This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Afterwards, head to Monterey Square for some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques, or a tour at the infamous Mercer-Williams House. I had the best trip to Savannah with my mom and daughters. The row home had the southern charm we were looking for. Staying right across from Forsyth Park was gorgeous and perfect for our visit. We felt safe and easily found free parking on a side street. We definitely recommend!

This home is beautifully decorated and is in a perfect location. Our only issue was the shower. Half of the water flow does not divert up to the shower head and the hot water was gone by the end of the shower.

A few hiccups to be addressed but overall a good property

The location was ideal. Easy walking distance to everything and plentiful on street parking. The unit was very clean, a rarity these days. We did have a few hiccups; The bathtub was clogged but quickly fixed by the owner. The wifi was down for an entire day, which negatively impacted our activities. The property management indicated we would be offered some sort of discount for the inconvenience but this never materialized. The hallway light was out inconsistently making the stairway entry a bit spooky. The washer & dryer were noisy & need to be serviced.

This was the first of four stops on our Fall Break and after we moved on, I kept finding myself wishing I was back in Savannah. This is an amazing place to stay and it is beautiful. We loved being across from the park. We never had any problem with street parking. Checking in was super easy and all of the directions were very clear. This home is in the perfect location - close to everything and with good parking. We loved the historic feel of the home. I have already been looking at when I can get back to Savannah.

Views from the room were beautiful! Well stocked apartment, very cozy. They have folding chairs which we used at the park and it was a nice extra. We asked for extra blankets and pillows at the time of the booking and they left plenty of extra pillows and blankets for us. Only cons was Bed was on the firmer side and at night you can hear the cars and people walking by the window, so we did have some trouble sleeping the first night, but got used to it after. And the doors have no lock, or at least we couldn't figure them out. We loved the location because we like enjoying the calmer side of Savannah, the Forsyth and the squares and streets, but if you would like to be at The River it is about a mile and a half walk one way, which wasn't bad, but at night it felt very long and tiring. But the calm of the park in the morning for a walk and the market on Saturday made it the perfect spot for our family. We would recommend it!

This is a lovely apartment overlooking Forsyth Park. Very comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen.
The property was very clean and the rental property staff are excellent. They provided great communication about checking in and out and easily helped me extend my stay.
The property feels very safe with codes to enter external door as well as door to apartment. It does require that you walk upstairs as this is a second floor space.
It was a quick walk to the Sentient Bean and the Saturday markets in Forsyth Park. It is an easy walk to the Kroger across from the park and beyond by a block or two. Never had problem finding parking.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Very nice apartment in the Historical District.Very nicand Forsyth Park is directly across the is within walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again on our future trips to Savannah.

The location was great as it steps right out to Forsythe Park. The unit was very clean and provided enough room to spread out. We tend to walk to everything so this worked out great for us as it was perfect to get our steps in at Forsythe and within about 20-25 minutes walk to River Street. Parking was free as you just need to abide by the street sweeper days- no issue parking each day. Overall very nice accommodations and enjoyed our stay. This one will be on our list to return to as we visit Savannah in the future.

We have stayed at quite a few other places during our visits to see our son & his family who live just South of Forsyth Park. Often I would look at this building and wonder what it would be like to look out the bedroom window & see the park across the street. Well now I know & it did not disappoint. This place is spacious and has a homey comfortable feel, the air conditioning works well, king bed has a good mattress, all amenities are provided. You may want to bring your own paper toweling, a larger size bath soap or a gel, & a box of tissues. The building is currently being renovated, but we were not disturbed by any noise. Parking is free and easy to find on the side streets nearby. We will book again when we visit in November.

We enjoyed everything and found the location to be perfect. If we could make any suggestions, it would be to have black out curtains on the room, since we found it to be quite bright during the mornings. Another suggestion would be to improve the shower water’s pressure, as the tub drain would get clogged easily.

This place exceeded my expectations. Very clean and neat, furniture was nice, clean and up to date. Very charming and easy to access. Linens and towels were clean and white and the bed very comfortable. Everything from beginning to the end process was easy and top notch. The view of the park and the park itself was perfect. Very easy to book, very easy accessing the process from beginning to the checkout was awesome. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay her if I visited Savannah again. We visited Savannah in July 2021. We loved our stay in the Delia Row home. The view of our apt overlooked Forsyth Park. We were a 3 minute walk to the fountain which we visited frequently. The apt was roomy and charming.

Three of us stayed here to move our child into SCAD. Perfect proximity to school and everything else. It’s across from Forsyth Park, and the bedroom has beautiful views of people running, walking and practicing sports. The apartment is so spacious — the big bedroom has a huge closet and a another smaller one. The bathroom sink area is tiny, but the bathroom overall is fine. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed with the space!

I needed to work while in Savannah. I reviewed the photos and called to confirm that I could direct connect to the internet with an Ethernet cord in the unit prior to booking. Lucky Savannah confirmed via phone and email that I could absolutely direct connect as long as I brought my own cord (which I did). From the moment we arrived it was a train wreck to get us moved to a unit that could provide the access to the modem so I could work. I was late to work the next day by over 6 hours because it took Lucky Savannah 21 hours to solve the situation. Had I not confirmed the ability to direct connect, I would have placed some blame on myself, however, I did everything in advance to ensure I could. This lack of consideration on the importance of my livelihood was solely on Lucky Savannah. No consideration was given to my loss in pay and when I had to move to the other rental for access to the modem, I requested some assistance; they wouldn’t help, said I was on my own, and I had to do it within a short period of time. They also lied when I inquired about the rental owners whereabouts and I was told he was “out of the country”. While this nightmare was happening I met the owner (who was also shocked I was told he was out of the country). He was a very pleasant and concerned owner. He most certainly takes pride in his rentals and it shows. They were immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Parking was easy and Forsyth Park was beautiful with lots of activities going on. Whereas I hope to never go through what I did with Lucky Savannah, the unit owner and his rental were wonderful.

Rental is in great location, directly across from Forsyth Park, so my husband was able to get up and walk every morning. Close enough to literally walk everywhere if you so desire. Rental was clean, everything as described. No problems at all, clear check in and check out instructions. Would definitely stay here again and no problems recommending. Communication was great.

Great location and a spacious rental. The neighbors upstairs could be awfully loud, but other than that it was a good stay. The unit is in good shape and was very clean. The kitchen is not well-stocked in my opinion and the bed pillows could use an upgrade.On the whole we were comfortable and enjoyed Forsythe Park.

Loved the location next to the park.Convenient to walk to some of area restaurants and attractions if you don't mind a 20 minute walk but you can order delivery from groceries to food. We walked to local Kroger to pick up a few small items.Great shape and well kept condo with everything you need to begin a stay and way better than a hotel. We had a small glitch getting the TV's to work and contacted the rental service and received a quick response that fixed the problem.Description was accurate and the building has historical charm with modern conveniences. I would definitely recommend and stay at this great location and use this service again due to the excellent communication and simple instructions.

This place was great! It only has 2 other apartments in the building so it’s nice and quiet. Great area, close to all the downtown attractions and beautiful views of the park! We spent every morning watching all the activity going on in the park through our beautiful bay window!

We spent just about a perfect two weeks here. The apartment is clean, spacious, well-equipped, with plenty of closet space. We especially liked living alongside Forsythe Park and having large windows overlooking it. The apartment is well-situated and we easily walked to most places in the historic section. There's also a huge supermarket a 10-minute walk away. The bathroom is tiny, but we got used to it.

An apartment overlooking Forsythe Park gave us a different perspective on Savannah. People were out walking even before daylight. There were picnics in the park during the day, and kids practicing soccer. All with the lovely live oaks dominating the scene. It made for a very relaxing stay.

We like this apartment in size and location. The bathroom is rather small however. The apartment was not as clean as in a previous stay. Lots of dust especially under living room chairs. Walls are cracking a bit too. We still did enjoy our stay and the clean towels and linens provided. We like the DVD selection also. Overall a nice place.

This was rented for a girl's week reunion for three. It was a good space and very well located for all we wanted to see. My only complaint was that we could NOT reach the management when we had a question about using the DVD player. We called two numbers and left messages and emailed but never got a reply. I am only glad it wasn't an emergency.

This was our second anniversary, both spent in Savannah and both enjoyed in Lucky Savannah properties. We loved the view of Forsyth Park from the rental. It was spacious (except for the bathroom), clean and nicely decorated. We had no problem finding street parking and walked everywhere the few days we were there. Lucky Savannah makes renting easy and has properties with the luxuries of home in quiet settings. The property was located near many neighborhood restaurants and bars without being so close to the noise and traffic on river street. We will definitely be back to Savannah and will use Lucky Savannah every time!

It's our second time back to Lucky Savannah, Delia Row. We're actually looking to move to Savannah and have used this as our base camp!

That said, the internet connection and speed was disappointing. We seemed to have a better connection last time on the first floor, and more issues on the second floor this time. Using the internet while property hunting was essential.

Other than that, all else was relly good.

Our anniversary stay was all that we had hoped for and more. The staff was prompt and professional. The location was right on the park with lovely views. There was no street noise despite being along a busy street. The space was beautifully designed and decorated as if you were staying at a HGTV property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The mobile app laid out EVERYTHING we needed to know about our stay. The property was so lovely, and it showcased the city so well, that we have considered a possible relocation to Savannah! Location, locations, location..... This condo overlooks Forsyth Park and the large bedroom with the bay windows gives a beautiful view of the oak trees and Spanish moss, it is also just a few blocks away from Brighter Day for your grocery needs . The only negative about our stay was the internet connection , as it would only connect for about 5 minutes in the mornings . However , that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

The location is perfect - across from the park, spacious and clean. Amanda was always available and helpful.—- An item we had left in New Orleans was expressed to her office and she hand delivered it!! You can’t go wrong here. Our only BIG problem was that the internet was down during our stay - I think we realized how dependent we are on “devices”!

Short stay in beautiful Savannah. Stayed in 903B on second floor overlooking Forsyth Park. Great location, parked and didn't need car until we left.

Wonderful restaurants and beautiful architecture all around. Easy bus locations, all free, and plenty of air conditioned shops to duck into for a drink or snack, and a cool down.

Lucky Savannah was easy to communicate with and unit was very comfortable and clean.

We loved everything about this rental! The location was ideal, easily walkable throughput the entire historic distance, grocery store and great coffee shop at the end of the park. The apartment was beautiful! It was really perfect, from the decor to the comfortable bed, great linens, plenty of towels, coffee, creamer and sugar and a few other staples like oil, salt and pepper. Everything was completely cleaned and in working condition. From the ease of booking and checkin to the checkout everything was flawless. We will definitely recommend this to friends and stay again on our next visit!

Wonderful experience. Very charming and comfy townhome. Honestly, the only negative is the walk to downtown (if you aren’t a walker). But the DOT (free transportation) runs right in front of this townhome on Whitaker Street. I enjoyed watching the families in the park from my second floor bay window.

My husband and I chose Delia Row because we wanted to be close but not too close to all the attractions that Savannah has to offer. It was perfect! We were moving our son into SCAD so we needed to be close enough but also wanted to be away from the noise and traffic. The setting is perfect being right across the street from Forsyth Park and in a beautiful neighbothood. The home was clean and well-appointed. It was a very comfortable stay and within walking distance to any place we wanted to go. Much better than staying in a hotel for that long of a period. I would highly recommend this location and specific home. We will definitely be returning!

This vacation rental was in a perfect location for us to explore Savannah. The apartment sits right on Forsyth Park which made for lovely walks to the historic district. The management team was excellent. I needed some packages delivered during our stay and they gladly accepted them at their office where we could pick them up. Our only concern was that the WiFi never worked in the unit during our stay. Understanding these are older (well maintained) units, this only caused minor issues

Staying in this charming place right on Forsyth Park was such a delight. We were cool inside and enjoyed watching the thunderstorms roll in from the big windows overlooking the park.
We were delighted that management worked with us to extend our check out time til 2pm as well.

Well keep in mind it is in an old building BUT it has been very tastefully updated. It has all the comforts of home. Nice fluffy towels, comfy bed, even the coffee was provided. However, there is no elevator for anyone with issues with stairs. Other than that all was great. It was a little too far to walk into town every time we wanted to go out but we just called a Lyft for next to nothing & they were there in less than five minutes. No hassle with parking that way and trying to find your way around on your own. It has a very nice full kitchen & the Kroger grocery store it just a block & a half away. And it has a nice view from the bedroom, which is huge by the way, overlooking Forsyth Park. Enjoy!

First, the location is great ... right on Forsythe Park and convenient to restaurants and other places you'd want/need to go. The property is comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. We loved the charming space with two fireplaces! It was an ideal location, close to a grocery store and car rental as well as walking distance to many great restaurants. We enjoyed the view of Forsyth Park and spent time in the sun in the park and visited the Saturday Farmer’s Market there.

Overall this was a great place to stay, we loved the location across from the park and having a full kitchen and nice sized living room. Several things to note, there is no full size trash in the kitchen just like a bathroom sized one. Whether you cook or have take out you need a trash can. They also had blu ray players which was great but could only use it to play dvds as it did not connect to the internet to use Netflix or other streaming services, this was frustrating because we wanted to watch tv at night but had to rent dvds. There is cable but I don’t know anyone that watches cable anymore. We contacted management to see if they could connect it and nothing was done. There was also a decent amount of construction noise during the day as it appears they are redoing the other parts of the building, sometimes this was frustrating.

This place was really lovely, provided everything that this couple needs for 4 days, and was within walking distance of the entire historic district. It was so nice to wake up to the views of Forsyth Park's huge oaks! The apt. was very clean and well supplied. The bed was super comfortable and clean, though the plastic needs to be removed from the box springs. The place made me feel like we were staying in Victorian Savannah!

Leisure trip with my daughter to Savannah. Property was exceptionally clean (and I am a neat freak). Plenty of room for 2 people, bedroom was a great size. Plenty of closets and space for suitcases, etc. Bathroom sink area was confining, however, it worked and would not deter from another stay at this property. Communication was excellent with Lucky Savannah, no problems. If ever visiting Savannah again, we would definitely consider a property thru Lucky Savannah. By the way, we loved Savannah and would definitely return.

We have done the VRBO thing, several times in our travels..but this was the BEST, hands down! This was truly a way to "live" in the Victorian era yet with all the modern comforts. Fantastic furniture, decor; cozy, comfortable,and clean. The king size bed was like sleeping on a "cloud" every night! The 2nd-floor bedroom bay window gives the feel of Forsythe Park in the late 1800's. This really felt like our home-we didn't want to leave! For you "Midnight...movie and book" buffs- your walk on historic cobblestones is just 10 minutes to the Mercer House; 4 minutes from the movie-ending scene of the Forsythe "fountain!" Catch the trolley tours, just two blocks away-and shop your groceries at Kroger's just across the park. If you've got a car, a parking spot in Savannah is prime but there's no problem here even with the "street-sweepers" schedule; well-posted for parking. If you have kids, the owners have catalogued their movie collection for you! No probs and there is a ton of dvds for them. Loved it so much, we wish it were a time-share, not VRBO. Hehe. Incredible to know you can book something, without knowing what you are going to get-and it ends up perfect-and everything you wanted-and more. This is a "no-worry" booking! Enjoy!

My husband and I visited Savannah for the first time a few weeks ago and could not have imagined a more perfect place to stay! Delia Row was clean, stocked with essentials, and in the most optimal location on Forsyth Park. The staff at Lucky Savannah was very accommodating. Our flight came in early, and they offered to store our bags at the main office so we could explore the city until our rental was ready. Overall- great experience!

What a wonderful, clean and well kept apartment in Savannah. A fantastic location across the road from Forsyth Park with great amenities.

Easy to check-in and check-out, quite neighbourhood and easy to find on-street parking. A lovl y spot for th tree of us (one adult, two children) for 3 nights. Thank you.

This flat was to die for. Beautifully decorated, wonderful location, and accommodating staff. The bedroom was gorgeous. The large windows that overlooked the park were so beautiful in the morning. My fiance and I visited the Savannah area for the first time, and we fell in love with it!. Highly recommend this adorable flat.

Delia Row is a charming rental, not to be missed. It sits with a beautiful view of Forsyth Park within walking distance of restaurants and the historic district. It was well stocked with everything you need for you stay including a Kroger preferred customer card that saved us $20 on groceries! And if you forget any bathroom sundries, they have a complimentary basket full of what you may need. Also, if you want a day at the beach, chairs, blankets and beach towels are provided! Delia Row exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Air-conditioning unit quit working, but the property owner gave us options and was very attentive. We loved the lay-out of the townhouse and the many DVDs available to watch on the two Tvs. Will stay here again!

We came for a long weekend, and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was great, the apartment was a perfect size, and looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and the beds, including the hide-a-bed were comfortable. It was easy to get in at the time of check in.
