Description

Enjoy all of the conveniences of home in this modern town home near Forsyth Park. Guests have two stories of high ceilings, new appliances, and chic decor to make this your best vacation yet.

The main home is technically the second level of this three-story town home and is accessed by a set of stairs. Enter into the chic living space with a pull-out sofa to accommodate an additional two guests. The adjacent kitchen is brand new with granite countertops, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances. Stools at both the kitchen counter and island are perfect for bonding over a bottle of wine and cheese board before heading out on the town. Find a formal dining nook and half bath just behind the kitchen.

Three guest bedrooms can be found upstairs. The first bedroom acting as the master with a King size bed and en suite bath. The other two guest rooms each have Queen size beds and share a full bath found in the hall. One guest room has private access to a balcony. Another balcony off of the back of the house can be accessed by all through the laundry room.

Between the private parking and the new construction, this home is perfect for the family wanting to enjoy the charm of Savannah without sacrificing the modern conveniences of home. Spend a day at nearby Forsyth Park and experience the city like a local. Guests can make a picnic from spoils of the Forsyth Farmer's Market each Saturday. For weekday guests, a grocery store is a short walk away with everything you'd need.

Popular parts of town such as River Street, City Market, and Broughton Street are a beautiful stroll or short drive away from the home. Stay tucked in Savannah's charming historic district but be close enough to all the action at Grace Estate.

Great house, beautiful street and great location. My only complaint is that one of the beds upstairs is very noisy.

Amazing!

My friends and I rented this beautiful home for a bachelorette party. The second we got there we were amazed with just how beautiful the house was, and extremely clean! It was perfect for our 7 guests to stay. We had some challenges with the futon and their maintenance guy came over literally in 5 minutes to fix it! The owner of the company also personally called me during my stay to check in and see if everything was going to plan after the neighbors had made a comment to one of our guests, which was extremely nice of him. Every time I called for help the person answering was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Absolutely loved having a back porch and the street was extremely quaint. There is free street parking which we had no problem getting at all for 3 cars, in addition to the one spot in the back. We were about a 7 minute uber ride from all the bars and restaurants right downtown and had no problem getting in and out with the locked door (very convenient!) I will definitely be recommending this house along with other Lucky Savannah rentals to friends and family! Id also like to make a shout out to the maintenance guy who not only came to fix our futon twice, but also drove my friend home when she broke her ankle in the middle of downtown savannah after we just so happened to be next door to the Lucky Savannah offices during our run. Thank you SO much!!

Our Savannah stay was perfect. This place was spotlessly clean and in a terrific location. We will definitely come back such a beautiful building.

We booked Grace Estate Main for a Mother's Day Girls Weekend. We had a lovely stay. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to so many of the sites, including Forsyth Park. There is also a trolley stop just a couple blocks away which stopped pretty much everywhere we wanted to go during the daytime. A short Uber ride took us everywhere we wanted to go in the evening. The home was very nicely appointed and spacious enough for the 5 of us. The rug in the living area looked a little worn and the floors/baseboards were a bit dusty, but other than that the place was very clean, bright and airy. As the architecture of the area dictates, there are stairs leading up to the place and more inside. Bringing luggage in is a little bit of work, but well worth it to stay in an area surrounded by such beauty and some original buildings. We really enjoyed the hop on/off trolley to get an overall tour of the area. We had amazing food at The Pink House, Alligator Soul, Clary's and of course the ice cream at Leopalds. The shopping was amazing too (One Fish Two Fish off Jones Street was one of our favorites). It was a fantastic trip and we would definitely use Lucky Savannah again.
