Great neighborhood location within walking distance to many places. Large space and storage for bags and clothes. Kitchen has everything you need for a few day stay. Washer and dryer a plus. Great communication from rental company, check in and check out a very easy process, recommended for guests up to 4 looking for a quiet but historic neighborhood feel.

When you schedule a vacation with your family you expect it to be just that, a vacation.
I scheduled this as 4 adults staying for 8 days.

Yet Vrbo only provided ...
*2 small packets for 2 loads of the dishwasher. So I did NOT get a vacation from having to wash disease by hand!
*3 rolls of Toilet Paper ... nothing like having to ration TP for 8 days between 4 adults.
*The 1 king size bed would have been great IF the sheets/comforter actually fully covered the bed and the people trying to sleep in it.
*Not to mention the Cockroach I killed in the bathroom.

We enjoy the historical district in Savannah, GA ... despite the Vrbo.

Annual summer Savannah visitors but 1st time staying in historic district. We loved our apartment. Just off Pulaski Square, a 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park, 10 minute walk to virtually all of downtown. We usually stay across river at Westin and it's a great property but staying downtown is just a great experience. You won us over.

The place was nice, but lacked a dining room table. There is a three stool high table in the laundry room area, but a regular small kitchen table would be better. More pot holders would be nice. Bed was comfy and pullout was too. Nice place overall.

First floor apartment with no natural light. We had to turn on the lights at all times. Could not open the windows even the ones facing the closed ally the place started to smell. The bathroom is ridiculous and outdated, leaking pipes.
The iron gate is really hard to open and close. I am not the first guest to complain about it but nothing is done. Lucky Savannah is just a rental business.
Good location, comfy bed and efficient heat system. Found 4 roaches.
The place is overpriced and overrated.

Was texted about noon on check in day that our property was ready, and was texted about 6pm inquiring if we had already checked in. Not sure why or if we missed something as we checked in mid afternoon maybe 3:30. The bedroom is quite large and quiet which is a big plus in Savannah. The rest of the place is small and oddly laid out, but we didn't spend much time there, even with the rain. While we'd stay here again, we didn't like the bathroom, it felt old and dingy and was cramped. The shower head is not for tall people, and you had to use virtually all hot water. The kitchen had enough stuff if you were cooking/eating in, but no openers for beer or wine that I could find. The hood microwave didn't work and the 2nd microwave on the counter wasn't intuitive, so I just kept pressing buttons until it turned on. The TV was a hodge podge of Roku, Sling, Netflix maybe, and a few others, didn't see regular channels like cable. We just watched Roku and it was easy to use. The bathroom was small and dingy, and the shower ok, where the hot was on virtually all the way when showering. Parking was easy on the street as long as you could find a numbered spot and pay on the parking app. This property would work best for one couple, as dinner seating would be problematic with a small child.

This apartment was within walking distance to the riverfront, the museum, downtown and only a block from Savannah Coffee roasters. There was no off street parking so meters had to be fed. The neighborhood was complete with some cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and tree-lines avenues. The apartment was sunny and stylish.

We enjoyed our stay away from home. The bed was comfy and overall adequate for a group of 4 females minus having 1 bathroom. The only concern was all the dishes were dirty in the cupboard to include lipstick on the rims of cups, and crumbs on plates. Other than that the place had everything we needed.

My boyfriend and I had a nice little get away weekend to Savannah to explore this beautiful new city that neither of us had been to. We loved our stay here. It was so cute, clean and cozy! I would totally stay here again! Very nice location and walking distance to pretty much everything. We wish we would have utilized the "Dot" more for free transportation. Thanks for having us! :)

We enjoyed the apartment for the most part. It was nicely decorated and bed was pretty comfy. Some room for improvement in that an extra comfortable chair in the living room would have been welcome, as well as more hot pads in the kitchen and the microwave on the counter was awkward to use. Metered parking so be prepared M-F.
