Located in the newly constructed and highly sought out Eastern Wharf District, this lavish and modern home is just steps away from Savannah's Riverfront. Luxe at The River defines luxury, and features rich textiles, high-end modern upgrades and exquisite contemporary furnishings.

This impressive three-story manor style town home is appealing to the eye with an easy access entrance located on the ground level, where guests will utilize the keyless lock for a secure and seamless stay. The ground floor includes the first bedroom suite, which is ideal for children, or can be utilized as a quiet dedicated work space. This bedroom features a bunk bed, ensuite bathroom, and large writers desk with a smart television. The bunk bed features a Twin top bunk and a lower Full bed with Full trundle.

Up the stairs on the second level, guests will find the posh living floor and kitchen, also known as the Parlor Level here in the South. No detail was spared while furnishing Luxe at The River; the exquisite high-end living room furniture sits in front of a gorgeous stone mantle, with a large smart television above. Guests will find a large patio just off of the living room with gas grill, which defines indoor/outdoor living at its finest, and is quintessential here in the South. The extravagant kitchen is open to the living room, creating an inviting environment, perfect for entertaining and conversing. This kitchen features all of the bells and whistles; gas range stove, impeccable modern quartz countertops that shimmers under the light, and an appealing island with seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen, the formal dining space awaits, featuring double french doors that can be opened to feel the gusts of the Savannah River, a modular round table, custom velvet chairs. A powder room is conveniently tucked away at the end of the stairs.

Two additional bedrooms can be found on the final and third floor of this sprawling manor. The premium bedroom suite, deemed the main suite, offers chic touches including exceptional furnishings, King bed, vanity, and a private coffee bar. The deluxe ensuite bathroom is appointed with quartz countertops, a large private walk-in shower, and closet with custom built-in shelving for your belongings. The last bedroom suite offers two comfortable Twin beds, ideal for traveling singles, with an ensuite full bathroom, and smart television to stream all of your favorite shows.

This coveted neighborhood of the East River offers a new take of living like a local here in Savannah. Guests can walk down to the River Front, only steps from their front door, while being in a residential area, away from all of the hustle and bustle. Luxe at The River is within walking distance to Savannah's newly developed Bar Julian, that is known for the endless Savannah River views with hand-crafted cocktails.

Wonderful stay along riverfront. Property was modern and spacious. When construction ends in the area, it will be even better! Easy to access and love the parking on site vs hotel properties. Easy to take trolley or walk to main downtown areas.

Very nice home away from home, very well equipped and with a very nice and convenient location to the old city / waterfront and the Thompson Hotel with its excellent rooftop bar and restaurant.

Only negative was the building work across the road, noisy machinery all day. House quite well soundproofed. Car got full of dust every day. This was a minor irritation compared with the overall comfort of the home.

Luxe on the River is a great property in Savannah close to the river. Fairly new, immaculate. There are 3 flights of stairs and the master suite is on the third floor. Only inconvenience was that there was no access to the garage so you have to walk around on the side to the front door. We were asked to park in the rear, I suppose because there's construction going on across the street. The management company was very professional and quick to respond to questions.

The property is awesome! I did good booking this property. It was close to the city center where we had our dance competition. The property is clean, beautifully decorated and full of luxurious amenities. If we ever go back to Savannah we will try to book again. Thanks for the great vacation!

Outstanding! Everything in the home was exactly as advertised. Throughout our stay, Lucky Savannah provided attentive service and support while completely respecting our privacy. The townhouse had all the amenities we were seeking and then some. Great location, too – from the Eastern Wharf area it was an easy stroll along the river into the historic district. We’ll be back!
