After entering through your secure lobby, follow the grand staircase that leads upstairs to your 2nd floor private apartment. Step right inside your Savannah escape, The William H. Keckley Suite, that features high ceilings, hardwood floors, and relaxing décor. Great for single travelers or couples, this studio apartment has parlor doors to divide the living and sleeping space so you can have the privacy you need. Of course, it has all of the necessities, like a modern kitchen, luxurious bathroom, 32” flat-screen television, and free Wi-Fi. This suite is located above an in-house restaurant and lounge, therefore if you want complete quiet option you may want to select another one of our fantastic apartment suites on the third floor. If you’re planning to celebrate Savannah with us at The Treylor Restaurant, then this is a great choice for you!

Located in the most walkable area of the Downtown Historic District, The Suites at Bay is located on Bay Street, only steps from River Street and Broughton Street. Head one block North and enjoy stunning views of the Savannah Riverfront, then walk South towards the charming Historic District with plenty of local and name-brand shops to pass the time. This apartment is ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of it all!

Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their Suite, and utilize this to enter/exit the parking garage as they please. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

me and my boyfriend had the perfect weekend in savannah and this was the best location we could’ve stayed at. huge bonus that they give you a free parking pass for a garage just down the street. would definitely reccomend/stay here again.

For 2 elderly people, the Vrbo we selected was conveniently located. We only had to go up 2 flight of stairs. Liked convenience to Riverwalk, places to eat. The size of Vrbo was just right. All conveniences were provided although we didn’t use everything.

The location could not be better. The place was very cute and modern and close to everything cool in Savannah. Host is very responsive and access to the place is very easy. Highly recommend.

The property is very comfortable and convenient. However, it is located above a bar/restaurant that plays music until midnight so if you are looking for quiet this is not the place. Also we were locked out one night as the restaurant had closed the common entry way. After a few minutes we were able to flag down one of the cleaners inside to let us in. The property management company is excellent and responsive.

Good location, close to nearly everything you'd want to see in Savannah. There is a little noise from the restaurant below, but that us something to be expected in a city environment like this and nothing that was unreasonable. It was easily drowned out with a fan. Wouldn't keep me from staying here again by any means.

Condition was excellent and area was clean and safe. Perfect setup for a couple. Could maybe work for 3 for a short stay if you plan on being on the go. There is one small couch, so it's not a place for extended lounging for more than 2. But it's perfectly cozy for a couple.

The included parking was simple and convenient and a bonus for a property that already had so much going for it.

Outstanding stay from service to accommodations with 2 exceptions. Room freshener smell was too present?fruity or floral but bad and little dog next door barked for a couple of hours when owner was away. Otherwise delightful stay. Breakfast waffle was great as was peach yogurt.

We rented this location to stay at during St Patricks Celebration 2023. The constant music thumping from the Traylor Park bar downstairs during night hours did not bother us, but may bother some. The location is great and within walking distance to everything we needed & wanted to do. Check in and out was easy and explained in detail by Lucky Savannah. We certainly do plan to stay at this location again in the future.

My sister and I wanted to explore Savannah’s history a bit, so we stayed in this charming rental while there. It’s a great location, within walking distance to lots of historical sites and restaurants. The rental was clean, and it had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Lucky Savannah management and team are awesome. We had a few minor maintenance issues upon arrival on a Sunday that were taken care of swiftly and professionally with no disruptions to our planned activities. The apartment was clean but not fresh. Dust on countertops and hard surfaces and area rug needed a fresh vacuum. Overall beautiful apartment in a great location. I will be staying again.

Perfect location to start with. Management was very thorough with communications and instructions. Made the overall experience that much better. Only con - garage used was a few blocks hike - could be better by using Bryan Street garage instead.

We had a nice time but the unit had a few things you should be aware of. The microwave has no turntable. Both drawers on each side of the stove are broken. I may have gotten the one on the right back on track, but no luck with the left drawer. The ice cube trays are split and need replacing. I'd give the cleanliness of the unit on check-in as mediocre. The top of the stove seemed to have been smeared with a rag and left with streaks all over it. There were hairs in the corner of the bathroom next to the tub. My wife cleaned those up. There were dried seeds in the sink like someone had rinsed out cereal or something and it had dried. A couple things absent to us was there was no coffee table in front of the sofa and there is no grab bar in the shower. Noise, I don't think you can do anything about this but right outside our windows are several HVAC compressors that whine like you are at the airport. Pretty noisy. We did enjoy the artwork on the walls. We guessed it was SCAD work and it was nice. WE didn't contact you about any of this as we didn't want interruptions to repair these things.
