So much is walkable from this spot. The unit was a bit dark being on the ground floor. For the most part it was quiet except for footsteps from the unit above us. Could have used more towel hooks for sure.

Jones Street Hideaway
Reviewed on 2023-03-01 by Patricia W. , Lakeland, FL USStayed at this vacation property for a long weekend. Loved the location and the street is absolutely beautiful. We were able to find street parking right in front of the property and it was not metered. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. The property was not 5-star but was perfect for a weekend get-a-way. It was very clean and due to being in a residential area the street was quiet and peaceful. The A/C needs to be replaced as it cannot go lower than 70 degrees but never truly cooled the apartment down. There was no way it was 70* in the apartment. I can only image how hot it would feel during the summer months. Two bedrooms but only 1 box fan was available so one of us suffered during the night. The beds were okay but made noises every time you turned or shifted. Room darkening shades would be a nice feature to add as well. Be aware that there are people/other apartments all around you. The upstairs residents were loud but that can happen anywhere. I would choose this location again for a long weekend stay. Trolley stops are close by and helped on the second day as we were tired from a ton of walking the previous day.

Nice Apartment Among Towing Live Oaks
Reviewed on 2022-11-09 by Dennis H. , Gig Harbor, WA USQuiet nest in the Historic District of Savannah. It close to many restaurants and public transportation. Nice but too long
Reviewed on 2022-09-24 by Diana M. , Cypress, TX USThe Jones street apartment was a great location! So close and walkable to everything.
Wish there was a way to put some sort of small night table near the one bed. Also a second fan would be nice.
However the upstairs people were very loud and heavy walkers( stomping). If you like quiet at night like I do, stay in an upstairs unit!
We got in late at night when arriving and forgot about reading about the step down at the entry. Yeah, Watch your step!!!
The kitchen light did not work and they fixed it right away.
I am not a tours or museum fan so other than that it is just eating out and drinking.
All drinks were small and $15 bucks starting
Never had any fabulous food. It was all subpar in my opinion.
Of course I don’t eat all the “ southern fried cooking”
It all looked much better in pictures online than reality.
Though Savannah is lovely 1-2 days would have been plenty.
Blufton and Hilton-head were absolutely lovely.
I wish I would have stayed there and did a day in Savannah.
Just my opinion.

My sister and I met in Savannah for a girls' weekend, and this place was perfect for us! Located on beautiful Jones Street only minutes from Forsyth Park, the Basilica, trolley and bus lines, we could come and go easily.
We much prefer renting space rather than using hotels, because there's nothing like unwinding on the living room sofa at the end of the day, talking over a full pot of coffee in the mornings, and having a real fridge for sodas, snacks, and leftovers. (btw, the sofa is new - some reviews mentioned they needed to be replaced and they were.)
Watch out when you open the front door! There is an immediate step down that needed to be marked for safety. Plus there are a few small step-ups between rooms, so be aware. Otherwise, the area is very quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and Lucky Savannah was great responding to communications. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Location, Location, Location
Reviewed on 2021-04-28 by Tanna D. , Farmington, UT USWe stayed here for a girls trip. It was smaller than it appears on the listing, and is more of a basement than a garden level. But we didn't spend a lot of time there so that part was fine. It was clean and well stocked. We ordered groceries to be delivered so we had the basics. One night we were walking back from River Street in a TORRENTIAL downpour so the dryer was wonderful to throw all our clothes in. We had two complaints, It DESPERATELY needs new couches. One sways side to side when you sit in it and the other looks horrible as most of the "pleather" has worn off. And one side is completely broken, I almost went straight to the ground when I sat in it and could feel the support bar. The Pillows were our only other complaint, they were hard as a rock, I actually opted to sleep without a pillow the rest of the stay, the beds were comfortable. That being said, the location of this property cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It is on a quiet very beautiful street that is close to all of the historic district and it's many wonderful sights.

Jones street
Reviewed on 2020-05-30 by Dawn S. , United StatesJones street is a central location to everything in Savannah historic district. Jones street is one of the most beautiful streets in the area. It is a quiet, residential street yet close to anything and everything. The unit was a good value, however, for me it was a touch claustrophobic as there are not a lot of windows. I loved the size of the unit. Plenty of space for 3 adults sharing this space. This unit was a little musty also. Upon arrival we did notice cereal on the floor in the kitchen. We did not bring any food into the unit with us. The staff, from making a reservation all the way to check out was probably the most professional, courteous and helpful people I have encountered in a long time! Every interaction was a positive interaction. I loved this! The property description from the website was spot on! It was everything that I expected.

Great location, too damp
Reviewed on 2018-11-26 by Livia B. , Stamford, CT United StatesI chose NO for recommendation only due to the fact of the mildew; if one does not suffer from it, it is OK.
The property was perfectly located in the heart of the historical district, no need for a car. It was a comfortable place but strong mildew. Maybe because it was a ground floor apartment. The owner should get rid of the carpets, it might help. The bed sheet in the main room was stained in the middle. I did not complain then but it has to be changed. Mostly the mildew affected us. Lucky Savannah was very professional about a hole in the kitchen ceiling due to a leak repaired but not covered before our arrival: they offered us either to be moved (but we got their message too late) or to be reimbursed one night, which they did. We appreciated this.<br/>I chose NO for recommendation only due to the fact of the mildew; if one does not suffer from it, it is OK.
