This was in a gorgeous area, close to everything! Property was very well maintained & clean! Very insightfull Hosts they thought of everything for such a small space, down to the chocolates on the bed :-) my only disapointment was the description said it had a balcony/deck & with pictures including a staircase we assumed their was a room on the 2nd floor with a "Balcony/Deck" & there was neither! just a small entryway with a chair at the front gate. Property is all on the lower level, which when booking through other sites other than VRBO that is not stated. Overall nice property, just very small/tight quarters.

This was a lovely place to stay in the heart of Savannah. There were so many thoughtful touches, such as chocolates bedside and popcorn for snacking. The location was perfect to walk to many areas of interest, as well as places to dine. Highly recommend!

This unit was about a 10-15 minute walk to the riverfront. We enjoyed being a little further away because there was no street noise. Located in a peaceful square with a basketball court in the center of the square. There was some noise from the upper units as it is presumably an older unit with thinner walls. While tv noise/talking could be heard, all was quiet by about 10:30 so it wasn’t an issue for us for sleeping. The rental was very clean and although it isn’t very big it was perfect for us since we spent very little time in the unit being that we were gone exploring most of our time in Savannah.

The rental was really nice. The only two things we'd like to comment on is the TV and the ceiling fan. The TV had NY channels and out of date sports and other channels. It would have been nice if it had GA/Savannah channels and current sports channels like ESPN. Also it would have been nice if the ceiling fan had a remote to control the speed.

Nice place, but misleading

Very clean and well maintained. However, it was misleading. The ad says I was renting a 'house' and for the cost, that is what I expected. As it turns out, I was renting a 'room' and a small bathroom in an existing two-story house. The upstairs was occupied by the owners and their voices/sounds carried through to the downstairs. It was a great place, but for the cost, I could have gotten a hotel with much more space.
