I have always wondered what it would be like to live in an apartment on Bay Street. This apartment was simply perfect for my trip. I needed to work one day while I was traveling and there was great space for that purpose. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was good. It is a loft style apartment so if you had several people staying (there is a couch someone could sleep on) it would be slightly close quarters. But for a single or couple looking to explore historic Savannah it is perfect. Whether you want to explore River Street, Bay Street, or the historic squares you are in walking distance to all. You need to use a public deck for parking but it is safe and cheaper than parking at hotel properties. All in all a great value for the traveler looking to focus their time in downtown Savannah. I had a little trouble operating the TV (couldn’t get the volume to work) but since I wasn’t watching much TV it wasn’t a problem for me.
