We had absolutely a wonderful time staying at Lucky Savannahs rental. It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. Only 25 minutes from tuber island beach and all the locals were super nice.

The space is great, and other than a small glitch with the door code on day one, our stay was perfect. It was a working trip, but I could definitely see this being a great getaway place for a couple. Close to historic Savannah, a 3 minute uber from the river.

Where to start.... hot water kinda worked depending on the time of day. There were items broken all around the house. Climate control in the house would work sometimes, but at other times not respond properly. My overall opinion is that the place I stayed wasn’t worth the price I paid. Go with an AirBnB or hotel, but definitely not this company.

Overall interesting set-up but cold inside. The bed is comfy but only has a side table on one side. Very inconvenient. We still could not figure out how to turn off the light in the toilet. Its automatic and annoying.

email instruction on how to access and where to park were incorrect/unclear. electrical problems with this unit. door would not close to the bathroom. raw wires and screws, lack of ample lighting. porch was overgrown and unusable. The person I spoke with on staff was nice but I think she did not know the condition of the unit. Before guests arrive someone should look over the place to make sure it is good. If I had paid less money I probably would not care but this place was expensive. I pointed out the problems and asked for a reduction and held off writing a review. I was told it would be resolved by the end of the day on 2 separate days. it is now 3 weeks later

The freezer was coated with ice, the ice maker was broken, the garbage disposal was broken, the water heater in the kitchen was turned off and the water heater for the shower/bathroom was turned down very low. water continually dripped off the roof. the trash can was always full because others were using it.

The residence was exactly as described. Great location, good amenities and clean. The unit was private and a small open lot for parking one vehicle. It had a close vicinity to Forsyth Park and also for walking through the historic district. It was about 1.5 miles distance to the river district. This was not a problem, an enjoyable walk during the day with sights to see. At night, it was approximately a $6 Uber ride home. Definitely worth the money. Overall, a certain recommendation. Quiet and private. Easy check-in process, email communications and key code door entry.

I rented this spot for a great weekend in Savannah in which my girlfriend turned into my fiance. The location is great, the atmosphere in the home is AMAZING. It has a great open air to the place with amazing amenities. This is by far the best choice for the area for long stays or short stays. Tha k you for making the memory of Savannah that much better. The list we received of attractions and restaurants before was a great guide. And we were easily five minutes away from downtown.

The home is beautiful. With very open spacious floorplan. The bathroom was my favorite room in the house. There is an extra large garden tub. However the hot water heater will not supply enough hot water to fill it up. The water will run cold. We learned that on the first night. The bed was very comfortable. Reminded me of the Marriott hotels. The only other thing we would have enjoyed in the room was a full length mirror for dressing. We would stay there again!

Overall, my husband and I were pleased with our experience at eleven.twelve. It was a good location, with easy parking and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. The kitchen area was adequate, we didn't really use it much, but it's a nice space. The big windows with the small private alley had a nice ambiance. The bathroom was also very nice, clean and remodeled. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if a few things were different. <br/><br/>The only issues we had with the property was the outside entrance-- it was very creepy. We recommend getting rid of the curtains and painting the building a different color. The platform area where the bed is needs privacy- there is one tiny sheer curtain hanging, so if that could be replaced by a thicker/nicer curtain that could close, that would be great. We also could not sit on the furniture... the couch and chairs looked very old and worn with stains. We felt so uncomfortable sitting on the furniture that we took a blanket, washed it and laid it over the couch in order to use it. This place would be the perfect getaway if these things were changed.

Rental was located less than 2 miles from river street and major shopping. Less than 30 minutes from the ocean. Rental was clean, and check out and in was hassle free. Keyless entry. Only concerning thing is rental was in a impoverished area. If I known that before I would have stayed else where.

The house was very nice looking and very clean. There were a few problems we found as we stayed though. The hot water runs out very quickly. Also, the drains to the shower were clogged so it pretty much flooded the bathroom. The sink was the same way. Once we called about this issue, someone did come up right away to fix it. The “cable” was only 4 channels as well. Our stay was still great despite all the issues though. The place was very nice and very well kept! We would definitely stay here again! Just needs some fixing of the issues :)

I could not of asked for a better location and also the condition of the house. The only thing I didn't like was the water didn't stay hot enough to fill the tub at least half way. I had a wonderful weekend and I will be using lucky savannah again

This rental was everything my wife and I hoped for. We left our car parked and rode our bikes the whole week. The location was great and the place was just the right size to be intimate but not cramped. The little courtyard on the side had a nice feel to it plus it was private. Check in and check out was extremely easy especially with the app. Complaints? Just one. There weren't many channels available on the tv. We just went out to watch the games and watched movies on my tablet. I would definitely stay again.

This apartment is on the very edge of the historic district of Savannah. It is about 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. It is easy walking distance to the old town and river front or an inexpensive uber or lyft ride away. This is a great apartment for couples, but it is a very open floor plan with no privacy throughout the house, so probably wouldn't work for more than one couple. The apartment is exactly as pictured, providing a full kitchen and laundry. The one thing I would ask the owner/manager to add would be some curtains on both the large sliding door in the living room and the window in the bedroom. The neighbor's house had a motion sensor security light that showed through the bedroom window every time it went on. Overall this was a nice, spacious, comfortable apartment.

The property was exactly as described and better. We were pleasantly surprised by the giant bathtub that was not pictured. <br/><br/>One tip I would give to future guests, bring a laptop or dvd player in case the weather is bad during your stay. We stayed in one evening on account of a storm and quickly realized that while there is cable, you are limited to local channels and a couple of very basic cable channels. That being said we didn't turn the tv any other time during our stay, so this problem was not enough to hinder our trip.

We stayed in this rental for 5 nights at the end of Feb, beginning of March. <br/><br/>We didn't rent a car, but everything was in walking distance or a $6 Uber ride away. Most days we walked to Broughton St or the Riverwalk area, stopping at little stores along the way. There is a grocery store w/ a Starbucks just a couple blocks away, and a couple of great local coffee shops less than 2 blocks away. <br/><br/>Forsyth Park was a block or 2 away.<br/><br/>The pictures were an accurate portrayal of what the place looked like. Everything was in working order and there was enough of the basics (pots/pans/dishes/coffee maker) to get through the week. We made breakfast everyday and were able to heat up leftovers from all the delicious restaurants we went to. <br/><br/>Some places we enjoyed:<br/>Treylor Park<br/>City Market Area<br/>LuLu's Chocolate Bar<br/>savannah Taphouse (Trivia nights)<br/>Savannah Fresh Catch Seafood (a block away)<br/>Mellow Mushroom (get a pizza to-go, you won't be disappointed)<br/>Social Club<br/>B&D Burgers (lareg outdoor area w/ tvs to watch a game, trivia night)<br/>Foundry (coffee, block or 2 away)<br/>Savannah Coffee Roasters (we took bags home)<br/><br/>My only complaint, and this is a personal opinion, was that there could be a little more thought in decorating to the place. It was pretty much bare except for the furniture and 2 pictures hanging up. There are beautiful built-ins surrounding the front door and not a signal thing in them. Also, maybe some board games or cards to store in the place in case people want to stay in or kill some time. There is a little cut out wit 4 chairs in it - no light, and there were wires hanging down that didn't look appealing - maybe this area is under construction. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if a few things were different. <br/><br/>The only issues we had with the property was the outside entrance-- it was very creepy. We recommend getting rid of the curtains and painting the building a different color. The platform area where the bed is needs privacy- there is one tiny sheer curtain hanging, so if that could be replaced by a thicker/nicer curtain that could close, that would be great. We also could not sit on the furniture... the couch and chairs looked very old and worn with stains. We felt so uncomfortable sitting on the furniture that we took a blanket, washed it and laid it over the couch in order to use it. This place would be the perfect getaway if these things were changed.

Rental was located less than 2 miles from river street and major shopping. Less than 30 minutes from the ocean. Rental was clean, and check out and in was hassle free. Keyless entry. Only concerning thing is rental was in a impoverished area. If I known that before I would have stayed else where.

The rental was very nice, and it was close to just about everything. We rented a car but honestly it was within walking distance of downtown. The rental itself met all of our needs and was decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend this location for a getaway.

This rental was everything my wife and I hoped for. We left our car parked and rode our bikes the whole week. The location was great and the place was just the right size to be intimate but not cramped. The little courtyard on the side had a nice feel to it plus it was private. Check in and check out was extremely easy especially with the app. Complaints? Just one. There weren't many channels available on the tv. We just went out to watch the games and watched movies on my tablet. I would definitely stay again.

I could not of asked for a better location and also the condition of the house. The only thing I didn't like was the water didn't stay hot enough to fill the tub at least half way. I had a wonderful weekend and I will be using lucky savannah again

This one bedroom, one bath home in Savannah’s Victorian District is the perfect escape from everyday life. Both unique and incredibly charming, this home features floor-to-ceiling built-in bookcases encasing the front door, a marble coffee table, and an industrial kitchen with breakfast bar.
The large open floor plan gets plenty of natural light through the sliding glass doors, which lead to a small outdoor area perfect for storing bicycles. The bedroom has a king sized bed, large flat-screen TV, and curtains for privacy. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and has both a tub and large, open shower. The walk-in closet has plenty of room for you to unpack, and a pocket door provides additional privacy to the latrine.
As you enter, immediately to your right is a lofted sleeping area, and beyond that is a small private dining alcove perfect for a romantic dinner. Beyond that is the huge bathroom. Recently remodeled with outstanding fixtures, it features a tub, separate standing shower and a beautiful vanity. This one-of-a-kind home is not to be missed! Forsyth Park will be your playground, just a couple of blocks away, and the home is on a street with a bike lane so you can zip down to River Street or City Market in just a few minutes.
Grab some coffee from the Sentient Bean before taking a leisurely morning stroll through Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.
