Looking to experience Savannah in the heart of it all? Look no further than this one-bedroom condo located at the corner of Broughton Street and Montgomery, just steps away from City Market and River Street. Two lucky guests will have the luxury of this spacious condo with double-entry and elevator access.

Walk into the railroad-style apartment, passing through the bedroom and bath to get to the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. With incredible views of downtown Savannah, this condo is the perfect place to perch. The living area features an L-shaped couch opposite a flat screen TV. Guests can grab a quick bite and cup of coffee at the breakfast nook before setting out for the day. The large kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes cooking and cleaning up a breeze. Every essential you'd need for a comfortable stay is within reach!

Behind the kitchen, the open bedroom with Queen size bed. Planning on a longer stay? The full closet allows you to fully unpack from your suitcase, and stacking washer and dryer is yours to use as you need. The full bath has a standing shower and plenty of storage space. Of course, towels and soap are provided!

For those looking to stay very close to most of Savannah's main attractions, this is the spot. City Market is just a block North, hosting well-known attractions like Savannah Candy Kitchen, Byrd Cooking Company, Wet Willies, and the newly-added Prohibition Museum. River Street - the perfect place for an evening stroll - is two more blocks North. For a bit more of a local experience, walk West - East along Broughton for the city's best shops and restaurants. Due South towards the fountain at Forsyth Park will take you through some of Savannah's most famous squares, with more local boutiques sprinkled along the way.

What is parking like for this home?
The Robinson Parking Garage is a block away from this location, and additional parking is on-street and metered, and is enforced by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm. We recommend buying a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center to use at the parking garage to host your vehicle during the remainder of your stay. Unless you plan on taking a day trip out to Tybee Island (Savannah's beach) or towards historic sites like Wormsloe Plantation, everything downtown is well within walking distance. Guests will need to be conscious of the posted Sweep Zone signs when utilizing street parking.

The location is excellent. The unit is very nice. Only complaint was it stated there is a king size bed but it is not! Would not have rented if known.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The apartment was just perfect. There was a little street noise, but nothing that caused any problems. The location was great, very convenient to shopping and great restaurants. We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning with our original rental choice being revoked, but the company called right away and made this apartment available to us for the same price. Also, when we arrived the code to the apartment did not work and it took a little time to get through to someone to be sent a new code, but otherwise the stay was terrific. I would happily recommend this property to family and friends. Enjoyed Bloody Marys and oysters at Sorry Charlie's Bar and a delightful brunch at Vick's on the River. We will definitely go again!
