a very short walk back to this condo. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We spent 4 nights here in February and really loved how close to everything we were. The building itself is secure and safe, and there's a Starbucks and great little casual restaurant right next door for quick meals. The condo itself is very nicely appointed. Be advised the beds are quite firm, which worked well for me, but may not be to everyone's preference. The coffeemaker is a traditional drip, in case that will help in your planning. The showers and tub are spacious and have great water pressure. The building is quiet and calm and we felt very safe and comfortable the entire stay. You cannot find a better location, as you are just a block away from the riverfront. I would highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at many rentals in Savannah and this one was, by far, the best. Very clean. The rental was complete was absolutely everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve ever slept in away from home. We will definitely be back.

We loved this property and would stay there again.
Pros: close to River St., several restaurants within one block, cozy, close to River St., 2br-3ba was nice, VERY clean, loved the furniture and magazines, Bay St. noise was negligible!
Cons: bedroom windows need washed due to Bay St. traffic dust but the apartment was VERY clean, one bedroom had a ROKU box hooked to the TV but no power cord to the ROKU.

The condo is located in a great location - most everything is within walking distance (under 1 mile) and there is a starbucks and a 5 guys restaurant within 50 feet of the building. I'd suggest trying breakfast at Toast or the chicken pot pie at Churchill's English pub 1 block away. We also at at the Pirates House (wonderful grouper and also pork tenderloin), as well as Dotties (great salad for lunch). We also ate breakfast at the Traylor Park next door - the first day it was great, but the second was average (not great service and the food wasn't as flavorful).

A car isn't really needed and I'm glad we didn't rent one. We used Lyft to go between the airport and condo, and walked everywhere else. Lyft can be used for transportation elsewhere in Savannah. There is a public garage behind the condo if you are driving and need parking.

The condo is clean, spacious, and well appointed. The master is much nicer/larger than the 2nd bed room (king vs queen, balcony vs no window).

There were some minor issues...we could not download the Lucky Savannah app to either an iPhone or an Android phone, and every time we use the email link for their web page, it would redirect us to download the app (fails). That was frustrating. Previously, I logged in via a desktop PC at home, so I knew the website worked. I finally had to call the office and ask for a direct link to open their site on my phone's browser rather than the short link for the installed app. I gave some minor guidance to the friendly staff over the phone on how to generate the link for my reservation. I'm not certain how someone who is "non-technical" might have been able to get this resolved. Lucky Savannah ... Please fix this by either adding a browser link in your email or fixing the short link/app redirect.

We also couldn't get into the room at 4 pm with the code from the website (wrong code given). It took 15 mins to resolve.

We have stayed at this apartment twice and have loved it. Perfect location to walk to Riverstreet and any downtown areas. Very clean and quiet. You should park at the back door in the lane to load and unload then park in the parking deck. The property managers have always been very quick to respond if we have a question.

Beautiful re tap, GREaT location in Bay St, walking distance to everything. A few minor hiccups but the a management office was very attentive to address all issues. Would definitely rent again the next time in Savannah!

My mom and I stayed in this property in May of 2022. The location was excellent regardless if you had a car or not. The parking pass made the difference on this property. The home was clean and spacious. Every comfortable and home. The staff was great when I had issues with the remote controls. Couldn't have asked for a better property. Thank you

The location was convenient and Safe. Accommodations were nice. The dishwasher door would not open. There were two microwave ovens and one started by itself. The TV's were fairly new, but no streaming apps were on them except for Netflix on one TV. The unit was clean and the customer service was good. We enjoyed having a breakfast restaurant and a 5 guys in the building.

Perfect location for our girl's trip to Savannah, walkable to everywhere we wanted to go (restaurants, bars, City Market, and other attractions).. The property was very clean and safe, and the layout was great for 4 people - 2 bedrooms with adjoining large full bathrooms and a separate half bath. The balcony was also a nice feature. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Last, the property management company was great to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating when last minute travel issues arose.

This rental is in the perfect location for all things Savannah. Rental is secure, clean and well appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again. Parking is in a parking garage within steps of the rental. Restaurants, shopping and River Street are all a short walk away.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of historic Savannah. The apartment was very clean, centrally located, and had good security. Managing access and out stay through the app was convenient and easy. Having parking included was great since on-the-street parking was very limited.

We enjoyed our stay!! The location was great, Starbucks right next door was an added bonus!! We would have enjoyed 4 chairs to sit at the counter to eat together as there is no kitchen/dining room table and only 3 bar stools. The apartment was very clean and access was exceptionally easy from the front and back. Definitely enjoyed our visit and time together sitting on the balcony and walking along the River.

The property, editor's cut, was nothing short of fabulous. It was better than the description given. Very clean inside and provided all the amenities you need and want. Great location in proximity to sites and eateries, very walkable. The owner was awesome and easy to communicate with, quick responses. We would and have definitely started recommending this location. All in All we had a wonderful stay.
