Follow the tree-lined shaded sidewalk off of Abercorn Street to find this hidden gem. Located on the second level (top floor), climb to the stairs to enter right into the heart of the home, boasting with natural light, tall ceilings and hardwood floors. Furnished with a cozy mix of both old and new, up-to four Lucky guests will feel right at home. With ample places to perch and unwind, this is the perfect respite for the traveler seeking the road less-traveled. Start your day with a hot cup of matcha at nearby coffee shop Mate Factor. Grab a few essentials at nearby grocery store Kroger, and be sure to have a picnic at Savannah's largest green space: Forsyth Park. More of Savannah's downtown attractions are just a quick walk (or quicker Pedicab) due North.

Parking for this home is on-street and non-metered, and is a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests typically do not have trouble finding parking just in front of the home. Guests should, however, make note of posted Sweep Zone signs.

The rental property was great. Location, cleanliness, lucky savannah contact folks were all an A+. There were only two weaknesses. The property was on a fairly busy street so had some decent car traffic noise. The other potential weakness was the supplies in the kitchen. If you are eating out a lot this will be a non issue, but we ate almost every meal in so some typical cooking appliances were non existent. We would definitely stay there againl

The rental was perfect for 2 couples. It was a convenient location for all we did. Forsyth Park is a couple of blocks away. Several good restaurants in the area. The grocery store is right around the corner. Easy walk into downtown.

Perfect location visiting historic district. In walking distance sightseeing, free shuttle,Forsythe Park, and grocery store. Place was everything I expected to be. Would stay there again.

Everything you read about this place is true. Very comfortable and close to walk everywhere. We never used our car once we arrived. There is a little street noise from one of the bedrooms but not bad enough to keep you awake.

Charming place that’s close to everything. A lovely walk to the park and much more, there were some issues initially with cleanliness but these matters were addressed right away by management. The place is quaint.

The upper apartment was extremely clean. The washer/dryer were in the flat. Coffee makers, extra blankets, nice comfy beds, pillows, clean bathrooms, great shower pressure. It also had a beautiful fountain sitting area in the middle of the buildings.Very serene. Quiet and peaceful.
