Good location, but read the description with a grain of salt

This is an OK rental. The bedrooms and bathroom upstairs were fine, and there were plenty of towels and linens. The location is close to the historic district so the parking is easy and it is quite quiet on the street. And, it is very close to a park with a dog play area, so that is nice.
However, the description makes it sound like it is great for entertaining, but it is pretty basic. The kitchen had 4 mismatched wine glasses (one plastic) and 4 forks total, for example. The living room does not have a floor lamp, the only light being an overhead light in the ceiling fan--not great for reading or relaxing. The windows, with the exception of the kitchen, are all painted shut so there is no way to get fresh air in and out unless you leave the front and back doors open. A little bit more attention to detail would go a long way.

Quiet getaway

Very nice quite place off the main path but within walking distance to Historic Downtown. This house had a rustic appeal with modern updates.

Great place but needs some help still

The location of this place is great. Only about five blocks off the free shuttle down to the River Street. It was just recently taken over and I think that may be why we had a few problems. But nothing really that would keep me from coming back. A few things for Lucky Savannah to know and you may be getting these done anyway. Please put blackout blinds in the upstairs windows light comes in too early in the morning for a vacation person. Get the vents cleaned out in the house one of us has allergies and this did not help. other than these minor problems great place to stay.
