Look no further, you've found your next Savannah retreat! This charming cottage is situated behind two townhomes, on a quiet, tree-lined street.

Stepping into your quaint yet charming oasis, you'll find that the space boasts with natural light, and an ample amount of comfortable seating for everyone in your party. The kitchenette features beautiful butcher countertops, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker; everything you need to enjoy leftovers from one of Savannah’s many fine dining establishments!

Turn down for the night in your comfortable sleeping quarters - equipped with a plush queen bed, smart television, and a generous amount of storage space, you'll feel right at home. The ensuite bathroom has been updated with a large vanity, and includes a spacious tub-shower combo, where you can unwind after a long day of exploring the town.

Out back, a large and spacious shared courtyard can accommodate multiple guests, while each home has its own private grilling area. This space is perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring our beautiful city, or enjoying a BBQ with friends and family!

Tea Olive Cottage is perfectly situated to explore Savannah’s Historic District. Truly located in an excellent location that is just a short walk to Troup Square, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and Historic Jones Street, voted one of the prettiest streets in the United States! A short drive or walk puts you on either Broughton Street or River Street where shopping and dining abound-it truly is the ideal location from which to explore Savannah.

If you do bring a pet to this dog-friendly home, you'll be in a great location to walk over to Mother Matilda Beasley, the only dog park in the Historic District. A short walk to beautiful Jones Street will bring you to Clary’s Cafe, the setting for several breakfast scenes in Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, and a favorite breakfast spot for locals and visitors alike.

Cute place and good location if you dont mind walking. Perfect for one or two people. I'd go back if I am ever visiting Savannah again.
