Description

Enhanced Housekeeping re: COVID-19: The health and safety of our owners, guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. We are taking extra precautions and steps to ensure that all professional housekeeping and interior property sanitation needs are not only being met, but exceeded, to ensure a hygienic environment. Specific enhanced steps taken include more commercial antibacterial cleaning products, staff wearing facial protection and gloves when in the homes, more frequent deep cleans, and continuation of our professional hospitality grade linen laundering services.

Host your family of 10 in one of Tybee Island's best beach houses located on Tybee Creek. Enter the home on the second floor and into the bright and sunny living area. With French doors that open to the wrap-around porch, guests will enjoy lounging with a Summer breeze after a long day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for entertaining; guests can enjoy a cocktail at the island counter while you prep snacks for the beach. Everything you need to prepare a full meal can be found here, including: electric range and stove, full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and ample storage space. A half bath is just beneath the stairs.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and an additional semi-private lofted bedroom. The first bedroom has a King size bed with en suite bath, complete with tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom (first with King, second with Full and Twin Bunk with Twin Trundle) share a jack and jill bath with a double vanity and standing shower. At the third level, an open loft space offers a Queen bed with Twin trundle. The loft has a private balcony overlooking Tybee Creek.

On the ground-floor level, a full bath (with separate shower) and an outdoor kitchenette is available. Guests are welcome to use any of the water sport equipment found in the garage. The private dock is accessible through the rear of the house, and leads to a covered patio with table and chairs. Turn on the string lights at night for a magical evening under the stars. Kayak rentals are available at AJ's two doors down. While situated on Tybee Creek, guests are only a short ride away from local beach access.

Beach Music is peaceful and relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful. You can stroll to the beach or area restaurants and retreat after to the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend the property.

Beach Music is a charming and well-appointed home on Tybee Creek, where dolphins, sea birds and more abound. The rooms and comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for preparing meals. We loved our choices for outdoor seating: rockers on the front and back porches, picnic tables, chairs and lounges on the screened porch; and comfy chairs out on the dock. It was a wonderful stay—minutes from Tybee’s beaches and a short drive from the heart of Savannah. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best vacations my family has ever had! After checking we had a minor issue with the heat and Lucky Savannah was there to fix it within minutes and fixed it even faster. Great customer service. Would definitely rent The Beach House thru Lucky Savannah again!

This was by far the best vacation rental I have experienced. We plan to make Beach Music a yearly Girls Trip! Peaceful, beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The best part of our vacation was our time spent at Beach Music on the porch(es) and on the dock watching the birds and dolphins. A true paradise.

Could not ask for a better vacation spot! The house is full of charm, with a perfect layout for our family of 5. We loved walking to the beach, spending time on the dock, and just enjoying being together. The Lucky Savannah concierge service was invaluable, helping us plan outings and answering any questions before and during our stay! Will be back for sure!

We had a great time! The house is a lovely old "Tybee house", beds comfortable, linens soft and plush! River and covered dock were perfect setting to read, visit, enjoy quiet and beauty, fish, crab, kayak and nap. This is Tybee at its best!

This place was awesome. We spent every evening sitting on the private dock with the family watching the sunset and dolphins swimming by. Very relaxing, kitchen and dining area accommodated the whole family, professionally decorated. Parking costs at the beaches and in Savannah is not cheap. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Location on the water and within the town was perfect for a quiet winter stay. Seems like the island would be very crowded in the summer but house secluded enough. Would need to drive to the beach if weren’t looking for a long walk. House well laid out with comfortable sleeping arrangements for lots of guests. Nicely decorated but showing some wear and tear. Would definitely recommend though!

Beach Music is an absolutely magical home in a wonderful setting on Tybee Island.

From the moment we arrived at Beach Music, we were captivated by its open, airy living spaces, its well-appointed kitchen, and the natural light flooding in through the large windows. It's a perfect home for entertaining. The most special part is the covered dock. We had breakfast out on the dock every morning, cocktails there before dinner, and cast our fishing lines into the water in between. We caught enough fish for dinner one night... and caught and released plenty of baby sharks, which were fun to see!

Beach Music is located on a quiet street but is a quick bicycle ride from the bustling center of the island. It is quite possibly the most wonderful beach home we've ever rented, and we hope to return as soon as possible.

We rented Beach Music for our daughter's SCAD graduation weekend. It was nice to be away from the crowds and heat of Savannah and the house is truly an "escape". It is so charming! We ate at AJ's - about three houses down one evening - get there very early for large parties and the food was good especially for a beach/bar atmosphere. We used the kayaks and paddle boards a couple of times which really made it fun for us too. From the back deck we saw loggerhead turtles in the water and an occasional dolphin!

The property is so gorgeous and within a walking distance to a lot of places like restaurants, grocery, beach access etc.
The house is so pretty inside, it has a lot of character.
The kitchen is complete with all things needed for cooking. We cooked a lot of food in the kitchen.
I do not have anything bad to say about the house. We actually do not want to leave the house. Me and my family enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

Our stay started out a bit rocky but quickly turned around. We got to 1405 Chatham a few hours earlier than check in time. We decided to do a drive-by of the area and our digs. When we pulled up, there was a vehicle in the drive so we figured it was being cleaned and decided to check out the dock around back. Once back there, there was a little girl playing with the water hose so we went back up front and thought we would let the cleaning lady know we were there so we didn’t alarm them. We introduced ourselves as the guests who would be checking in that day and she told us she needed about 30 more minutes and we could come on in. We decided to leave one vehicle in the drive and get a table at AJ’s, within walking distance. After about 45 minutes, I received a phone call stating that check in is at 4, and no sooner. It was very rude and I didn’t feel we were rushing the cleaning lady at all (in fact, we specifically told her we weren’t rushing her and to take her time). The phone call was not necessary! There was a gap of time that the cleaning lady left and she returned around 3:30 (we had gone to the IGA for some groceries). At 4, the vehicle rolled out and we were allowed to take possession. It was a bit over the top, after being told we could “have the house in 30 minutes.” I would have been fine if she had told us she needed to clean until 4pm. That is on “Lucky Savannah” rental property and not the homeowners.The home is beautiful! There were a few items that needed some attention. There’s a leak in the roof in the hallway at the back door when it rains. The jack and Jill bathroom shower has the hot and cold water turned around.The internet is not reliabl There’s no golf cart as pictured, so that was disappointing. The beach is a quarter to half mile down the road. In Tybee you pay for parking everywhere so if you drive to one of the beach access points, be prepared to pay a minimum of $6 for

Just wonderful. We were all sad to have to leave. Stunning setting on the water which afforded amazing subset views and visits from porpoise and lots of birds. And the home itself is so beautifully appointed and has the most comfortable beds!

We rented this home for a quick family vacation before the holidays, and everyone in our group had the same reaction as they walked inside: "Wow!" The home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable - everything we could ask for. Watching the sunrise and sunsets from the dock everyday was incredible. It seemed like we saw pods of dolphins swim by every time we were out there! Conveniently located to everything on Tybee, it was really a perfect location. Very clean. Lucky team was readily available when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to be back soon!
