After entering through your secure lobby, follow the grand staircase that leads upstairs to your 3rd floor private apartment. Step right inside your Savannah escape, The William Sewell Jr. Suite. An open layout makes this Suite a great choice for guests who appreciate airy space. Featuring High ceilings, hardwood floors, and relaxing décor. Great for single travelers or couples, this studio apartment has parlor doors to divide the living and sleeping space so you can have the privacy you need. Of course, it has all of the necessities, like a modern kitchen, luxurious bathroom, 32” flat-screen television, and free Wi-Fi.You’ll love the upgrades like our gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The modern bathroom even boasts a rain fall shower head!

Located in the most walkable area of the Downtown Historic District, The Suites at Bay is located on Bay Street, only steps from River Street and Broughton Street. Head one block North and enjoy stunning views of the Savannah Riverfront, then walk South towards the charming Historic District with plenty of local and name-brand shops to pass the time. This apartment is ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of it all!

Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their Suite, and utilize this to enter/exit the parking garage as they please. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

We thoroughly enjoyed this suite! Right on Bay Street and walkable to everything in historic Savannah. Beautifully appointed suite with everything we needed. **** and span when we arrived and parking card easily retrievable. There were no parlor doors that divided the bedroom from the kitchen/sitting room like in the description. Treylor Park restaurant is right downstairs but no noise from that on the third floor. We enjoyed dinner at the Olde Pink House which is right behind the building. Loved staying in the middle of it all!

This rental was in the perfect, walking distance location, for everything we wanted to do in Savannah. It's a beautiful space, with all of the amenities needed. The high ceilings made it feel much more spacious than its square footage might suggest. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were updated and spotless. We enjoyed our morning coffee from the Traylor Park restaurant, right downstairs. Overall, a lovely spot...highly recommended. We will stay here again.

The location of this apartment was perfect! We didn’t have to worry about our car or parking anywhere because we just walked. We didn’t spend much time inside but it was nice when we did. However, we did have some concerns. The curtains are set up to hang to the side of the windows and there is no way to actually close them to block out light of the city at night. We were also confused by a mysterious speaker looking thing with no labels except the brand on the kitchen counter. We thought it might be a sound machine so my husband had it running for a few minutes but couldn’t figure out what it was doing. He looked it up and discovered it was an ozone generator! Ozone is a toxic pollutant that during Covid people started claiming would “clean the air” but this has been debunked. It is dangerous to inhale and the windows don’t open so we had to evacuate for a while. We never would’ve thought it would be something dangerous sitting out for guests to mess with.

I’m glad I found this cozy flat when I did.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed, good kitchen, comfy couch, nice bathroom (with rainfall shower), and most importantly, perfect location for access to all the action. The cherry on top was the included parking pass in the nearby garage which was safe and secure for my vehicle. Also, you have immediate access to apparently a legendary restaurant on the ground floor.

Lucky Savannah is a great host and available 24-7 if needed with solutions to all questions, concerns, or request; and the had great recommendations for what’s in the area.

This was my first AirBnB experience and the bar for excellence was set high.
This location is definitely on my saved list.

Centrally located on Bay Street within walking distance to everything which was perfect! The unit was tastefully renovated and furnished that kept the historic building charm with modern updates. Loved that we could walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat and a cocktail at the famous Treylor Park.

Great spot convenient to everything in Savannah. We had to change dates and the hosts were very easy to work with. Accommodations were very well maintained and to be very central to everything, it was very quiet.

I loved the location of this place. It was perfect for those quick trips to go for a walk down by the river. It is close to many of the historic locations within a 10 min walk. There is only one thing I found to be annoying and that is when laying in the bed on the right side, there is a street light that shines in the window. The curtains are just for decoration and the blinds allow a lot of light in. Bring an eye mask and it won't be a problem. Haha It really is a great location, if you want a quick bite to eat or a drink, there is a restaurant as you come into the building. Great Food! There is a washer and dryer in the apartment-makes it nice so you don't have to do laundry when you get home. It was the perfect vacation!

The suite we stayed in was well appointed and comfortable. We much preferred this to a typical hotel. The suite was quiet and within walking distance to everything historic Savannah has to offer. We were even able to save money by preparing breakfast in the full kitchen each morning.

Overall the suite was nice. It is in great location for walking to restaurants and attractions. The free parking in a nearby garage was also a bonus. The only downside we had was the comfort of the furniture. The bed was not comfortable and after 3 nights, our backs were not great. Also the couch was very uncomfortable. Keep these things in mind before booking.

The studio was very clean and newly refurbished. It was beautiful. Only two negatives. The windows were frosted so we could not see out and in the evening we could smell the cooking in the kitchen 2 floors down. The pictures in the ad were right on. We had good service by the rental staff.

It was in the perfect place. I don’t recommend this place if you’re not good with stairs. But it was great if you don’t mind that. It’s definitely basic but when you’re staying in Savannah you’re never in the room anyways. It was very affordable. I’m not sure that I would stay here again as I always like to try somewhere new but I will definitely stay with Lucky Savannah rentals every time I come to savannah. My only true complaints is that the shower head is horrible & the couch is very uncomfortable.
