Description

Riverfront Loft was originally built in the 1800s, and was apart of a cotton warehouse that turned into a vocational school. The building was closed down shortly after surviving a major fire, but was completely remodeled to its current state as a luxury short-term rental.

Located in Savannah's most sought out locations in the Historic District, this distinguished loft boasts with space and features soaring views of Historic River Street and the Savannah River. Enjoy watching some of the largest freight ships pass by, and admire River Street's ambiance from the comfort of your own home or sitting balcony that each floor offers.

Upon your arrival, park your vehicles in your two private spaces directly in front of your home, which makes unloading a breeze. Use your unique door code on your electronic lock that gives you access to your River Front oasis and step inside! You'll be greeted by exquisite original hand-laid brick flooring throughout the front sitting room, that opens up to the formal living room that gleams with hardwood flooring. The lavish living room is rich in design, with a modern sofa that can comfortably seat your entire group, while watching your favorite shows or joining together for a game night.

The chefs kitchen awaits at the back of the home, with soaring and impeccable views of the Savannah River. Take advantage of the high-end appliances, which include a stainless steel refrigerator, gas range-oven, dishwasher and microwave, including a fully stocked cabinets with all of the necessities you'll need to prepare home cooked meals. Your family and friends can gather together at the spacious breakfast bars with seating for six, or the formal dining room table that sits just off of the kitchen, so everyone can always be together!

The three suites are split amongst the two floors, with the first being conveniently located on the main level featuring a Queen Size Bed, with a ensuite bathroom that connects to the hallway for ease of use for all guests. Enjoy soaking the day away in the large, jetted, tub and retreating back to your quiet sleeping quarters for a peaceful nights rest. Head down a floor, to find that the lower level is made up of two sizable suites. The second suite has an ensuite bathroom, and an ample amount of closet space for all of your belongings, fitted with a King Size Bed and a smart television. The main suite spans across the width of the entire home, creating an open and welcoming space, with an original brick fire place, and sitting balcony that overlooks cobble brick River Street. The attached ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet emphasize space, with plenty of cabinetry to tuck away your personal items.

Ideally located, and only steps from bustling Bay Street, this home is truly in the heart of the Historic District. Head down to Plant River Side, at the new where there are multiple bars and restaurants including a sushi bar, a rooftop lounge and a pizzeria, all set within 3 historic buildings including a 1912 power plant along the Savannah River. Head across the street to explore Ellis Square, where you can tour City Market, enjoy live music, drinks and museums.

The location was everything. The house was as well, except one mishap. Once parked we were able to walk to everything. Altogether the PERFECT SPOT. Only thing I didn't like was the parking. If there's more than 3 people in the driveway,Noone is getting in or out. I will still give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, just needs better parking.

Great location for river views, crowd watching and easy walking to many restaurants. However, it was a bit noisy at night. The furniture was a bit tired and rental rate was high for the unit. Property management firm (Lucky Savannah) was top notch for communication and ease of checking in/out.

Really enjoyed our stay in this Riverfront condo. It was right on the river with all the river front shopping right below you. With that being said there was a club right next door so it was loud on the weekends until about 2:30/3 am but you should expect that being where it’s located! It is within walking distance to everything that you would want to do in the North historic district ����‍♀️We rented a car (not necessary for in town but to do stuff out of town) and there were 2 parking spots available for this rental (someone else was usually parked in 1 of our spots though at night!) I didn’t bring it up to Lucky Savannah because we only needed the 1 spot. The few issues we had were quickly taken care of! This place is HUGE and really should be listed for a minimum of 8 people instead of 6 but you could easily fit up to probably 12 people with air mattresses and sleep away couches! I would recommend renting this place ��

My husband and I enjoyed four days at this wonderful property. There is plenty of room for at least three couples if needed. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location can't be beat. We were able to walk everywhere - restaurants, shops and along the river. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and will return again soon.

This place was awesome!!! So clean, so roomy, everything we wanted & more! Love the library and 5 huge tvs. Plenty of dishes,cooking utensils. I could go on & on. The 2 balconies are great for watching the cargo ships, people watching, relaxing with coffee, wine or whatever. Love that parking is right at the door. Will definitely rent again...A+ all the way!!!

This condo offers everything you could want from a well stocked kitchen, cleanliness, great bedrooms and 3 full baths and a wonderful view. You can sit on the little outdoor deck and people watch on the riverfront or enjoy the cargo ships passing by. Plenty of room to relax inside. Perfect location for shops and restaurants that are walkable from the condo. Anyone with limited mobility might find the cobblestone walkways difficult. It was great having a reserved parking space right outside the door.

The rental was nice. Not enough blankets/sheets. TWhen booking, we declined the damage insurance. Yet we a 92 year old and 2 60 year Olds aren't doing damage. They charged us a damage fee of $88 without our knowledge and would not refund it. So nice rental, poor management.

We rented a downtown loft for a long weekend girls trip. The location was perfect, with a full view of the river! The loft itself was clean and spacious. Lucky Savannah was very response to any inquiries I sent and extremely friendly. They offered to hold our luggage until check in, but fortunately we were able to check in early! We even enjoyed a free beer in the lobby with a cute backdrop for our first photo of our vacation!

The location of this rental is outstanding! We were able to walk to everything. Great parking too!

This unit is so spacious that there's plenty of room to spread out and still have privacy for everyone.

Our favorite part was definitely the balconies! In the early morning we'd run across the street to Starbucks and come and enjoy our coffee on the balconies while we watched the city wake up. Loved watching the night crowd on River Street, and the Marriott is beautiful at night too.

Plenty of room to sit and socialize in the unit. Heat and A/C both worked great, and both of the floors have separate controls.

The people at Lucky Savannah were GREAT to work with. Their app was super-helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Loved watching the big ships sail by off the patio. Water pressure for showers was a problem. At times nothing would come out. When we called about the issue we were told it was due to city work being done outside. Occasionally the restaurant next door would drag a trash cart across the cobblestones late at night or early morning waking us from one bedroom downstairs. Other than that it was a great place with plenty of places to eat and sights to see. Don’t go by google maps to locate. They send you to cobblestone street below. Apple Maps worked better. They sent us to the street above for entrance to location.

We parked the car right in front of the door to unload, and then rarely moved it because we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Our group of five had plenty of room to spread out inside, where it wasn’t too noisy despite the bustling city outside. The ever-changing views of the river and River Street below were enjoyable. A beautiful 2 story rental home in the historic district. Spacious three bath three bedroom with 2 living room areas, 2 balconies, extremely large kitchen with sitting area, dinning area, gorgeous bar and fully stocked with toaster oven, coffee pots 3, large stove, refrigerator, dw, utensils, cooking accessories, dishes, pots, pan, fully stocked. Perfect location, 2 parking spots less than 10 feet from from door. Quiet. Very friendly people that manage property. Just can’t say enough. Go to Savannah frequently. Would rent from this company again.

We were blown away by our loft! It was spacious and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. What more could one desire.... The location is amazing, it is a very cool unit! Check in and check out were very simple. The unit however could use a good deep cleaning and there is some furniture and flooring that could stand to be replaced. Black out curtains would also help in the second lower floor bedroom as the lights from the alley are on all night. We all travel with ear plugs, which is good or we would have been up half the night. Part of the price of the location and NOT a negative on the unit.

we really enjoyed our stay at this large, 2 level loft that has an incredible view of the river (loved watching the giant cargo ships go by) and riverwalk and is in a great central location. Walking to everything was easy and on a rainy day, place was big enough and TVs in multiple rooms to allow big family to stretch out.

This property was perfect for 6 adults and possibly more, spacious, large kitchen, well stocked. Condo was actually larger than expected. Bonus were french doors with balcony on River Street. Can’t say enough good things about Plant Riverside development, well done! We throughly enjoyed our stay, parked our cars and walked everywhere...
Staff of Lucky Savannah are amazing, very quick to respond to all emails and inquiries. I will certainly use Luck Savannah again!

The apartment definitely has character. Location is within walking distance of quite a few things. Overall enjoyed experience there. Few things that could improve is give enough towels/washcloths, provide plastic glasses for balconies, make sure lights aren’t burnt out and fix broken/missing doorknobs. Things to be aware is quite a few homeless sleeping right outside and smell of pot coming through vents.
