Wonderful experience
Reviewed on 2024-03-03 by , Tolland, CT USThis is a lovely garden apartment in a great area. The living area is spacious and decorated beautifully but with elegance. Plenty of space for our suitcases in the bedrooms as well as closets and drawers. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The two bathrooms were clean clean clean with loads of towels. The washer/dryer unit in the kitchen was great. The kitchen had all you needed in the way of supplies. There was also a shaded garden area to sit in during the day. This is an excellent property. Would definitely stay again.

It was clean and had everything you would need. Each if the 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's all been recently renovated and looks great! It is perfectly located as well. You could walk to most anywhere you'd want to go in under 15 min.,weather permitting of course. We had cool crisp weather for our stay.
Wonderful home close to Forsyth Park

Immediate neighborhood was quiet and lovely Forsyth Park was only a few blocks away. There are two non-working fireplaces (living room and master bedroom). We wish the owner would consider making them into working gas fireplaces. It would have been lovely to cozy up in front of a fireplace on the chilly nights we had during our stay in late November.

Lovely getaway
Reviewed on 2023-05-20 by , Merritt Island, FL US4 friends on a spur of the moment trip enjoyed immensely. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Downstairs apartment was simply appointed but very liveable. Kitchen is small but we weren't planning to cook large meals.. Bedrooms were almost 2 master suites. Best part was the outside porch, actually covered by porch from above. We spent the majority of our time there. The table and chairs were great. Only one issue to be addressed is a safety hazard with an extension cord.

Reviewed on 2023-03-26 by , Lucedale, MS UnknownThis rental unit is in a great location. An easy walk to grocery store, parks, downtown and river walk. It was spacious and very comfortable for 3 adults. Could have easily added another person. We would have preferred a keurig coffee pot. Also maybe more washcloths in each bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well supplied with toiletries. The kitchen had basic essentials and a washer and dryer for our use. It was within walking distance to many of the historic sites. The on-street parking was adequate. We never had to park a great distance from the apartment and there was a grocery store nearby. A jewel indeed
Reviewed on 2022-10-04 by Jenn S. , West Hartford, CT USThis lovely garden apartment was the perfect place for 4 college friends to have their annual girls trip. The apartment is perfectly appointed and perfectly sized for 4 people. The decor is lovely. The location is great - easy enough to walk to most places but also a quick ride from area attractions. The rental company was a delight to work with and very responsive. A heads up though that the owners of the home have a dog. The dog was quite distraught when we showed up and barked and howled for a while until I assume the owners got home. He was ok the rest of the weekend until an early morning wake up on our last morning when we could hear him along the floors upstairs.
Great space, great location!
Reviewed on 2022-08-09 by , Houston, TX USWe loved our cute apt south of the historic downtown area. It seemed brand new - almost as though we were the first guests. The apt was nicely decorated, easy to access and well-appointed with great linens, lots of kitchen accessories and comfortable beds. ne small recommendation is kitchen basics: salt, pepper, coffee and olive oil. Otherwise, perfect! I recommend it highly and would stay there again.
