Wayne Mansion Main and Garden is on one of Savannah's most well-known streets, surrounded by stunning renovated mansions, just steps from Forysth Park. Indulge in the history of Hall Street, while being centrally located to everything in the Historic District. This five bedroom home can accommodate up to 10 Lucky guests, and boasts nearly 5,000 square feet. This architectural gem was built in 1871, and offers many original details, such as original fireplaces with marble mantels, highly detailed ceiling medallions, floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors.

The stately exterior entrance leads you up-to the parlor level, where the main living spaces can be found. Upon entering, guests will be in awe of all the original historic details, and the grand staircase that features original wood dating back to the late 1800's. Off to the side, step into the living room features which boasts with natural light, tall ceilings, and an elegant modern furnishings for your guests to gather together. Just off of this space, A stunning formal dining room has seating for eight Lucky guests for those intimate family meals. Guests will enjoy having an additional dining space at the large kitchen island that provides seating for six - a perfect spot for the children! The fully renovated, gourmet kitchen, is truly a chef's dream! From the gorgeous granite countertops, high-end appliances, a beverage chiller, and fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare meals, guests will deem this the heart of the home.

Another family room is tucked away off of the kitchen, and has a comfortable, plush, sofa with a large flat-screen television. Just down the hall, a large porch overlooks the beautiful oak trees, and with plenty of seating you'll have plenty of room to spread out.

Three bedrooms are located on the top floor of this grand estate, which are all fitted with pressed white linens, boast with an ample amount of space, and large smart televisions. Atop of the stairs, you can find a full-bathroom with an original clawfoot tub. Just down the hall, the main suite faces Hall Street, and has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, attached sitting with an antique vanity, perfect for getting ready for the day. The main suite also offers an ensuite bathroom with a marble flooring, double vanity, large walk-in shower and relaxing soaking tub. The second guest room has a King size bed, with ample closet space for your belongings. The third guest suite features another King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination.

The garden level features deep, plush, reclining leather sofas and a large smart television, perfect for gathering together at the end of a busy adventure filled day. Just off of the living space you'll find the kitchenette that offers the essentials you need to prepare home cooked meals, with a breakfast bar perfect for those morning cups of joe.

At the back of the apartment, guests will find the three bedrooms which are all fitted with pressed white linens, boast with an ample amount of space, and smart televisions. The first bedroom features a King size bed, with private access to the shared courtyard, and the conjoined bathroom that connects to the second bedroom. The conjoined bathroom features a spacious vanity, with plenty of room to get ready for a day out on the town, and a shower/tub combination. The second guest room also features a queen size bed.

The house was beautiful. We did have a few issues. The fridge leaked a couple of days even when it was shut properly. We put towels down to handle that. Also, there was only 1 dish towel in the kitchen and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen and 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom. I understand that may be a norm in a lesser property however when paying that much for a property it seems it would be better stocked. Also, serving utensils for dinner were very few. Cleanliness was alright. There was a massive build up of dirt and dust on the blinds upstairs and base boards that was very noticeable. I have pictures if requested. And there was hair left in the upstairs bathroom with the canopy bed.There were a couple of days that we have to kill a few of what seem to be roach bugs. I have a pic of one that we handled. The half bath downstairs my son had to help flush a couple of times from the tank because the water wouldn't drain. The back gates, only one would open to let cars through to the parking pad and even then it was very tight to even try to fit two small cars in the parking area. Overall the property is beautiful and worked great for what we needed. We just wanted to make you aware of what few issues we did have. Thank you all for everything and being so helpful in the reserving process. It is appreciated.

Location is perfect - walk to Forsyth Park, trolley stop & grocery store as well as the entire historic district. House itself was clean, perfect for our group & loved spending time on the lovely/ well maintained patio/yard. Should note that the open air porch is not usable - note indicates floor is unstable. Though we only ate breakfast at the house, kitchen was well appointed w/everything we needed. We had unexpected fun with shuffleboard. The Lucky Savannah staff was always responsive via email or phone in advance of our stay. Highly recommend.

Went really great. Perfect for our meetings and the home is just beautiful inside. Historic and so interesting. Very clean and well maintained.
Would like to have seen some staples provided such as salt and pepper etc but that is about it. The parking is weird if you have a larger vehicle. The gated entrance is very small and allows you to only park one car and is super tight to get in.
The above is literally the only “issues” we had. Would highly recommend and all the folks were very impressed with the level of the home.

House is like the pictures. It is a beautiful house to spend a weekend in Savannah. We look forward to spending another weekend here the next time we travel to this beautiful city.

We really enjoyed our family vacation to Savannah and stay at the Southern Opulence. The home was easy to find and very clean upon arrival. The second floor living space (no bedrooms on the second floor) was perfect for our large group for eating meals, playing games and lounging. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms down stairs. There is also a small kitchen downstairs. We did have an issue with the main kitchens fridge but the management team addressed it quickly for us. There is a great courtyard area as well that also has a gated parking option for 2 cars. The home is on a corner lot and there is some construction work going on in the large building to the west that created some early morning noise. The management team uses an APP to communicate with which we figured out but it would have been nice to have a book onsite with instructions and things about the home for those that do not want to download another APP. The home is about a 25 minute walk to Bay St or downtown area. All in all this home worked perfectly for our large group and we would stay here again.

When traveling to different cities, we try and find local home rentals companies. They are more attentive to the renters, know more about the home's location, and tend to be just friendlier. All of this is true of the Lucky Savannah group. The house was spotless when we arrived; they gave us information on what was around us, and they inquired to what we wanted to do, while in Savannah, and gave suggestions. Savannah was absolutely gorgeous, and we will definitely be traveling back there and using Lucky Savannah to book our accommodations.

This house is clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the game room, the back yard and the porch. About a 20-25 minute walk to the river. Would stay here again for sure.

The place is as nice as in photos - newly renovated, fresh and pretty. It looks like a Ballard catalog showroom. It is well appointed with espresso
Machine , nice bath products , great comfy beds etc.
Location is quiet , outdoor space is nice, shops are close by. Loved it!
