We had 18 people stay at Broughton Grand and it was amazing! The homes are so cute, the courtyard is adorable. We took so many cute pictures!
It's in a great location that is quiet but easy to walk to all the fun of downtown!
I want to do it again! Highly recommend!

We chose Savannah for our family reunion, with folks of all ages coming in from all over the country. Broughton Grand was the perfect setting. The historic homes were beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The two studios were perfect for the families with babies who needed a quiet location to retreat to for naptimes. The location was walking distance to many of the desired sites, which meant groups could come and go as they pleased without having to coordinate rides. Parking was tight, but we were able to fit 2 vehicles in the garage and 4 in the driveway. These are historic homes, so there were things that weren't perfect, but customer service was outstanding. When one of the TVs didn't work, they had a brand new one delivered the next day, important for the grandpa who wasn't able to do as much walking as the rest of the group. One of the porch lights did not work when we arrived but they came to fix it the next morning when we called. If you're looking for a place where the bedlinens will be turned down every night and fresh towels arrive every morning, this is not the place for you. (We had a couple that did, and they stayed separately at a hotel.) But if you're looking for a place where some of the cousins, aunts, and uncles can stay up playing Cards Against Humanity into the wee hours, where Grandma and Grandpa can have their morning coffee at 6am without disturbing everyone, where you can take a family photograph under a crystal chandelier or by the hand-carved banister or by the fountain in the patio, then I can't recommend this place highly enough. Everyone said they wished we could stay longer, which tells me that the reunion was a success. This location helped make it so.

The house was wonderful. Lots of space for the 11 of us. Convenient location, easy to walk to the waterfront and around the main part of historic Savannah.
The property was clean. Property management responded quickly to our call.
Directions on how to get to garage were not clear (it's in the back of the property). All the gate keys were also confusing (we had an incorrect lockbox code which made it worse). The main side gate -- could use a little work...difficult to line up the lockbolt to the opening.
