The apartment is very comfortable, with a large bathroom and ideal location to visit Savannah. Super centrally located yet far enough from the too busy river street, ideal for a family or more adult couple (we are in our mid-30s,not interested in staying in bachelorette central). Super close to great restaurants and right in between the river and Forsythe park.

Wonderful condo that was a close walk to everything! No trouble parking close to the condo and only used the State Street Garage overnight once. Only two very minor annoyances...The sheets kept coming off the bed at the corners during the night and the plastic shower curtain needed to be replaced, but overall a nice, clean, safe place! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a long weekend stay. the experience was great overall. The accommodations were great with a great location. The internet went out and we had no internet for the majority of our trip which was an inconvenience. Gotta love comcast!

My partner and I stayed in this rental for three nights. It was clean, comfortable, and extremely conveniently located directly across from the Colonial Cemetery. The location in particular made this property ideal--close enough to all the major attractions, but in a quieter neighborhood so we were not in the middle of all the noise and bustle of downtown Savannah. The management company was very polite, professional, and helpful, even letting us store our luggage after we checked out so that we could enjoy one last day in town before our evening flight. We wound up eating out every meal, but the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils if we had chosen instead to cook at home. Overall, this was a great value for us, and we will definitely consider renting it again if we are back in Savannah.

The unit itself was clean, organized and I felt safe. You will hear traffic and voices of passerbys, so if that might bother you, I would choose a hotel. I would rent this unit again without hesitation. In response to one reviewer about the dirty baseboards.....this unit is in an old, quaint building. It's not going to be perfect, but that's what gives it charm. Thank you!

This property was close enough to the action so you are apart of it all but not so close that you have to listen to the hustle and bustle all day long. The furniture was comfortable the bed amazing.

Everything about this property was great! The location was perfectly situated in a central location from North, South, East and West. Could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great restaurants, shops, sites. Savannah is amazing. This property made the trip that much better because it was clean, had everything we needed and where it was located. We had a slight issue with getting connected to wifi, but the manager handled it within 20 mins. The bedroom floor had been remodeled which took away from the character ever so slightly, but what can you expect when the place was built in 1862? We stayed with our 2 dogs and they loved it too!

We loved this Condo!!! It was clean and well maintained. It was also perfectly located to everything you would want to walk to in the Historic District. This will be a definite option when we come back next time!!!

Good location but for noise of fire station and garbage truck that came every other day. Apartment furnishings fine but lacked a dresser , full length mirror and many kitchen items/ Hot water often took 3-5 minutes to be shower ready. Large closet but partial storage for building materials. My sense is noone took the time to really make this rental friendly.

We were very happy with our stay at the Colonial Condo. It was homey and nicely decorated and the location was absolutely perfect. Great for people with children and/or pets. The apartment did have a few minor 'bumps' like the hot water took about 2 minutes to warm up, the floor trim could use repair (especially by the tub), and some touch up paint, but nothing that lessened our satisfaction with our stay. We will definitely choose the Colonial Condo on our next visit to Savannah.

We had a very nice stay. This location is perfect, close to the downtown area, many places are in walking distance. We also used the pedicabs to go to different places also. That way we didn't loose our parking space. The unit was clean & comfortable.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Parked the car on arrival and did not get back in the car until leaving Savannah. It's the cutest place, so quaint! Plenty of room. Only thing I could recommend would be a little welcome basket. First place I stayed that didn't have a couple bottles of water and snacks upon arrival.
