After entering through your secure lobby, follow the grand staircase that leads upstairs to your private apartment on the second floor. Step right inside your Savannah escape, The Samuel Courtney Suite - One of our premium suites, offering a spectacular view of Bay Street. A premium suite means a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a washer-dryer combo, and stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, and toaster. You’ll love our extra special touches like tin ceilings and rich, roomy closets, and wood floors. Featuring ultra-private quarters, you’ll have no trouble sleeping four people with the exceptionally comfortable living room sofa sleeper. This suite is located above an in-house restaurant and lounge, therefore if you want complete quiet option you may want to select another one of our fantastic apartment suites on the third floor. If you’re planning to celebrate Savannah with us at The Treylor Restaurant, then this is a great choice for you!

Located in the most walkable area of the Downtown Historic District, The Suites at Bay is located on Bay Street, only steps from River Street and Broughton Street. Head one block North and enjoy stunning views of the Savannah Riverfront, then walk South towards the charming Historic District with plenty of local and name-brand shops to pass the time. This apartment is ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of it all!

Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their Suite, and utilize this to enter/exit the parking garage as they please. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

We had a wonderful time! It was just me and my two college-aged daughters. The condo was right on Bay Street, so close to everything. The staff was easy to contact, but we really didn’t need to. The rental was so clean, there is a white noise machine, but we really didn’t hear anything. All in all, we had a great stay and would stay there again!

We rented a unit on East Bay St and found it to be the perfect location. All we had to do was step out the front door to access shops, restaurants, and attractions. The riverfront was just a block away. The unit was very clean, updated, and stocked with everything we needed. They even provided a white noise machine for those sensitive to the busy street and restaurant below although we didn't find the noise to be a problem (and we live in a very quiet neighborhood). We had a terrific experience and would rent from Lucky Savannah Rentals again!

This is a cute apartment in a fantastic location. It is within walking distance from everything we love in Savannah. The parking deck is about 2 blocks from the unit and the attendant was a bit of a tool but at least we had parking! Hint, get the parking pass from the unit BEFORE you park the first time! We had a great stay. 9/10 would recommend!

Rental was clean and comfortable for tww, which is the most important part of this review. My only "complaints", if that's what you want to call them would be the WiFi was very spotty to the point where it wouldn't work for an hour then come back on, the front windows are very dirty, and I realize this building faces a busy street, but I still think they should be cleaned more often than they apparently are and there is a lack of dishes for serving in the cupboards (not everyone goes out to eat). These are minor issues, but I still feel they are important enough to point out. Of course, you can hear the restaurant/bar below, but that is expected and mentioned in the write-ups.

My wife and I stayed here for our 15 year anniversary. We love all the bars, restaurants and shops on the river. This place was perfect! Just a short walk across the street and you are smack in the middle of it all! Loved the room, too. Perfect for 2 but did have an issue with the bedroom tv not picking up anything at all. Other than that we loved it. Would definitely recommend!

The Samuel Courtney Suite was everything we needed for a short getaway. Very convenient to everything. The noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs can be heard but it did not bother us at all. The property was clean and as described.

Good location, but very noisy both with street sounds and some band playing/drumming. Hard to sleep. Could get Royku TV service to work only on first night. After that, no evening TV. A/C would not set below 70F. Needs a foot stool and/or coffee table. Windows did not open, and window shades were all broken/inoperable. What view - windows were dirty. I do not recommend this property!

The Suites at Bay is located in an urban lively downtown environment, just steps away from all of the action here in the Historic District. We are saddened to hear you experienced issues during your stay; we are local and just a few short blocks away to assist with any need! We take all feedback very seriously, therefore we've like to note that the TV's are all working without any issues, as we've made the switch to Fiber Optics. In addition to this, the AC has limited parameters on it so that the system does not freeze itself. This is common in many vacation rentals as well as hotels to protect the equipment, and to ensure you have functioning AC during your stay here in Savannah! You are correct that there is one side table present; there is no coffee table as want to ensure that the pull out couch is not obstructed by more furniture, to make it a seamless sleeping transition. Again, we are so thankful you chose to stay with us and hope to host you again in the future!

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. However, I was unable to sleep during my stay due to the noise. This apartment sits directly on top of the bar Treylor Pack. Thumping music was heard every night. I wish I had known as we would have stayed elsewhere in a quieter location.

The accommodations were clean, very nice, and spacious. This suite is located directly over a pub and the music carried in downstairs until 1:30 AM every day. We loved being close to the river, food, historic landmarks, etc.

Great location... very nice condo...would highly recommend to anyone visiting Savanna. There are three door codes and I was provided with only two.. if out late you need the code to get into the building and we were not provided that.. but the restaurant directly attached unlocked it for us but if your going to be out late be sure to get that code as well.

This Bay Street location was perfect for our quick getaway to Savannah, allowing us to walk everywhere. The private parking was extremely convenient. The door codes make for easy access to the super clean suite on the second floor. The suite is located directly above a restaurant, which you are able to hear at night. This was not a deal breaker for us as we were up late anyway. We will definitely return next time we’re in Savannah.

One word review is "Amazing". We were updated electronically while on the way to our suite, while at the suite, and after leaving. I had a small issue, called, and within 30 minutes all was well. The location is across the street from River St. The private entrance (code access only) opened to a beautiful staircase to the second floor and our suite (code access). Your entry into the small foyer to the kitchen area is inviting with open space and all necessities (including washer/dryer) provided. The living room has two large windows that provided great views of Bay St. and River St. The bedroom has a separate walk in closet. Both were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big, clean, and well supplied. Previous reviews mentioned excess noise but we were happily surprised by no issues with noise, even on a Friday night. A sleep machine is provided in the bedroom. We had a wonderful time in Savannah and this location was a big contributor to that. Another HUGE PLUS..FREE PARKING AND LOADING ZONE INCLUDED. Will seek out this property again in the future.

Not very good at all. the unit was very loud until 2:00 am due to the restaurant on the first floor. little to no extras with the unit. Parking is not at all convenient and the parking pass did not work and trash disposal was a joke.
